    The article is devoted to development of a decision-making algorithm for transportation of goods by road based on the method of online remote assessment of the state of the cargo and the transportation process without human intervention. The development of the algorithm is based on the use of transport telematics and experimental study, the objective of which was to reveal capacity of navigation devices to fix accelerations that occur during vehicle movement.The developed methodology allows to automatically make decisions aimed at saving resources. The article describes the steps of operational remote assessment of the state of the cargo, as well as the decision-making algorithm based on the information received.A scheme of information interaction of the cargo transportation process participants is described, in which an analytical center is designated, the task of which is to calculate the force acting on the cargo and compare the calculated force with the strength characteristics of the material from which the cargo is made.The situational task of delivering goods to several points is described. To visualize the situational task, a cargo delivery route was constructed to compare planned indicators with actual ones, adjusted using the analytical center.This article describes the prospects for the use of tools of transport telematics, consisting in increasing the effectiveness of cargo safety control during transportation.Статья посвящена разработке алгоритма принятия решений при осуществлении перевозки грузов автомобильным транспортом на основе метода оперативной дистанционной оценки состояния груза и транспортного процесса без участия человека. Разработка алгоритма базируется на применении средств транспортной телематики и экспериментальном исследовании, целью которого являлось  описание возможностей навигационных блоков для фиксирования ускорений, возникающих во время движения транспортного средства.Разработанная методика позволяет в автоматическом режиме принимать решения,  направленные на экономию ресурсов. В статье описаны этапы оперативной  дистанционной оценки состояния груза, а также алгоритм принятия решений на основе полученной информации.Описана схема информационного взаимодействия участников процесса перевозки грузов, в которой обозначен аналитический центр, задачей которого является расчёт силы, действующей на груз, и сопоставление рассчитанной силы с прочностными характеристиками материала, из которого изготовлен груз.Описана задача доставки грузов в несколько пунктов. Для визуализации ситуационной задачи был построен маршрут доставки грузов, на примере которого проводилось  сравнение плановых показателей с фактическими, скорректированными при помощи аналитического центра.Данная статья описывает перспективы применения средств транспортной телематики, заключающиеся в повышении эффективности контроля безопасности груза во время перевозки

    Mineral Water Tib-2 in Treatment of Patients with Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis

    Purpose: To examine the role of drinking mineral water Tib-2 in complex rehabilitation of patients in the NASH stationary phase. Material and methods. Observations of 60 patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis with minimal activity of the pathological process are carried out. Results. The positive dynamics of main indicators of hepato-biliary system function (lipid metabolism, lipid peroxidation, and cytokine status hemocoagulation) in complex application of spa phytofactors and drugs is significantly more pronounced (18.5%) compared to only medical and physiotherapy. Summary. The use of brackish drinking mineral water on the stationary phase of treatment of patients with NASH is feasible and promising

    Electronic signature of the vacancy ordering in NbO (Nb3O3)

    We investigated the electronic structure of the vacancy-ordered 4d-transition metal monoxide NbO (Nb3O3) using angle-integrated soft- and hard-x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy as well as ultra-violet angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy. We found that density-functional-based band structure calculations can describe the spectral features accurately provided that self-interaction effects are taken into account. In the angle-resolved spectra we were able to identify the so-called vacancy band that characterizes the ordering of the vacancies. This together with the band structure results indicates the important role of the very large inter-Nb-4d hybridization for the formation of the ordered vacancies and the high thermal stability of the ordered structure of niobium monoxide

    Effect of hydrophobization of airfield coatings on the consumption of deicing reagents2

    The issue of reducing costs for the maintenance of airfield coatings is particularly important nowadays due to the increase in the intensity of domestic air transportation. A significant part of the costs of the operational maintenance of airfields is spent on the purchase of deicing reagents (DIR) used to protect airfield pavements from icing. There is a possibility to reduce the required amount DIR by using of hydrophobizing impregnations (HPI) for cement concrete airfield pavements. The assumption about possibility to reduce costs for DIR by using HPI was proven by laboratory tests on specimens of cement concrete slabs. In the course of laboratory tests the process of airfield pavement icing and de-icing was modeled. According to the results of experimental studies it was determined that the consumption of DIR for cement concrete slabs specimens treated with HPI was reduced by 35% compared to similar specimens without HPI treatment. For the economic evaluation of cost reduction for the purchase of DIRs, the costs of applied DIRs used at civil airfields of the Russian Federation were analyzed, taking into account their location in different climatic zones. The assessment has revealed that the cost savings for the purchase of DIRs can be up to 29.1 %

    Molybdenum cofactor deficiency type B (MOCODB; #252160) is an autosomal recessive metabolic disorder that has only been described in 37 affected patients. In this report, we describe the presence of an in-frame homozygous variant (c.471_477delTTTAAAAinsG) in the MOCS2 gene in an affected child, diagnosed with Ohtahara syndrome according to the clinical manifestations. The analysis of the three-dimensional structure of the protein and the amino acid substitutions suggested the pathogenicity of this mutation. To prevent transmitting this mutation to the next generation, we used preimplantation genetic testing for the monogenic disorders (PGT-M) protocol to select MOCS2 gene mutant-free embryos for transfer in an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program. As a result, a healthy child was born. Interestingly, both parents of the proband shared an identical mitochondrial (mt) DNA control region, assuming their close relationship and thus suggesting that both copies of the nuclear rare variant c.471_477delTTTAAAAinsG may have been transmitted from the same female ancestor. Our estimation of the a priori probability of meeting individuals with the same mtDNA haplotype confirms the assumption of a possible distant maternal relationship among the proband's direct relatives
