Pengaruh Strategi Bisnis terhadap Kinerja Manajerial melalui Information Capital Readiness dan Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja
In information era, companies using bisnis strategy, and put the strategy into action to pursue high performance. Companies need to manage its information capital readiness, and management informationsystems, so that they can put strategy into action and achieve high manajerial performanc.This study focus on the effect of business strategy toward managerial performance through information capital readiness and performance management systems as intervening variables in companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange and States Own Companies.Result of the study shows that:1) business strategy have a positive impact on infformation capital readiness, 2) business strategy have no indirect effect on performance management systems through information capital readiness as an intervening variable, 3)business strategy have an indirect impact on managerial performance through information capital readiness as an intervening variable, 4) information capital readiness have no indirect effect on managerial performance through performance management systems as an intervening variable, 5) business strategy have an indirect effect on managerial performance through managementperformance measurement as an intervening variable, 6) business strategy have an indirect effect onmanagerial performance through information capital readiness and management performance measurementas intervening variables.Keywords: business strategy, managerial performance, information capital readiness, and performance management system
Pelaksanaan Program Remedialdi SD Negeri Cot Baroh Kecematan Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie
Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran selalu dijumpai adanya siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar dan penguasaan materi pembelajaran yang telah ditentukan. Secara garis besar kesulitan dimaksud dapat berupa kurangnya pengetahuan, kesulitan memahami materi pembelajaran, maupun kesulitan dalam mengerjakan tugas-tugas latihan dan menyelesaikan soal-soal ulangan. Secara khusus, kesulitan yang dijumpai siswa dapat berupa tidak dikuasainya kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran tertentu. Adapun tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Program Remedialdi SD Negeri Cot Baroh Glumpang tiga Kabupaten Pidie.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri Cot Baroh Kecamatan Glumpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie berjumlah 3 orang.Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Seluruh data diolah dengan tahapan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data.Berdasarkan analisis data temuan penelitian ini dapat dikemukakan sebagai berikut. Pelaksanaan remedial dilaksanakan pada kelas IV,V dan VI dan siswa yang mendapat remedial adalah siswa yang tidak mencapai SKL yang telah ditetapkan sehingga guru perlu melaksanakan remedial untuk membantu siswa. Dalam pelaksanaan remedial guru harus memperhatikan nilai, situasi dan kondisi yang dialami oleh siswa, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuratif yaitu penyembuhan setelah diberikan evaluasi dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode tanya jawab, pemberian tugas, kelompok serta tutor sebaya. Sarana yang membantu pelaksanaan remedial adalah ruang kelas, pustaka, lingkungan sekolah, alat peraga dan ternyata sarana tersebut sangat membantu pelaksanaan remedial
Mediating Roles of Innovation Capability and Customer Performance in Seniority Management–Financial Performance Relationship: Experience of SOEs in Indonesia
This study aims to investigate the mediating effect of innovation capability and customer performance on the relationship between seniority-based management and financial performance. The main contribution of this study is to empirically test the resource-based theory using a structural equation model. This is designed as a quantitative study at explanatory level using a structural equation modelling. As many as 115 managers of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and their subsidiaries in Indonesia participated. Results show the following: First, seniority-based management affects financial performance. Second, innovation capability does not mediate the relationship between seniority-based management and financial performance. Third, customer performance does not mediate the relationship between seniority-based management and financial performance. Finally, innovation capability and customer performance mediate the relationship between seniority-based management and financial performance. This study concludes the strategic roles of innovation capability and customer performance.

Online Corporate Social Responsibility on Developing Countries
The purpose of this paper is to examine the determinants of reporting corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Particulary, it explores the impact of size, age and origin of company ownership on the online CSR reporting using the data from 100 manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The authors used the ordinary least squares regression analysis in the estimation of the influence predictive on-line corporate CSR disclosure. The findings suggest a significant positive relationship between online CSR disclosure and firm size and are insignificant company with firm age and origin. The findings are strong for different specifications. Research directed at online CSR communication between manufacturing companies. This study therefore makes an important contribution of analyzing online CSR reporting in Indonesia

Penataan Pedagang Kakilima (Pkl) di Kawasan Taman Ria Palu
The matter of retail traders (PKL) is one of the classical problems that always be a problem for an area or region at it results a bad image for the area where which they take place. Such a condition happens in Taman Ria Palu area. The condition has caused bad effect that is especially in the space USAge of the area, uncontrolled growth and no specific form for PKL. Such a condition must be solved through out research that emphasizing at the form and the use of the space of the area by PKL It is in order to identify the problems of the element of the problems so that can help the development of the area. The advantage of the research is so that the PKL do not become a problem for the element of the area they take place but to find a solution point of the problem at the area that have a link with PKL's activities. It's can be a contribution for the government to arrange the government regulation. The analysis of this research employs the theory of need of that people in visiting the area (park) and see the PKL as one of the components of the space order together with the other ones. The frame of the theory that used is by observing the interaction among public area, public activity, and the activity of all PKL in using the area. This research is using the method of descriptive qualitative quantitative paradigm that explain the qualitative data in form of matrix, picture to find out the parameter, variable, and the research indicator based on the frame of theory. The result of the research that have link with the pattern of the development of PKL is uncontrolled, activity as the respond of the growth, and the intraction among elements of the area strongly effects the need of people for visiting the area (the park). The factor influenced the use of the are must reviewed in the terms of designing patterns for solving the problem
