BCCT Learning Management: Islamic Education's Material in Early Childhood
This research is aimed to know the BBCT (Beyond Center and Circle Time) learning management on Early Childhood Islamic Education' Material in BCC (Bina Citra Cendekia) Ungaran Kindergarten and to know the supporting and unsupporting management factors of Early Childhood Islamic Education' Material in BCC Ungaran Kindergarten. This research belongs to qualitative research which focuses on the BBCT learning management of Early Childhood Islamic Education' Material in BCC Ungaran Kindergarten.The subject of this research is the principal and teachers. The method of collecting data is observation, interview, and documentation. And data analysis technique used in this research is inductive analysis method.The results of this research show that BBCT learning management on Early Childhood Islamic Education' Material in BCC Ungaran Kindergarten is good, because it based on the regulation from Permendiknas (Regulation from the Ministry of Education Affairs of Indonesia) No. 58 Year 2009 of standard contents and evaluation, include: planning, actuating, and learning evaluation. The supporting factors of the BCCT learning management are facilities, such as: buildings, classrooms, teachers' rooms, giving reward for the best achievement teachers (the funding comes from the institution); BCCT training for one week in Istiqlal, Jakarta. Then, unsupporting factors of BCCT learning management are the limited media of learning and the number of teachers, so that the learning process is still not maximal. Supporting games are limited too, so students do not have options to play with
Profil Kompetensi Kelistrikan Berdasarkan Klasifikasi dan Kualifikasi Industri untuk Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Latihan Kejuruan
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah profil kompetensi bidang kelistrikan berdasarkan klasifikasi dan kualifikasi dunia USAha dan dunia industri. Profil kompetensi ini dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan kurikulum lembaga Diklat bidang kelistrikan, pendidikan vokasi, dan lembaga sertifikasi profesi bidang kelistrikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang mengikuti model pengembangan dari Plomp dengan pendekatan DACUM (Developing A Curriculum). Pendekatan Dacum ini melibatkan pelaku industri dan pelaku USAha. Subjek penelitian ini adalah: (1) PT Semen Tonasa sebagai industri besar sebagai pemakai energi listrik; (2) PLN sebagai pemasok tenaga listrik; (3) Assosiasi Kontraktor Listrik Indonesia (AKLI); dan (4) APEI sebagai Lembaga Sertifikasi Kelistrikan Indonesia. Hasil kajian literatur, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara dengan DUDI dijadikan dasar pemetaan kompetensi kerja bidang kelistrikan. Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Dana Pensiun
This research aims to investigate the factors that influence to the quality of pension fund financial reports, a proxy with earnings management. These factors related to corporate governance. This research using 22 Pension Fund in Indonesia, which was established and approved by the Minister of Finance until 2005 and still actively running the business as the Pension Fund by the end of 2009. The research period is taken is 4 years, starting in 2006 until 2009. This research used multiple linear regression model. The independent variable in this research include variable performance of the Pension Fund, the rights of stakeholders, disclosure, and type of Pension Fund that is predicted significant influence on the quality of pension fund financial reports. The result of this research showed that only the audit quality has positive and significant influence on the quality of Pension Fund financial reports, whereas for the variable performance of the Pension Fund, the rights of stakeholders, disclosure, and type of Pension Fund showed no significant effect on the quality of the financial reports of the Pension Fund. Variable types of the Pension Fund (sharia and non-sharia), no significant influence on the quality of Pension Fund financial reports, this can be expected because up to this time there are no special regulations for sharia Pension Funds. Sharia arrangements in relation to aspects of Sharia Pension Funds activities, such as guidelines for preparing the financial reports of Sharia Pension Fund is still using regulations that apply to nonSharia Pension Fund. Parents' Expectations of the Teaching and Learning Islamic Education
The focuses of this research is on parents' expectation of the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of SDLB N Ungaran. The subject is Islamic Education teachers and the parents of students in SDLB N Ungaran. The methods of data collections are observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data analysis is inductive analysis. The result shows that the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of SDLB N Ungaran is generally almost the same with the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of general school. The difference is only in the psychological aspect. The majority of parents' expectation of the teaching and learning Islamic Education is the same: in order the students can understand and apply the subject of Islamic Education in their everyday life so that they can become the righteous children. The factors that support the teaching and learning Islamic Education among students of SDLB N Ungaran are the Islamic Education teachers' patients and meticulous, cooperation between parents, teachers and the school, the extracurricular subjects which are suitable with the students' talent and ability, and teachers' creativity in teaching and learning. The factors that hinder the teaching and learning Islamic Education are inefficient and ineffective time (not suitable with the students with physical disabilities), using the same curriculum with the curriculum in the general school, the low quality teachers, and the lack of teaching and learning facilities
Strategi Terapis dalam Mendidik Kemandirian Anak Autis di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Sri Soedewi Masjchkun Sofwan Kota Jambi.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin begitu banyaknya sekarang anak-anak yang mengalami gangguan autisme. Sehingga memerlukan penanganan khusus dalam membantu kemandirian mereka. Dan dalam hal ini diperlukan para terapis yang profesional Di kota Jambi sudah banyak tempat terapi bagi anak-anak yang mengalami autis, antaranya di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Sri Soedew Maschun Sofwan.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan model persampelan dengan metode purposive sampling. Yakni mendapatkan informan berdasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa ia memiliki pengetahuan tentang obyek penelitian. Tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah ingin menganalisis bagaimana strategi terapis dalam mendidik kemandirian anak autis di SLB Sri Soedewi Maschun Sofwan kota Jambi.
Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dilapangan ditemukan bahwa Peran Terapis dalam membantu Kemandirian anak autis di SLB Sri Soedewi Maschun Sofwan adalah: Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya autis adalah faktor endogen dan eksogen, faktor endogen adalah semua pengaruh yang bersumber dari dalam dirinya sendiri, seperti keadaan keturunan dan konstitusi tubuhnya sejak dilahirkan dengan segala perlengkapan yang melekat padanya. Faktor eksogen adalah semua keadaan atau pengaruh yang berasal dari luar dirinya, sering pula dinamakan dengan faktor lingkungan. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan terapis dalam membantu membina kemandirian anak autis adalah dengan melakukan terapi dengan menggunakann berbagai macam teori dan metode Lovas (ABA) yakni : menggunakan terapi wicara, terapi okupasi, terapi bermain, terapi fisik, terapi sosial dan terapi motorik.
Kemudian keefektifan terapis dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian anak autis adalah sangat efektif, hal tersebut terlihat pada banyaknya Perubahan-Perubahan yang terjadi pada anak yang mengalami autis tersebut sehingga dapat membantu pada kemandirian anak tersebut dalam berbagai hal

Pelaksanaan Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Pembelajaran Akhlak Mahasiswa PGMI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI), pelaksanaannya, juga faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter pembelajaran akhlak dari mahasiswa PGMI. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter mahasiswa PGMI. Subyek penelitian ini adalah dosen mata kuliah akhlak dan mahasiswa jurusan PGMI semester empat STAIN Salatiga. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter mahassiswa PGMI dalam kondisi baik. Hanya rasa ingin tahu dan indikator peduli lingkungan yang masih kurang. Strategi implementasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan contoh atau keteladanan, Perumpamaan, pembiasaan dan saran atau peringatan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang berasal dari faktor internal individu siswa dan keluarga serta faktor-faktor lain yang berkontribusi. Sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah metode pembelajaran dan media serta faktor lingkungan kampus dan komunitas. Kampus dan faktor lingkungan masyarakat menjadi kendala untuk melaksanakan pendidikan karakter mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI). The study is aimed to determine the students' character education of Islamic Primary Teacher Education (PGMI) department, the implementation also the factors inhibiting and supporting the implementation of character education in the learning morals (akhlak) of PGMI students. This study focuses on the implementation of students' character education in Islamic Primary Teacher Education (PGMI) department. The subjects of this research are the lecturers of moral (akhlak) subject and the fourths semester students of Islamic Primary Teacher Education (PGMI) department STAIN Salatiga. The data is collected by observation, interviews, and documentation. Research findings show that character education of Islamic Primary Teacher Education (PGMI) department students have been in a good condition. The only curiosity and care to environment indicators that still less. The implementation strategy in this research is by example, parable, habituation and advice or warning. While the inhibiting and supporting factors are derived from the internal factors of individual students and families as well as the contributing factors. While the external factors are instructional methods and media as well as campus and community environmental factors. Campus and community environmental factors become the obstacle to implement the character education of Islamic Primary Teacher Education (PGMI) department students

Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) pada Sub Kompetensi Membuat Pola Rok Sesuai Ukuran Standar di Kelas XI Busana Butik 5 SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya
Abstrak
Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI adalah model pembelajaran yang disusun dengan menggabungkan pembelajaran secara berkelompok dan individu. Tujuan penelitian model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub kompetensi membuat pola rok dengan menggunakan ukuran standar. Penelitian ini mencakup enam fase, yaitu menyampaikan tujuan, menyajikan informasi, mengorganisasi siswa ke dalam kelompok belajar, membimbing kelompok belajar, evaluasi, dan refleksi, serta memberikan penghargaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Pre Experimental Design, dengan menggunakan desain penelitian The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Metode pengumpulan data yang digu-nakan adalah metode tes dengan instrumen penelitian yaitu lembar soal untuk, lembar soal yaitu tes kognitif dan psikomotor yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan uji Chi Square dibantu dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub kompetensi membuat pola rok dengan menggunakan ukuran standar. Terbukti dengan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada pre-test dan post test. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI terhadap hasil belajar siswa siswa di kelas XI Busana Butik 5 SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya.

Abstract
Team assisted individualization cooperative learning is a learning model which is arranged by combining groups and individuals instruction. The purpose of the study is to find out the impact of TAI cooperative learning towards the students’ learning achievement in the making of used standardized skirt pattern sub competency. This study has six phases, those are conveying the purpose, delivering information, organizing students in study groups, guiding study groups, evaluating, reflecting, and giving rewards. The type of this research is Pre Experimental Design using The One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The data collection used in this study is test method, and the instruments used are cognitive and psychomotor test worksheets to find out the students’ learning achievement. The data analysis used is quanttative analysis Chi Square, and data analysis by SPSS 18 series. The result shows that there is influence towards the implementation of team assisted individualization cooperative learning in the sub competency of standardized skirt pattern making. It is proven by the different results of students’ learning between pre-test and post-test. Therefore, it can be stated that there is significant influence towards the implementtation of team assisted individualization cooperative learning in the sub competency of used standardized skirt pattern making to the XI fashion boutique 5 graders of SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya.
