Peningkatan Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa Melalui Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning
High-resolution 3-D P-wave model of the Alpine crust
The 3-D P-wave velocity structure of the Alpine crust has been determined from local earthquake tomography using a set of high-quality traveltime data. The application of an algorithm combining accurate phase picking with an automated quality assessment allowed the repicking of first arriving P-phases from the original seismograms. The quality and quantity of the repicked phase data used in this study allows the 3-D imaging of large parts of the Alpine lithosphere between 0 and 60 km depth. Our model represents a major improvement in terms of reliability and resolution compared to any previous regional tomographic studies of the Alpine crust. First-order anomalies like crust—mantle boundary (Moho) and the Ivrea body in the Western Alps are well resolved and in good agreement with previous studies. In addition, several (consistent) small-scale anomalies are visible in the tomographic image. A clear continuation of the lower European crust beneath the Adriatic Moho in the Central Alps is not observed in our results. The absence of such a signature may indicate the eclogitization of the subducted European lower crust in the Central Alps. In agreement with previous results, the additional analysis of focal depths in our new 3-D P-wave model shows that all studied earthquakes in the northern foreland have occurred within the European crust. Waveforms and focal depths suggest that at least one of the analysed events south of the Alps is located in the Adriatic mantl
Pengiriman Data Hasil Pengukuran Parameter Lingkungan Menggunakan Jaringan Seluler dengan Raspberry Pi sebagai Node
In this research has built a data delivery system of environmental parameters from Raspberry Pi into a webserver database for monitoring temperature, humidity, and light intensity in realtime, which used two Raspberry Pi as the two sensor nodes. Data from measurement of temperature, humidity, and light intensity of the sensor node is transmitted into the webserver via the mobile network, then the data is stored in a MySQL database, then the data is displayed in the form of websites. Applications to display the information of temperature, humidity and light intensity are made in the form of web programming with PHP and HTML discussed. With the appearance of the web is expected to facilitate the users to access through related information anywhere and anytime with the terms connected to the network internet. from this study, obtained results Raspberry Pi is able to transmit the observed data well into the webserver with a minimum data transmission delay of 1 second and 12 second maximum delay for a sensor node-1 and minimum delivery delays 1 second and 13 second maximum delay for sensor node-2

The Value of Legal Terminology for the Romano-German Legal System Countries
The problems of terminology are relevant for any aspect of human life. In the field of lawmaking, the significance of this problem corresponds to the significance of laws in society. Thus, the primary aim of the article is to investigate the place of legal terminology in the countries of the continental system of law. To accomplish end, this survey attempts to substantiate that legal terminology in this legal system is of significant importance for the formation and application of legislation. To do so, a comparison is made with the construction of the legal system in the countries of the Anglo-Saxon legal system. Based on the result, Russian law is classified as a continental legal family. At the same time, based on an analysis of the key areas of development of economic legislation, a tendency has been revealed for the penetration of Anglo-Saxon legal institutions into the Russian legal system. The conclusion is formulated on the need to ensure the unity of legal terminology in legal texts. This is of particular importance when borrowing foreign legal institutions
THE QUALITY OF OPENSTREETMAP IN MALAYSIA: A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
Over recent years, the phenomena, Web 2.0 has led to the growth of volunteered geographic information (VGI). The emergence of VGI has played an important role in providing timely data when the costs and its availability is a major concern particularly during emergency and humanitarian efforts. The worldwide crowdsourcing efforts through OpenStreetMap (OSM), the most successful open platform for collaborative mapping have managed to assist authorities such as during the 2017 Mexico earthquake and Hurricane Irma and Maria that impacted several countries in America continent. However, there are lots of arguments on the quality of VGI, particularly in regard to OpenStreetMap (OSM). Therefore, this study was carried out to assess the quality of OSM against authoritative sources using a dataset of Putrajaya, Malaysia. This study assessed the quality of OSM, including completeness, positional and thematic accuracy. From the preliminary assessment, the results showed that the OSM data was good in terms of relative positioning accuracy, particularly in road feature, but still poor in terms of completeness and thematic correctness against the reference dataset. This study is significant with an expected contribution to the assessment of quality of VGI in developing countries that commonly facing slow-paced progress in mapping the OSM. The findings could be used as a basis for various parties that plan to use OSM in Malaysia, particularly Putrajaya as a supplementary data to authoritative sources, including data supplied by the professional surveyors
Recommending research articles: A multi-level chronological learning-based approach using unsupervised keyphrase extraction and lexical similarity calculation
A research article recommendation approach aims to recommend appropriate research articles to analogous researchers to help them better grasp a new topic in a particular research area. Due to the accessibility of research articles on the web, it is tedious to recommend a relevant article to a researcher who strives to understand a particular article. Most of the existing approaches for recommending research articles are metadata-based, citation-based, bibliographic coupling-based, content-based, and collaborative filtering-based. They require a large amount of data and do not recommend reference articles to the researcher who wants to understand a particular article going through the reference articles of that particular article. Therefore, an approach that can recommend reference articles for a given article is needed. In this paper, a new multi-level chronological learning-based approach is proposed for recommending research articles to understand the topics/concepts of an article in detail. The proposed method utilizes the TeKET keyphrase extraction technique, among other unsupervised techniques, which performs better in extracting keyphrases from the articles. Cosine and Jaccard similarity measures are employed to calculate the similarity between the parent article and its reference articles using the extracted keyphrases. The cosine similarity measure outperforms the Jaccard similarity measure for finding and recommending relevant articles to understand a particular article. The performance of the recommendation approach seems satisfactory, with an NDCG value of 0.87. The proposed approach can play an essential role alongside other existing approaches to recommend research articles. Autho
