Research into the specific aspects of internal conflict displays in the course of professional identification

The applicability of the researched issue is preconditioned by the need for detecting key determinants which define the process of the person's professional development, identification with the professional environment, and sources of professional self-efficacy. The purpose of the article is to provide the deliverables of the empiric research for the purpose of detection of an aggregate of professional values, internal conflicts therein and specific aspects of their displays in the course of professional establishment. The leading approach to the research has been an ascertaining experiment by means of standardised tools as well as approbation of the modified diagnostic technique which enables detecting essential aspects of internal conflicts and dynamics of their displays. The dynamic structure of professional values is analysed, and contents of the internal conflict and development thereof in the process of professional identity establishment are studied in the article. The article may be of use when developing processes of training and adaptation of young professions, determining professional reference points of production trainers and tutors in the course of vocational training. © 2016 Rensh, Kosyakova and Agafonova

Marketing mix for e-commerce

The relevance of the analyzed issue is caused by the need to study the process of transformation of marketing in e-commerce, as the active involvement of business organizations in the field of e-business is often accompanied by problems of applying the usual marketing tools in a virtual environment. The article seeks to identify changes in the elements of the marketing mix in e-commerce in accordance with the trend of e-business and Internet technology. The leading approach to the study of this issue is the marketing model 7P, allowing structuring the changes in a complex of marketing tools with regard to trade and information services of online stores. The results of research were: to establish the determining role of technology and information support of consumers; to identify the areas of transformation of the marketing mix in e-commerce, demonstrating the significant influence of consumers on the content of 7P and personalize the supply of goods and services. The article may be useful for online stores in case of marketing strategy development, identification of the most important elements of 7P, assessment of marketing effectiveness and optimization of marketing costs. © 2016 Pogorelova et al

Obtaining and estimating the potential of protein nutraceuticals from highly mineralized collagen-containing beef raw materials

Highly mineralized collagen-containing beef raw materials (tibia, fibula and costal bones) are a source of valuable protein nutraceuticals. They include high molecular weight proteins, oligopeptides and amino acids, which anabolic and physiological potential is used insufficiently. Protein nutraceuticals were obtained by high-temperature hydrolysis of beef raw materials in combination with enzymolysis by proteolytic enzyme preparations Alcalase 2,5 L, Protamex, Protosubtilin G3x. The water-soluble fraction of hydrolysates was studied after its separation and freeze-drying on the content of nitrogenous compounds, fats, minerals, formol-titrated nitrogen, fractional molecular composition. The mathematical dependencies of accumulation of low molecular weight products of protein hydrolysis on enzymolysis duration and doses of different enzyme preparations were obtained. The rational technological scheme of complex processing of beef raw materials with production of protein, fat and mineral-protein additives was proposed. The protein weight fraction in the freeze-dried protein hydrolysates was 69.5–89.6%. All studied protein additives contained peptides with a molecular weight of not more than 100 kDa. The content of low-molecular weight oligopeptides with a molecular weight of less than 10 kDa in the protein additives obtained by enzymatic thermal hydrolysis was more than 90%. The amino acid composition of protein additives produced by different hydrolytic methods was analyzed. Sensory and functional-technological properties of freeze-dried protein compositions were studied. The amino acid potential, high assimilability and physiological activity of protein nutraceuticals from collagen-containing beef raw materials were established. It is recommended to use them in the composition of specialized biologically active additives (BAAs) to food of the osteotropic direction in recipes of specialized and personalized products as a source of amino acids and active peptides

В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования особенностей и динамики нравственных отношений подростков, занятых разными видами внеурочной деятельности. Показана связь нравственных отношений подростков с показателями их социально-психологической адаптации. Полученные данные подтверждают значимость развития нравственных отношений подростков для нормального хода их психологического развития.The article presents the results of the empirical study on peculiarities and dynamics of moral relations of teenagers that are involved into different types of extracurricular activities. The authors demonstrate connection of teenagers’ moral relations with indicators of their social psychological adaptation. The objective of the research was to analyze the Latin American experience in constitutional guarantees regarding freedom of expression in the media. The document summarizes the results of a comparative legal study dedicated to the texts included in the constitutions of the Latin American states regarding the identification of norms that guarantee the freedom of the media in them. It has been established that most of the declared constitutions contain traditional guarantees of media freedom expressed in the legalization of this substantive freedom, its implementation without censorship and restrictions under the threat of responsibility for its abus

The neutron 'thunder' accompanying the extensive air shower

Simulations show that neutrons are the most abundant component among extensive air shower hadrons. However, multiple neutrons which appear with long delays in neutron monitors nearby the EAS core ('neutron thunder') are mostly not the neutrons of the shower, but have a secondary origin. The bulk of them is produced by high energy EAS hadrons hitting the monitors. The delays are due to the termalization and diffusion of neutrons in the moderator and reflector of the monitor accompanied by the production of secondary gamma-quanta. This conclusion raises the important problem of the interaction of EAS with the ground, the stuff of the detectors and their environment since they have often hydrogen containing materials like polyethilene in neutron monitors. Such interaction can give an additional contribution to the signal in the EAS detectors. It can be particularly important for the signals from scintillator or water tank detectors at km-long distances from the EAS core where neutrons of the shower become the dominant component after a few mcsec behind the EAS front.Comment: 12 pages, 4 figures, accepted by J.Phys.G: Nucl.Part.Phy

Клинико-морфологическая характеристика плацент доношенных детей при врожденных инфекционных заболеваниях

Materials and methods. The features of the course of pregnancy and childbirth, the condition of children at birth, histomorphological conclusions of placentas and the expression of the CD15 marker in the placentas of 40 children with congenital infectious diseases, 10 children with asphyxia at birth and 10 healthy full-term children were analyzed.Results. The analysis showed the absence of reliable clinical and morphological criteria for the risk of developing a congenital infectious disease. Thus, the majority of mothers of children of all comparison groups had various somatic pathology: 33 (82.5%) in group 1, 8 (80%) in group 2, 6 (60%) in group 3 (p ≥ 0.05) Children of all comparison groups were statistically comparable in gestational age, anthropometric data and assessment on the Apgar scale. During histological examination, inflammatory changes in the afterbirth in children of the compared groups were recorded with almost the same frequency: in 17 (42.5%) children with intrauterine infection, 4 (40%) with asphyxia at birth and 2 (20%) healthy children (p ≥ 0.05). At the same time, immunohistochemically, placentas of children with congenital infectious diseases were characterized by a significantly higher level of CD15 expression compared to placentas of healthy children: CD15 expression coefficient in placentas of children with congenital infectious diseases was 6.9 ± 0.9, in the group of healthy children — 0.7 ± 0.5, (p < 0.05).Conclusion. The use of the immunohistochemical marker CD15 makes it possible to predict congenital infectious disease in newborns in the absence of obvious morphological signs of an infectious lesion of the afterbirth, and can be used to form risk groups for the implementation of infectious pathology.Материалы и методы. Проанализированы особенности течения беременности и родов, состояние детей при рождении, гистоморфологические заключения плацент и экспрессия маркера CD15 в плацентах 40 детей с врожденными инфекционными заболеваниями, 10 детей с асфиксией при рождении и 10 здоровых доношенных детей.Результаты. Проведенный анализ показал отсутствие достоверных клинико-морфологических критериев риска развития врожденного инфекционного заболевания. Так, большинство матерей детей всех групп сравнения имели разнообразную соматическую патологию: 33 (82,5%) в 1-й группе, 8 (80%) во 2-й группе, 6 (60%) в 3-й группе (p ≥ 0,05). Дети всех групп сравнения были статистически сопоставимы по гестационному возрасту, антропометрическим данным и оценке по шкале Апгар. При гистологическом исследовании воспалительные изменения в последах у детей сравниваемых групп регистрировались практически с одинаковой частотой: у 17 (42,5%) детей с врожденными инфекционными заболеваниями, 4 (40%) с асфиксией при рождении и 2 (20%) здоровых детей (p ≥ 0,05). В то же время иммуногистохимически плаценты детей с врожденными инфекционными заболеваниями характеризовались достоверно более высоким уровнем экспрессии CD15 по сравнению с плацентами здоровых детей: коэффициент экспрессии CD15 в плацентах детей с врожденными инфекционными заболеваниями составил 6,9 ± 0,9, в группе здоровых детей — 0,7 ± 0,5, (p < 0,05).Заключение. Применение иммуногистохимического маркера CD15 позволяет прогнозировать врожденное инфекционное заболевание у новорожденных при отсутствии явных морфологических признаков инфекционного поражения последа и может быть использовано с целью формирования групп риска по реализации инфекционной патологии

Prevalence of risk factors of HIV contamination in injection drug using women in the Omsk Region

The results of an epidemiological study of risk factors of HIV infection among women, who inject drugs, are presented in this paper. Incidence of HIV among women during the period from 2005 to 2013 had a significant increasing trend from 2,1 to 63,3 per 100000 women. The predominance of parenteral transmission of HIV, as well as a significant prevalence of substance abuse disorders among women, determined a significant risk of morbidity for women with HIV infection (6,3 per 10,000 women). We included 115 women, taking injection drugs, in our study. Most of the women noted patterns of high risk HIV infection behavior, as well as the lack of knowledge about HIV prevention. 45% of women had been using drugs for 6-11 years, most of them have started using drugs at the age of 16-19 years, 40% of participants have used more than one type of drug, used common needles, syringes, together with other persons, including those with HIV infection. 23,8% of the women mentioned having unprotected sex, including sex with casual sex partners

First CNGS events detected by LVD

The CERN Neutrino to Gran Sasso (CNGS) project aims to produce a high energy, wide band $\nu_{\mu}$ beam at CERN and send it toward the INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratory (LNGS), 732 km away. Its main goal is the observation of the $\nu_{\tau}$ appearance, through neutrino flavour oscillation. The beam started its operation in August 2006 for about 12 days: a total amount of $7.6~10^{17}$ protons were delivered to the target. The LVD detector, installed in hall A of the LNGS and mainly dedicated to the study of supernova neutrinos, was fully operating during the whole CNGS running time. A total number of 569 events were detected in coincidence with the beam spill time. This is in good agreement with the expected number of events from Montecarlo simulations.Comment: Accepted for publication by the European Physical Journal C ; 7 pages, 11 figure
