This article considers the verbs of perception in the three Western Romanic languages: French, Italian and Spanish. In the present paper the bond between deixis and verbs of perception is being investigated. The research has revealed a fundamental difference between a field of indication and a symbolic field, which refers to cognitive, emotional, axiological moduses derived from the modus of perception. The analysis of the material has given grounds to introduce correlative notions of primary and secondary deixis. Depending on the conduct of agential, time and spatial coordinates in the discourse they form primary and secondary deixis of the deictic-field and primary and secondary deixis of the symbolic fieldyesBelgorod State Universit

Bacterial Carriage of Pathogenic Antibiotic-resistant Staphylococci Among Conditionally Healthy Infants and Preschool-age Children

    Get PDF
Staphylococci are related to opportunistic microorganisms and are part of normal human microflora. However, there are varieties that can cause pyoinflammatory diseases in organisms with weakened immune status. In the event of an inadequate therapeutic approach, they are preserved in the body, and the person becomes a bacterial carrier and a source of dissemination of pathogenic microorganisms. The formation of antibiotic resistance also plays a significant role in the emergence of bacterial carriage. The situation is especially serious in organized children’s groups, where children are in close contact with one another. Thus, the study of the prevalence rate of antibiotic resistance among pathogenic strains of staphylococci in children’s groups is topical and worthy of attention. The purpose of this work is to identify carriers of pathogenic and antibiotic resistant staphylococci isolated from the microflora of the oral cavity of preschool children considered healthy. The results of the research can prove useful in practical healthcare and, particularly, in pediatric practice. Keywords: staphylococci, pathogenic cocci, bacterial carriage, antibiotic resistance, infant morbidity rat

Atrial Fibrillation Triggers in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease and Subclinical Thyrotoxicosis

We examined 202 patients with paroxysms of symptomatic and asymptomatic atrial fibrillation (AF), some of whom suffered from coronary artery disease (CAD) andsubclinical thyrotoxicosis (ST). Healthy individuals acted as a comparison group. It was revealed that in all studied groups, extrasystoles and paroxysms of reciprocal atrioventricular orthodortic and nodal tachycardia was the role of the triggering factors of AF. In patients with ST without CAD and in healthy persons, the paroxysms of tachycardia are short and unstable. When CAD combined with ST, the number of extrasystoles and AF paroxysms is significantly higher than only in ST and in healthy individuals. It was found that in patients with asymptomatic AF the total number of extrasystoles and paroxysms of tachycardia is greater than in the case of symptomatic. Thus, the identification of concomitant subclinical thyrotoxicosis in a patient with CAD should alert the clinician to the development and progression of atrial fibrillation. It should be given great attention to screening thyroid pathology in patients with CAD. Keywords: atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, subclinical thyrotoxicosis

Asymptomatic Lone Atrial Fibrillation in Pregnant Women

We examined 43 pregnant women with paroxysms of asymptomatic lone atrial fibrillation. It was revealed that the increasing of the gestational age leads to increase of number of single, paired and group supraventricular extrasystoles; single and paired ventricular extrasystoles; number and duration of paroxysms of atrial fibrillation. However, the number of extrasystoles and paroxysms of arrhythmia decreased to baseline values after delivery. Thus, it was proved that pregnancy contributes to the increase of paroxysms of lone atrial fibrillation due to the increased influence of modulating components on the triggering extrasystoles. The importance of the method of 24-hour ECG monitoring in the detection of arrhythmia in pregnant women is emphasized. Keywords: lone atrial fibrillation, extrasystole, pregnancy

It is impossible to imagine modern medical practice without antibiotic therapy. However, the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry expands free access of the population to antibacterial drugs. At the same time, the illiteracy of people with respect to the principles of rational antibiotic therapy also increases. The problem of microbial resistance to antibacterial drugs remains relevant to this day. Special attention should be paid to rational antibiotic therapy applied to children. The purpose of this work was to study the resistance of hemolytic microorganisms, which are often the cause of upper respiratory infection in preschool children, to the main antibacterial drugs used in pediatric practice. The results of this scientific research can be advisory and useful to pediatricians and other specialists whose professional activities are related to children’s health. Keywords: hemolytic active microorganisms, bacterial carriage, antibiotic resistance, children’s healt

Hyperuricemia as a risk factor for cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients

    Get PDF
Hypertension (HTN) remains one of the most important risk factors for cardiovascular events. Modification of additional risk factors, along with a blood pressure decrease, significantly affects the risk of cardiovascular events. Hyperuricemia is one of the new factors that has a high prevalence in the population and affects the risk for cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients. In the treatment with fixed-dose combinations in patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia, metabolic neutrality is of particular importance. When prescribing diuretics, the practitioner faces additional difficulties. These drugs are highly synergistic when added to other major antihypertensives’ classes, but, in some cases, may worsen the metabolic profile. The use of the thiazide-like diuretic indapamide largely avoids a negative effect on the metabolic profile, making it the preferred choice for patients with hyperuricemia

Use of Physicochemical Method for Evaluation of Mucilage Producing Ability of the Linum Usitatissimum L. Seeds

    Get PDF
Abstract In the modern medicine of many European countries flax is used as a medicament with a wide range of use. Wholesome effect of flax seeds is determined by the large amount of enveloping substances. This property is connected with content of mucilage up to 10% and glycoside linamarin. Flaxseed polysaccharides also possess antiinflammatory effect. Furthermore, mucilage production can be a chemosystematic characteric of intraspecific taxons. In literature intervarietal variability data is limited. Therefore, comparative evaluation of mucilage producing ability of flax seeds with different morphotypes is of interest. The research of micromorphological characteristics of seed coat and mucilage production dynamics was carried out and it was established that mucilage-producing cells are localized predominantly in the external layer of seed coat. It was established that Bahmalskiy, Nebesnyj, Kustanayskiy yantar varieties possess the highest level of mucilage production. Morphotype and varietal specificity of mucilage production are determined, consequently it can be used as a marker feature of L. usitatissimum new forms. The proposed technique is based on the determination of seed physicochemical characteristics and can be used for express analysis of the vegetal samples and their differentiation by the directions of use: as a fatty oil or mucilage-containing raw material. Keywords: Linum usitatissimum L. varieties, seeds, mucilage production, hydration dynamics, physicochemical method

    Get PDF
Purpose: The main aim of this article is to consider the main trends observed in the labor market in the regional agricultural sector. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses the statistical method, the method of analogy and comparison, as well as the positive and normative approach. Findings: The study indicated that in the agricultural sector there are several problems associated with the formation of human resources. This is evidenced by the presence of negative trends that have been observed over the past 20 years. The main problems are the low educational level of workers, aging professional staff, and a reduction in the number of employees in all positions. Practical implications: The socio-economic problems considered in the article indicate the urgent need to develop a mechanism of state support for agricultural workers. Originality/Value: The authors define the concept of human capital and reveal the essence of the factors influencing its formation, revealing them from the perspective of the socio-economic development of the region.peer-reviewe

to analyze the indicators of the function of the sinus node in patients of young age with paroxysmal tachycardia. Methods: study included 11 patients with suspected paroxysmal tachycardia, with an average age of 17±28. The basis for holding transesophageal electrophysiological study (TE EPS) was the clinical and electrophysiological characteristics of paroxysmal tachycardia. According to the results of Holter monitoring ECG (HM ECG) analyzed the minimum and maximum heart rate, number of ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias, presence of pauses, rhythm and episodes of paroxysmal tachycardia. According to CHP, EFI estimated the initial heart rate (HR), recovery time of sinus node function (RTSNF), corrected recovery time of sinus node function (CRTSNF), point of Wenkebach (p. W), duration of the effective refractory period of the atrioventricular connections, presence of aberrant complexes and episodes of paroxysmal tachycardias before and after administration of atropine at a dose of 0.02 mg/kg. Results: Complaints characteristic of the tachyarrhythmia was diagnosed in 9 patients, episodes of heart rate more than 150 beats per minute in 7 patients. When conducting TE EPS obtained the following results: episodes of supraventricular tachycardia provoked in 8 patients (in two cases of paroxysmal tachycardia managed to provoke only after administration of atropine). Three of them have shimmer and atrial flutter episodes reciprocal tachycardia in five. Three patients provoke paroxysmal tachycardia failed, but they showed a shortening of the PQ interval and the appearance of aberrant QRS complexes when stimulated. In patients with paroxysmal SVT signs of sinus node dysfunction was detected in 6 patients, in the form of episodes of sinus arrhythmia (4 patients), migration pacemaker the atria (4 patients), sinoatrial blockade of II degree (3 patients), blockade of legs of bunch of gisa (2 patients), atrioventricular block degree II-III (1 patient), RTSNF more than 1500 MS in 1 patient, CRTSNF greater than 500 msec in 3 patients. Conclusion: in 6 of 9 patients with supraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia revealed signs of sinus node dysfunction, probably has a vagotonic in nature
