    Banyaknya jumlah Santri yang dimiliki oleh Pondok Pesantren menyebabkan adanya keragaman budaya yang dimiliki Santri tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan Santri yang ada di Pesantren tersebut tidak hanya berasal dari wilayah Sumatera Barat saja dengan latar belakang kebudayaan, melainkan banyak juga yang berasal dari wilayah luar Sumatera Barat bahkan hingga luar Sumatra yang tentunya memiliki kebudayaan sesuai dengan daerah asal masing-masing santri. Dengan keberagaman tersebut santri akan sering menemui beberapa hal permasalahan antar sesame, oleh sebab itu santri harus dibekali dengan ilmu negosiasi , saling percaya dan saling memotivasi

    Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah sakit tentara DR. Reksodiwiryo Kota Padang dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Dengan jumlah karyawan yang diteliti sebanyak 57 karyawan. Metode  pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi berganda, untuk uji hipotesis digunakan yaitu uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil analisis regresi didapat uji parsial diperoleh semua variabel indenpendent berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Kemudian berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara bersama-sama dapat diketahui  bahwa variabel dependen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Dan berdasarkan uji koefisien Determinasi yakni sebesar 75,8% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya persentase kontribusi variabel Budaya Organisasi, Kemampuan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior selebihnya dipengaruhi variabel lain

    The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new challenge for several industries where industry players are forced to improve their systems and services in order to compete. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of digital leadership, innovation management on competitive advantage with quality management as a mediating variable. The population of this research is 70 employees, by using the Slovin formula a sample of 60 respondents was obtained from Samsung Center Padang with data collection using questionnaires. Structural Equation Model (SEM) – Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data in this study. The results of this study are: 1) Digital leadership and innovation management have a positive and significant impact on competitive advantage. 2) Digital leadership and innovation management have a positive and significant impact on quality management. 3) Quality management has a significant positive effect on the competitive advantage of Samsung Center Padang. 4) Quality Management mediates Digital leadership and innovation management towards competitive advantage

    DETERMINATION OF INTERESTS IN BUYING SAMSUNG BRAND SMARTPHONE IN ONLINE LEARNING IN THE ERA OF COVID-19

    The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the order of all activities of human life, including in the field of education. The use of information system technology is very helpful in online learning, from elementary school to college level. Smartphones are intelligent communication tools that have many features to support online learning. The high use of smartphones has an impact on customer buying interest, especially since the Covid 19 pandemic. This study tries to analyze the interest in buying Samsung brand smartphones in online learning. The sample of this research is 98 students of Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This research model is a structural equation modelling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3 analysis tool. The results show that buying interest in Samsung brand smartphones is influenced by celebrity endorsers and brand image factors. The research findings state that the contribution of figures in the form of celebrities and brand image is a determining factor in buying Samsung brand smartphones. While the mediating effect of brand image cannot strengthen the influence of celebrity endorsers on the purchase intention of Samsung brand smartphones. This means that consumer buying interest in Samsung brand smartphones does not always pay attention to the brand image, but sometimes it is more to the celebrity endorser factor. This finding recommends that companies can further maintain and strengthen the celebrity endorser factor and be able to improve the quality of their product brand image so that consumer buying interest becomes higher in marketing their products

    ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Developmen

    AbstractThis study aimed to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, public perception, and behaviour on public interest in Islamic banking services. This research is classified as quantitative research. Islamic financial literacy, spiritual intelligence, and public perception are independent variables. Public behaviour as a mediating variable. The population in this study is the entire community in Padang city who are already customers of Islamic banks. The sample is determined by the Hair method, five times the number of indicators, where the number of indicators is 46 items. The number of respondents in this study was 230 people. Data analysis using structural equation model by using Smart-PLS. The results show Islamic financial literacy and public perception have no significant effect on public interest in Islamic banking services. However, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on public interest in Islamic banking services. Public behaviour fully mediates the relationship between public perception and public interest in Islamic banking services. Islamic banking is expected to be able to educate prospective customers through increasing spiritual intelligence. Public behaviour can be improved with the religiosity community, thereby increasing interest in saving in Islamic banks

    The research gap in this research is when the phenomenon was discovered that in the last 3 years the land for bingkuang plantations in the city of Padang has decreased by almost one third. The state of the art of this research is by adding indicators to each variable and using sentence statement questionnaires that the authors modify in the team. Respondents in this study were the traders in the city of Padang with 101 samples. From the results of partial testing with a simple regression of Islamic business ethics (X1) and personality (X2-moderating), a positive and significant effect on trader behavior. Whereas the MRA test of Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant effect on the behavior of traders, but personality does not have a strong influence in moderating between the two

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and compensation on motivation and also its implications on the performance of cooperative employees in Padang. The method used was descriptive - verifying with a survey to 330 employees. Data analysis was made using the structural equation model program (SEM) with linear structural relationship (LISREL) 8.80. The results showed that: 1) leadership and compensation have a significant positive effect on motivation. 2) Leadership, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance
