    Digital Twin Application in Teaching Students Majoring in Metallurgical Engineering

    The article addresses the crucial issues of training engineering personnel with the use of digital twins. In particular, application of digital twins is highly relevant when it comes to training of metallurgical engineering students. At present, teaching of students majoring in metallurgy involving the use of casting aluminum alloys physical models has a number of restrictions such as a high cost of expandable material, safety regulations, the need to provide special access. In this context, the purpose of this article is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the digital twin of mo dern technology for casting aluminum alloys for application in the educational process. The digital twin created at the Siberian Federal University is a digital analogue of modern industrial complexes used at metallurgical enterprises. The methodological support and a script provided testing of the digital twin on the master’s students studying in the educational program 22.04.02.07 β€œTheory and technology of foundry production of non-ferrous metals and alloys”, direction of training 22.04.02 Metallurgy. The educational functionality of the model consists in passing the scenarios in the training and examination modes, which enables to test theoretical knowledge, gain skills and consolidate the skills of students. The training mode includes the necessary sequence of actions for passing one of the scenarios. The exam mode monitors user’s actions with saving his history, on the basis of which a report with the final grade is formed. It is planned that as a result of using the digital twin of the semicontinuous casting of aluminum alloys in the educational process, graduates will develop general professional, professional mandatory and professional competencies

    Objective. Study of clinical and epidemiological characteristicsof hepatitis A in children.Materials and methods. The paper presents the epidemiologicalΒ situation of this issue in the Krasnoyarsk Territory,Β as well as the results of clinical observations of 104 childrenΒ with hepatitis A in age from 1 to 14 years.Results. It was found that at the present time is markedΒ deterioration of the epidemiological situation of hepatitisΒ A with involvement in the epidemiological process of youngΒ children. In this severe hepatitis A, often occurring with theΒ phenomena of cholestasis, significantly more frequent amongΒ children aged 7–14 years. Despite the apparent beneficialΒ for the infection at discharge on the part of school-age childrenΒ has been a recovery with residual effects that requireΒ continued monitoring and corrective therapy appointment.ЦСль.     ВСкст ΡΡ‚Π°Ρ‚ΡŒΠΈ Π½Π΅ публикуСтся Π² ΠΎΡ‚ΠΊΡ€Ρ‹Ρ‚ΠΎΠΌ доступС Π² соотвСтствии с ΠΏΠΎΠ»ΠΈΡ‚ΠΈΠΊΠΎΠΉ ΠΆΡƒΡ€Π½Π°Π»Π°.Our paper shows the research results of thermodeformation machining of flat ingots made of experimental aluminium alloys, containing magnesium, scandium, rare-earth and transition metals. Relevance of the work aimed at creating the new Al-Mg system alloys, alloyed by scandium, and technologies for obtaining deformed semi-finished products from them using metal forming operations are shown. Regimes of hot and cold sheet rolling for obtaining strips with thickness 1-3 mm from these alloys were calculated and experimentally tested. Experimental research included the following steps: preparation of flat slabs with dimensions 28-150-300 mm for rolling; hot rolling at the temperature of 450 Β°C with total draw ratio about 6; cold rolling with total draw ratio about 5; annealing of cold-deformed semi-finished products at the temperature of 350 Β°C within 3 hours; argon-arc welding of the obtained strips along and across the direction of deformation; intergranular corrosion test; evaluation of mechanical properties of the samples. As a result, the nature and degree of corrosion destruction were studied and mechanical properties of deformed, annealed and welded semi-finished products from experimental alloys were determined. It is established that they have a high level of strength and plastic properties of the metal along, across and at an angle 45o relative to the direction of rolling. So tensile strength reaches the value 500-520 MPa for deformed samples, yield strength of metal 435-470 MPa, relative elongation 4.8-6.7%, and for annealed samples the values of the relative elongation increase and can reach 14.0-14.5% at the sufficiently high yield strength 357-369 MPa. Tests for intergranular corrosion of samples after welding showed high corrosion resistance of welded joints. The strength of the welded seam is 0.75-0.85 of the strength of the base metal. The results of research can be recommended for the development of technology for the manufacture of parts from flat products, including welded joints

It was determined that thermoinactivation of coupled enzyme system has nonlinear nature and occurs with dissociative mechanism. It was showed that gel matrix of gelatin stabilizes enzymes. There was no effect of viscous environment originating by gelatin surroundings on the rate of enzymatic reactions
