    This study aimed to understand and analyze the simultaneous effect of compensation, work discipline, and work environment on employee's performance at Bina Marga Agency in the Province of Central Sulawesi. It also analyzed partial effect of compensation on employee's performance, work discipline on employee's perfomance and work environment on employee's perfomance at Bina Marga Agency in Central Sulawesi Province, The sample of the study was 115 employees which were scattered on each woork unit within Bina Marga Agency. Study utilized descriptive-verification reseacrh method with multiple linear regressions. Study results show that the variables namely compensation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on employee's performance. Each dependent variable has also significant effect on employee's performance

    Setiap guru selalu berusaha agar dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Berbagai cara dilakukan, salah satu diantaranya adalah penggunaan strategi mengajar secara tepat, sehingga prestasi belajarnya juga semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan uraian di atas rumusan masalahnya sebagai berikut: "Bagaimana penerapan strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing dalam meningkatkan aktifitas siswa kelas V belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SDN 4 Lembuak, Kecamatan Narmada, Lombok Barat?". Adapun harapan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing dalam meningkatkan aktifitas siswa kelas V belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di SDN 4 Lembuak, Kecamatan Narmada, Lombok Barat. Desain penelitian yang akan dilakukan menggunakan dalam penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan evaluasi, refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian dalam bab terdahulu dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Strategi pembelajaran  snowball throwing   digunakan dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, maka aktifitas belajar siswa kelas V SDN 4 Lembuak, Kecamatan Narmada, Lombok Barat meningkat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kenaikkan tuntas belajar dari 25 siswa (65,79%) pada pra tindakan menjadi 30 siswa (78,95  %) pada siklus I, dan menjadi 33 siswa (86,84%) pada siklus II.  Sedangkan yang belum tuntas belajar mengalami penurunan dari 13 siswa (34,21 %) pada pra tindakan menjadi 8 siswa (21,05 %) pada siklus I, dan menjadi 5 siswa (13,16 %) pada siklus II.     This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. &nbsp

    This study discusses about the influence of religious ideas on the work ethic Pinrang central market traders. The research method used in this study is associative research methods with quantitative data. The data collection method used is the technique of observation, interviews and questionnaires, while data analysis method used is descriptive test and product moment correlation test. The research found : first, the level of religious understanding central market traders classified category Pinrang high/good. Second, the level of work ethic central market traders belonging to the category Pinrang enough/being. Third, there is the influence of the religious understanding of the work ethic Pinrang central market traders, relatively weak effect (0.374) with a coefficient determinant only as much rest as much as 13.99 % 86.01 % determined more by factors/other variables. In the rules of significance testing, statistical data obtained tcount t tabel1 ≤ 3.291, 296/1, 671. Thus, the influence of religious ideas on the work ethic significant Pinrang central market merchants.The implications of this research into the repertoire of the intellectual in the field of theology and social studies as well as a part of the academic attitude to participate in contributing ideas to the nation and society on umumnya. Exept that, expected Pinrang local governments would be able to notice that the current setting so the market stall no los who have closed roads that are not passed by the buyer.     PROMOTING DISCOVERY LEARNING METHOD FOR EFL STUDENTS IN READING COMPREHENSION

    This research aims to examine the impact of discovey learning method and to know the significance of discovey learning method on students’ reading comprehension. This research used pre-experimental method with one group in pre test and post test. The treatment conducted after the pre test and before post test. The impact of discovery learning method and the significance of discovery learning method would be considered in learning reading. This research is restricted to students’ reading comprehension in SMPN 01 Barru. The finding revealed that before applying discovery learning method students have difficulties in answering reading comprehension test. Meanwhile, after giving treatment and disrtributing post-test, the students have reading skill increase significantly. However, the students resource issues that are dominated by the difficulties in reading English, the limitation of vocabulary that they have, and the strategies that teacher used in teaching and learning reading. The Significance of the research are expected to provide data and information about the implementing of discovey learning method teaching and learning reading. By knowing the students’ comprehension in reading English, the teacher can apply designing material, strategies, and activities based on their students’ reading comprehension. It is obviously more effectively run the teaching and learning reading in the classroom

    Kritikan al-Ghazali terhadap filosof sebagaimana yang dirumuskan dalam Tahafut al Falasifah seringkali dijadikan alasan bagi reinkarnasi pemikiran di dunia Islam, karena meskipun kritikan tersebut terbatas pada teori metafisika (Al-Ilahiyat), akan tetapi sering digeneralisir sebagai kritik terhadap keseluruhan kajian filsafat, sehingga filsafat tercampakkan ke posisi marginal dalam pemikiran Islam.
