Analisis Pengaruh Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran, Kejelasan Anggaran dan Umpan Balik terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Manajerial melalui Kepuasan Kerja dan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan sebagai Variabel Moderating

Target of this research is to analyzed participation in compilation of budget, clarity of feedback and target pass variable satisfaction of job and uncertainty of environment have an effect on directly or indirectly to performance of managerial. This research is conducted by taking sample counted 225 manager or superintendent of distributed manager storey; level counted 800 manager with response rate 38,13% Its enumeration by using SEM Analyzed with processing of AMOS version 5.0 and SPSS version 17. Result of research indicate that participation compilation of budget can be proved by signifikan have positive influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of satisfaction and uncertainty of environment, and so do for the feedback of budget can be proved by signifikan have positive influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of uncertainty of environment, indirect influence other budgeting system characteristic variable, that is participation compilation of budget, clarity of budget target and budget feedback from third itshis only participation variable compilation of shown success budget by signifikan its influence to the increasing of performance of manajerial. While clarity of unprovable target by signifikan have influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of satisfaction and uncertainty of environment, and so do for the feed back of budget nor can be proved by signifikan its influence to performance of manajerial through positive impact and signifikan of satisfaction

Analisis Turn Around TIME (Tat) Pada Proses Pooling Komponen Pesawat: Studi Kasus Keterlambatan Pengembalian Komponen Pesawat Crj 1000 Nextgen Di PT. Gaa

[Analysis of Turn Around Time (TAT) on the Pooling Process of Aircraft Components: A Case Study of Component Returning Delay in CRJ 1000 NextGen Aircraft in PT. GAA]. This study discusses the control process of turn around time (TAT) in the pooling process of regional aircraft components. TAT is the time limit given by the vendor to refund the aircraft components borrowed or rented. TAT provided by vendors is 10 days. In fact, there are a lot of delays in returning the items that cause a delay charge. This charge affects an additional cost that needs to be paid to the vendor. Therefore, analysis of TAT is conducted with a case study in 1000 CRJ NextGen aircraft. The method used in the analysis are the cause and effect diagram and 5 why method. Based on the analysis using causal diagram, it is obtained the four main causes of problems are: (1) The operator error in the handling of components, (2) the handling of components in the import-export, (3) the completeness of the file components and distance to OSA and (4) The tool carrier is still limited. Advice can be given based on the results of the study are improvement of checking and filling management system, avoiding delays the return of the components to the vendor, adding conveyance and application of optimal process flow pooling component within 10 or 14 days.

Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Fisika Melalui Model Pembelajaran Guided Discovery Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Islam Terpadu Wahdah Islamiyah

Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan seebanyak 5 kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Islam Terpadu Wahdah Islamiyah pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik(LKPD), tes hasil belajar siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus petama yang tuntas secara individual dari 30 siswa hanya 19 orang atau 63.3% yang memenuhi criteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Sedangkan pada siklus kedua dimana 30 peserta didik terdapat 29 peserta didik atau 96.7% telah memenuhi KKM, sehingga ketuntasan secara klasikal tercapai.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas, dapat disimpulkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Islam Terpadu Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar melalui Model Pembelajaran guided discovery mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci : Guided Discovery, hasil belajar FisikaThis study is a Class Action Research (Classroom Action Research), which consists of two cycles where each cycle executed seebanyak 5 meetings. Subjects in this study were all students of class XI SMA ISAM Wahdah Islamiyah in the second semester of the academic year 2014/2015 as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques used were Worksheet Students (LKPD), the test results of student learning, student activity observation sheet. The results showed that the cycle is completed individually First Instance of 30 students only 19 people or 63.3%, which meets the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). While in the second cycle in which 30 students there are 29 students or 96.7% have met KKM, so that in classical completeness is reached. Based on the results of the above study, we can conclude the study of students of class XI SMA ISAM Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar through guided discovery learning model has increased

Pengaruh Pemberian Subkronik Ekstrak Kelopak Bunga Rosella (Hibiscus Sabdariffa L.) terhadap Kadar Sgpt Sgot dan Alp

Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) has been known as traditional medicinal plants. It needed to evaluate the safety of roselle extract on long-term oral administration. The research aimed to determine the savety of ethanolic extract of roselle calyx. Subchronic toxicity study of ethanolic extract of roselle calyx had been carried out on 60 Sprague Dawleys (SD) rats for 28 days. The roselle extract was administered orally every day, with doses of 50,100 and 200 mg/kgBW. There are 2 satellite groups, kept for another 14 days after the treatment in order to detect a delayed occurrence of toxic effect. Satellite group was given extract 200 mg/kgBW for 28 days and followed aquadest treatment for 14 days. At the end of experiment the blood was collected for meansuring SGPT, SGOT and ALP activity. The result showed that treatment of roselle calyx extract had no significant changes in SGPT SGOT, ALP activity. The delayed effect was not also observed. The ethanolic extract of roselle calyx didn't show toxic effects on the liver on subchronic administration

The Distribution of Capture Fisheries Based Small Pelagic - Mackerel Fish Species in Balikpapan Waters, East Kalimantan

In the utilization of common property resource, long term balance in aquaculture is difficult to maintain as people trying to maximize their profit leading to considerable extensification. The objective of this research was to analyze the number of stock, production, and effort of Mackerel fish (Scomberomorus commersonii) resource based on bio-economic approach. Primary data was collected based on purposive sampling method where the respondents in this research were Small Pelagic fishers which determined deliberately due to specific consideration. Secondary data used in this research was obtained from several sources. Data production and effort (input or effort) was arranged in a time sequence according to the type of fishing gears and their targets of fishery resource being studied and then determined the value of CPUE (catch per unit effort). Mathematically, the input gear to be standardized is calculated from fishing power index multiplies with input (effort) of standardized gear. The result shows that the renewable capacity begins to decrease leading to a condition of biologically over fishing. Aside from that, the Mackerel fish resource in this area also experiences economically over fishing condition which indicated by higher economic calculation value and lower capture yield
