Perkembangan Bahasa Pada Anak Dengan Gangguan Keterlambatan Bicara (Speech Delay)

AbstractLanguage development is the basis of a child's abilities regarding the developmental stages, characteristics and age of each individual. Problems that occur today are found in children who experience disorders in their language development, where children experience delays in speaking (speech delay). The focus of this research focuses on the language development of children who experience language development problems, especially speech delays. The aim of this research is to provide information regarding language development, factors that influence speech problems or delays in children. The research method used is literature study by first collecting issues related to speech delays from relevant sources, in the form of books, journals and articles. The results obtained from the research explain that speech delays are influenced by several factors, one of which is a lack of stimulus from parents regarding the child's development. Therefore, as parents, you need to pay attention to your child's activities and development, so that every activity your child does can help stimulate his development.Keywords: Language Development; Speech Delay; Early ChildhoodAbstrakPerkembangan bahasa menjadi dasar kemampuan yang dimiliki anak terhadap tahapan perkembangan, karakteristik serta usia dari masing-masing individu. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada masa kini ditemukan anak yang mengalami gangguan dalam perkembangan bahasanya, dimana anak mengalami keterlambatan dalam berbicara (speech delay). Fokus penelitian ini berfokus pada perkembangan bahasa anak yang mengalami permasalahan perkembangan bahasa terutama dalam keterlambatan berbicara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi terkait perkembangan bahasa, faktor yang mempengaruhi permasalahan atau keterlambatan bicara pada anak. metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan terlebih dahulu isu terkait keterlambatan bicara dari sumber yang relevan, berupa buku, jurnal dan artikel. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa keterlambatan bicara ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya karena kurangnya stimulus dari orang tua terhadap perkembangan anak. Maka dari itu sebagai orang tua perlu memperhatikan kegiatan dan perkembangan anak, sehingga setiap kegiatan yang anak lakukan dapat membantu menstimulasi perkembangannya.Kata kunci: Perkembangan Bahasa; Keterlambatan Bicara; Anak Usia Din

Implementasi Program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai di Kecamatan Warudoyong Kota Sukabumi

Non-Cash Food Assistance is a policy program created by the government with the aim of helping people meet their food needs. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance program in Warudoyong District, Sukabumi City. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach with informants consisting of 5 people who were determined by purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, observation and documentation as well as the data validation process was carried out using technique and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the BPNT program in Warudoyong District, Sukabumi City, is assessed from the four indicators of accuracy based on Richard Matland's theory that it has gone quite well, because the policy program has been able to help the community in accordance with program objectives, besides that in practice the implementing actors have carried out their duties and roles are in accordance with the BPNT General Guidelines, the policy target is that KPM has met the requirements and criteria for receiving non-cash assistance, then the relationship between policy implementers and the community is going well through outreach and education related to policy programs.Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai merupakan sebuah program kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah dengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai yang ada di Kecamatan Warudoyong Kota Sukabumi. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan informan yang terdiri dari 5 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta proses validasi data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya implementasi program BPNT di Kecamatan Warudoyong Kota Sukabumi dinilai dari empat indikator ketepatan berdasarkan teori Richard Matland sudah berjalan cukup baik, karena program kebijakan tersebut sudah bisa membantu masyarakat sesuai dengan tujuan program, selain itu dalam pelaksanaannya para aktor pelaksana sudah melakukan tugas dan perannya sesuai dengan Pedoman Umum BPNT, target kebijakan yaitu KPM telah memenuhi syarat dan kriteria penerima bantuan non tunai, kemudian hubungan antara para pelaksana kebijakan dengan masyarakat berjalan dengan baik melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait program kebijakan

Edukasi Pola Makan Ibu Hamil Untuk Mencegah Hipertensi Dalam Kehamilan Di Rw 06 Desa Sirnagalih

WHO (World Health Organization) data show that AKI in developing countries is about 20 percent related to gestational hypertension due to lack of rest patterns and a good diet. Hypertension in pregnancy becomes the second category of causes of maternal death. The purpose of the devotion is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about a healthy diet to prevent hypertension in pregnancy. The lecture method was used in this service by means of delivering material directly to pregnant women in RW 06 Sirnagalih Village, sampling with saturated sampling of 25 respondents. The results obtained a T value of -9,798.and p value = 0.000 (α < 0.05), which means that there is an educational influence of the pregnant woman's diet to prevent hypertension. Results obtained from the pretest and post test that there was an increase in participants' understanding of the pre test score of 1.08 and the post test score of 1.88. The conclusion is that it can improve the knowledge of pregnant women about diet to prevent hypetence in pregnancy in RW 06 Sirnagalih Village

The Effect of Poultry Manure and Mulch on the Growth and Yield Cayenne Pepper On Alluvial Soils

The cultivation of cayenne pepper in alluvial soil has some problems, one of them is the solid structure of the soil. Poultry manure can be used as an alternative to soil structure, while mulch to reduce nutrient leaching from rain splashes. This study aims to find out the interaction of poultry manure and mulch on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants on alluvial soil. This research was conducted in Tengguli village land, Sajad District, Sambas Regency from 18th February to 15th May 2019. This study used a split plot design, is silver plastic mulch (m0= without mulch and m1= mulch) as main plot and poultry manure (a1= 5 ton/ha, a2= 10 ton/ha, a3= 15 ton/ha) as sub plot. Observation variables were plant height, dry weight of the plants, root volume, number of plant fruit, weight of plant fruit, weight of fruit, number of plot fruit, and weight of plot fruit. The result shows that the interaction poultry manure 15 to/ha  and mulch provide  the highest of growth and cayenne pepper plant results on alluvial soil. Keyword: Mulch, Poultry Manure, Alluvial Soil, Cayenne Pepper Plants.
