5-Exo-dig, 5-exo-trig cascade radical cyclisation on sugar-furanose templates: entry to angularly fused oxa-and dioxa-triquinane skeletons
Serial radical cyclisation on sugar-furanose templates to create angularly fused oxa- and dioxa-triquinane skeletons has been described, the salient feature of this approach being to incipiently generate a tertiary radical from cyclopropylmethyl bromide with simultaneous release of allyl group and to subsequently incorporate it in the triquinane system
Recognition of Marathi Newsprint Text Using Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm
Now a day there are many new methodologies required for the increasing needs in newly emerging areas, with this methodologies there are many techniques are present for the character recognition of handprint Devanagri, Bengali, Tamil, China etc. But very little research is for printed material. So in our project we propose the recognition of devnagari printed text using neural network and genetic algorithm. In India, more than 300 million people use Devanagari script for documentation. There has been a significant improvement in the research related to the recognition of printed as well as handwritten Devanagari text in the past few years.. All feature-extraction techniques as well as training, classification and matching techniques useful for the recognition are discussed in various sections of the paper. An attempt is made to address the most important results reported so far and it is also tried to highlight the beneficial directions of the research till date. Moreover, the paper also contains a comprehensive bibliography of many selected papers appeared in reputed journals and conference proceedings as an aid for the researchers working in the field of Devanagari printed text using neural network and genetic algorithm.

Investigation on Semi-active Suspension System for Multi-axle Armoured Vehicle using Co-simulation
The objective of the study is to evaluate the performance of various semi-active suspension control strategies for 8x8 multi-axle armoured vehicles in terms of comparative analysis of ride quality and mobility parameters during negotiation of typical military obstacles. Since the cost, complexity and time precludes realisation of actual system, co-simulation technique has been effectively implemented for this investigation. Co-simulation combines advanced virtual prototyping and control technology which offers a novel approach to investigate the dynamics of such complex system. The simulations for the integrated control system along with multi body model of the vehicle are carried out for the control strategies, viz. continuous sky hook control, cascade loop control and cascade loop with ride control and compared with passive suspension system. The vehicle with 8x8 configuration is run on the real world obstacle profiles, viz. step, trench, trapezoidal bump and corrugated road and the effect of control strategies on ride comfort, wheel displacement and ground reaction is presented. It is observed that cascade loop with ride control in semi-active mode offers better vehicle ride comfort while crossing the said obstacles. The improved performance parameters are achieved through stabilisation of heave, pitch and roll motions of the vehicle through outer loop and isolation of vehicle level uneven disturbances through the fuzzy logic controller employed in inner loop
DETAIL STUDY OF MAHA SHANKHA VATI - A LITERARY REVIEW
In Ayurveda Classics Sankha Vati seems with two names Sankha Vati and Maha Shankha Vati. Both these preparations are selected for the present study are comes under Khalveeya Rasa Kalpana & Sagandha and Niragni Moorchhana preparation. This study having the aim of detailed literary study of Maha Sankha Vati & Sankha Vati. In Ayurveda classics Four different references of MahaSankha vati & ten references of Sankha Vati found. In Ayurveda Formulary of India Maha Shankha Vati is prescribed from Bhaishjya Ratnavali, but this reference actually originated from Rasendra Chintamani. After considering various reference in text, it was found that fourteen drugs are common according to all the references, these are Parada, Gandhaka, Vatsanabha, Shankha Bhasma, Hingu, Chincha Kshara, Panchalavana, Maricha, Pippali & Sunthi. In Bharat Bhaishajya Ratnakar mentioned that, if Loha & Vanga added in Sankha Vati formulation it can be called as Maha Shankha Vati. After studying various reference mentioned in Ras Shastra, Standard operative procedure of Maha Shankha Vati can be classified into two types:- In above two SOP only difference in Shankha Processing, in first SOP Shankha Bhasma is prepared by giving Gaja Puta and in second SOP Shankha Marana has been done by Quenching method.
Variations found in Bhavana Dravya, Bhavana Sankhya, Size, Anupana, Grahan Kala of Maha Sankha Vati among all classics. like There are found references about Apamarga Patra Swaras, Apamarga Mula Kwath. In AFI Chitrak Mula & Apamarga Panchanga, mentioned in the form of Kwatha. Bhavana of Amlavarga Dravya must be given upto it becomes Amla in test. To go to details go through this Study which having mentioned all the details
PHARMACEUTICAL AND ANALYTICAL STANDARDIZATION OF MAHA SHANKHA VATI
Khalveeya Rasa is the combinations of herbal, mineral and animal products, so that we can have the effects of all collectively in a single formula. It preserve the properties of freshly added Churna, Swarasa etc., with the help of Moorchita Parada i.e., Kajjali, Rasashindura & Hingula etc. Because of which Khalveeya Rasaushadhies occupies greater portion in therapeutics as compare to other Kalpana, Such as Vati, Gutika, Taila, Ghrita. In the present study three sample of “Maha Shankha Vati†have been prepared by adopting method describe in Ayurvedic Formulary of India (A.F.I.) Vol. 2 approved by government of India with some desire changes.AIMS: The aim of this study is to prepare three sample of “Maha Shankha Vati†for its Pharmacoanalytical standardization. And also prepare “Shankha Bhasmaâ€, “Hingullotha Parada†and processing of last three Sanskara of Parada. Analytical Standardization of self made Maha Shankha Vati & market sample of Maha Sankha Vati to compare analytically.RESULT: After evaluating organoleptic characters of the first three samples of self made Maha Shankha Vati revealed black colored substance in the form of Vati having Amla-Katu Rasa, Amla smell and smooth touch having pH 3.39. Similarly in case of market sample (fourth sample) shows black in colored in the form of Vati with Lavan-Katu in Rasa, Amla Smell and smooth touch having pH 4.37. Further the XRD pattern analysis of the combined sample of Maha Shankha Vati, reveals the presence of HgS, Caco3, NaCl. Same observation found in market sample.
An expedient synthesis of tetrakis (cyclopropylmethyl) methane
Synthesis of tetrakis(cyclopropylmethyl)methane, a new symmetric product has been described using the radical mediated gem-diallylation of cyclopropylmethyl xanthate as a key step and its single crystal X-ray analysis established its C2-symmetry
A Comparison of Petri Net Semantics under the Collective Token Philosophy
In recent years, several semantics for place/transition Petri nets have been proposed that adopt the collective token philosophy. We investigate distinctions and similarities between three such models, namely configuration structures, concurrent transition systems, and (strictly) symmetric (strict) monoidal categories. We use the notion of adjunction to express each connection. We also present a purely logical description of the collective token interpretation of net behaviours in terms of theories and theory morphisms in partial membership equational logic
