Landsat imagery evidences great recent land cover changes induced by wild fires in central Siberia
The article discusses the methods of satellite image classification to determine general types of forest ecosystems, as well as the long-term monitoring of ecosystems changes using satellite imagery of medium spatial resolution and the daily data of space monitoring of active fires. The area of interest of this work is 100 km footprint of the Zotino Tall Tower Observatory (ZOTTO), located near the Zotino settlement, Krasnoyarsk region. The study area is located in the middle taiga subzone of Western Siberia, are presented by the left and right banks of the Yenisei river.
For Landsat satellite imagery supervised classification by the maximum likelihood method was made using ground-based studies over the last fifteen years. The results are the identification of the 10 aggregated classes of land surface and composition of the study area thematic map.
Operational satellite monitoring and analysis of spatial information about ecosystem in the 100-kilometer footprint of the ZOTTO tall tower allows to monitor the dynamics of forest disturbance by fire and logging over a long time period and to estimate changes in forest ecosystems of the study area. Data on the number and area of fires detected in the study region for the 2000-2014 received in the work. Calculations show that active fires have burned more than a quarter of the footprint area over the study period. Fires have a significant impact on the redistribution of classes of land surface. Area of all types of vegetation ecosystems declined dramatically under the influence of fires, whereas industrial logging does not impact seriously on it.
The results obtained in our work indicate the highest occurrence of fires for lichen forest types within study region, probably due to their high natural fire danger, which is consistent with other studies. The least damage the fire caused to the wetland ecosystem due to high content of moisture and the presence of a large number of fire breaks in the form of open water
Diversification of transit risks of Russia as a basis for economic and energy security in European countries
The paper examines the dependence of energy security against the European Union (EU) and Russia, where the main threats are the insufficient diversification of supplies, the difficulties in gas transportation and the high transit tariffs.
It covers the threats of location of the gas transportation system in Ukraine, through the territory of which a significant volume of gas purchases to the EU countries is delivered.
The ways of diversifying transit risks have been identified through the Yamal-Europe, Blue Stream, and Nord Stream gas pipelines, as well as by the implementation of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. This will allow diversifying the EU transit risks and supplying gas to Austria through the territory of Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In turn could be determined by political and economic instability. In the methodological part of the paper, an analysis of gas consumption in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe was made, which showed fairly stable consumption with a slight decrease in demand.peer-reviewe

COVID-19 Pandemic in German Humor
Verbal means of reflecting the situation of the coronavirus pandemic through the prism of German humor are considered. The relevance of the study is due to the interest of modern language science in the study of discourses as a kind of markers of linguistic consciousness and speech behavior. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that German humorous texts about the pandemic have not yet become the subject of a special scientific study. The purpose of the study is to describe and interpret the motives, reactions, assessments that represent the main areas of life that have changed during the pandemic. It is shown that the pandemic appears in jokes as a discursive space that predetermines and models a jokingly ironic assessment of the current situation: forced self-isolation served as a pretext for an ironic rethinking of marital, parent-child relationships, a public negative assessment of distance education is given, the state of some members of the society is comprehended as a mental illness. The representation of reality is constructed not without the influence of ethno-cultural factors and stereotypes: the German is comprehended and evaluated within the framework of the βown β different β alienβ modus. The study can be continued as part of an interlingual description of humor during the coronavirus pandemic in order to study the linguocognitive, linguocultural aspects of language activity

The article considers the specifics of headers of media texts as tools for teaching future journalists Russian as a foreign language from the perspective of media education. In the course of studying the headers of informational media texts, the meaning of heading linguocultural connotations, as well as the features of their communicative and pragmatic functions in terms of the formation of information content and its recognition by the mass audience, is clarified. The paper presents for the first time the results of the analysis of the linguistic and cultural potential of the headings of printed media texts of the modern Russian press as an actual methodological material for international journalism education. A comparative classification of headings with a linguocultural component developed by the author is also given, and an assessment is given of the role, place and significance of linguoculturally determined headings of media texts from the point of view of their use in teaching meaning formation and understanding. The hypothesis is confirmed that in a situation of expanding the sphere of public influence of the media, which results in general mediation, teaching Russian as a foreign language also falls into the area of interest of media education, and linguistic-cultural vocabulary becomes an important component of socio-political vocabulary when teaching foreign students how to perceive and create journalistic texts and work with the media.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ Ρ ΠΏΠΎΠ·ΠΈΡΠΈΠΉ ΠΌΠ΅Π΄ΠΈΠ°ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ°Π·ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ°ΡΡΠΌΠ°ΡΡΠΈΠ²Π°Π΅ΡΡΡ ΡΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΡΠΈΠΊΠ° Π·Π°Π³ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ²ΠΊΠΎΠ² ΠΌΠ΅Π΄ΠΈΠ°ΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΡΠΎΠ² Π² ΠΊΠ°ΡΠ΅ΡΡΠ²Π΅ ΠΈΠ½ΡΡΡΡΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠΎΠ² Π΄Π»Ρ ΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ Π±ΡΠ΄ΡΡΠΈΡ

Interrelation of individual-personal qualities and dynamics of functional states participants of the sea Arctic expedition
The issues of psychological adaptation of a person to the extreme conditions of the Arctic continue to be relevant at the present time. Dynamic monitoring of human functional states is an effective technology that allows timely identification of the level of human adaptation to the conditions of the North and implementation of preventive measures to maintain health in extreme working conditions.Β Β The aim of the studyΒ is to identify and describe the relationship of individual-personal qualities and the dynamics of the functional states of the participants of the marine Arctic expedition.Β Β Methods.Β Psychophysiological testing using the device UPFT-1/30-Β«PsychophysiologΒ» (variational cardiointervalometry, complex visual-motor reaction); color preference test (M. Luscher, adapted by L. N. Sobchik) with calculation of interpretation coefficients by G. A. Aminev; Five-factor personality questionnaire (R. McCrae and P. Costa, adapted by A. B. Khromov); statistical methods: descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis using Spearmanβs rank correlation coefficient. The study was conducted daily in the morning and evening for 20 days on the research vessel Mikhail Somov in June 2021. The study involved 39 people, including participants in the scientific and educational expeditionary project βArctic Floating Universityβ2021β.Β Β Results.Β The dynamics of psychophysiological and projective psychological parameters of the functional states of the expedition members as a whole is characterized by favorable levels, which indicates their adaptation to the conditions of high latitudes. According to the results of the correlation analysis, statistically significant relationships were revealed between the dynamics of functional states and such individual-personal qualities as: extraversion β introversion and attachment β separation.Β Β Conclusion.Β The results of the study are consistent with the data of previous expeditions of the βArctic floating universityβ and other polar expeditions. The revealed interrelations of functional states with different personality characteristics of the participants testify in favor of the complex nature of the study using different groups of diagnostic methods
The functional status of forestry industry workers in the Far North during the shift period
All over the world, the timber industry is one of the most physically hazardous industries. Working in such conditions is accompanied by an increase in the risk of unfavorable functional states and a critical decrease in professional reliability. Monitoring the workersβ state during the shift period will allow to determine the adaptation degree of personnel to work, as well as to identify the days of the shift arrival with a high risk of injury caused by the unfavorable state of workers. The aim. To identify and describe the functional states dynamics of loggers during the entire shift period in the Far North as their adaptation degree to work.Methods. Objective: collection of saliva for the determination of cortisol, psychophysiological instrumental methods; projective: M. Luscherβs color test; subjective β questionnaire βWell-being. Activity. Moodβ by V.Π. Doskin et al.; statistical methods: descriptive statistics. The study involved 24 shift workers of a logging enterprise, with whom we conducted daily monitoring of objective, projective and subjective characteristics of their functional state in the morning and evening during a fourteenday shift visit.Results. According to the objective, projective and subjective indicators of functional states, their consistently favorable level is observed with multidirectional peaks during the shift change period and a slight decrease at the end of the shift, which demonstrates the staffβ adaptability to work. The operator performance is somewhat higher in the second half of the shift period, but in general it is below average due to the reduced quality of task performance. An increased free cortisol level was revealed in employees during the entire shift period with a high functional reserves level of the body. During the shift change period, the risks associated with the efficiency and safety of labor increase, which undoubtedly requires consideration by the management of enterprises
