Some ways of filling of the vascular bed of domestic animals

In this work the assessment of some methods of filling of the mammals blood channels is presented. As injection masses there were used the gelatine solution of 5%, painted with the ink by Borisevich V.B. technique and the solution consisting of Bustilat-M glue and the water in a proportion of 2:1. The conducted researches showed that the most successful, in terms of simplicity of execution, is filling of vessels with the solution consisting of Bustilat-M glue and water, as it allows with the little effort and with the smallest expenses to fill in both large and average vessel

Study of inflammatory markers of vascular wall in nenets population showed access of adopted reference values that can indicate serious violations of hemostasis system. ВЛИЯНИЕ ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИХ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМОВ НА УРОВЕНЬ ФИБРИНОГЕНА ПРИ ПРИЕМЕ КОМБИНИРОВАННЫХ ОРАЛЬНЫХ КОНТРАЦЕПТИВОВ

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of genetic polymorphisms of hemostasis system and age on the level of fibrinogen in patients against taking of combined oral contraceptives (COCs). As the results of our study, taking COCs has no significant effect on the level of fibrinogen. Other factors that increase the level of fibrinogen within the reference values: age and homozygous state of polymorphisms infibrinogen genes (455 A/A), platelet receptors GP IIb/IIIa (1565 C/C) and methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (677 T/T).Цель исследования – изучить влияние генетических полиморфизмов системы гемостаза и возраста на уровень фибриногена на фоне приема комбинированных оральных контрацептивов (КОК). По результатам исследования, прием КОК не оказывает значимого влияния на уровень фибриногена. Другие факторы, несколько повышающиеуровень фибриногена, в пределах референсных значений: возраст и гомозиготное состояние полиморфизмов в генах фибриногена (455 A/A), тромбоцитарных рецепторов GP IIb/IIIa (1565 C/C) и метилентетрагидрофолатредуктазы (677 T/T)

Электрохимическое осаждение сплава Au-Sn из этиленгликолевых электролитов

Stable ethylene glycol and aqua-ethylene glycol electrolytes on the base of K[Au(CN)2] and SnCl4 for the electrochemical deposition of Au-Sn alloy with metals ratio and phase composition appropriated to the low-melt eutectic (Au - 70 at.%, Sn -30 at.%, Au5Sn, AuSn) have been elaborated. The role of electrolytes components in the redox processes proceeding on the cathode and anode and their on the rate of deposition and Au : Sn ratio in the alloy have been developed. Composition and structure of Au-Sn alloy coatings have been investigated.Разработаны стабильные этиленгликолевый и водно-этиленгликолевый электролиты на основе K[Au(CN)4] и SnCl4 • 5H2O, обеспечивающие электрохимическое осаждение сплава Au-Sn с соотношением металлов и фазовым составом, соответствующими легкоплавкой эвтектике в системе золото - олово (Au 70%; Sn 30%, Au5Sn, AuSn). Выяснено влияние компонентов электролита на закономерности протекания окислительно-восстановительных процессов на электродах, скорость роста покрытий, их состав и микроструктуру
