Purpose of the study: This article is about the experience of using toponymical dictionaries in the process of developing communicative skills of the students at undergraduate level. Methodology: The authors use toponymical dictionaries of the native language and of the learning foreign language as valuable sources in their work. According to our experience, the toponymical dictionaries help to motivate students for self-study, to find interesting information about their native places where they were born and grew up and about the English-speaking countries. Students research the names of the places with great interest. Results: The authors analyzed the educational value of toponymical dictionaries. In the article, it is described the research of some successful methods and techniques of using toponymical dictionaries in teaching foreign language. It was researched pedagogical principals of using toponymical dictionaries in teaching and learning process; what results are possible to achieve and what exercises can be used working with toponymical dictionaries in teaching foreign language. Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality of this study: In this research, the model of the Educational Value of Toponymical Dictionaries in Teaching Foreign Language is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner

    Microorganisms as phytase producers

Replenishing of the stores of inorganic phosphate is among the most urgent environmental problems. In soil, phosphorus within inorganic compounds is mostly (over 80%) present as insoluble, phytic acid-based conglomerates. Phytates are strong chelating agents, binding the cations of bivalent metals, as well as peptides and low-molecular metabolites into resilient poorly degradable compounds. Their hydrolysis in nature is carried out by microbial phytases, which may potentially be used for an innovative microbial technology. The review deals with microbial degradation of the derivatives of phytic acid. Bacterial species capable of phytase synthesis for stepwise specific cleaving of phytates and their derivatives are discussed. Information analysis was carried out in order to search for the genes encoding phytases in bacterial genomes. Directional modification of the genes of bacterial phytases in order to develop new biotechnologies for agriculture and forage industry is considered. Application of microbial enzymes in agriculture and medicine is analyzed. Bacteria phytases are concluded to have a high practical potential. Microbiology is capable of providing the theoretical and experimental basis for development of the new biotechnology. © 2012 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Determining actuality and prospects of system analysis and comparing Western European and Arab - Persian prose translated and adapted into Tatar language in the period of the end of XIX- the beginning of XX centuries, summarize and identify the influence the Tatar national literature in the context of " West"-"East". It should be made the analysis and to define degree of similarity some originals with their versions in Tatar in genre aspects, architectonics and poetics of a literary text, to show the important of literary narration both in the theoretical and historic-literary scale. It is also necessary to reveal peculiarities of translation poetics, especially using of translated lexica-semantic, stylistic units. © IDOSI Publications, 2014

Construction and characterization of the Bacillus strain with the inactivated phytase gene

    Get PDF
The Bacillus subtilis dphy strain with the inactivated phytase gene was obtained. The phytase genes in bacilli displayed high homology; the respective enzymes belonged to the class of β-propeller phosphatases. Physiological and morphological features of the recombinant strain were determined and its sporulation was studied. The level of biomass accumulation was characterized under different conditions of bacterial growth: at different values of pH, temperature, and medium salinity. It is concluded that phytases may participate in stress response formation. © 2013 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Suppression of activity of Candida Albicans proteinases by cobalt chloride

    Get PDF
Influence of cobalt (II) chloride on the system of Candida albicans proteinase (SAP C. alb.) (both in solution and immobilized on a surface of nitrocellulose membranes) has been investigated. In solution cobalt chloride inactivated inducible but not constitute enzyme. In the heterogenous sytem proteolitical effect of the cobalt ion on inductible proteinase was also observed

    Phenomenon of graffiti: Psychological aspects

© Serials Publications. The relevance of the research problem is due to high social significance of youth cultures and deviant behavior of the authors of the graffiti and the lack of a comprehensive socio-psychological research of graffiti, as well as the insufficient development of theoretical and empirical aspects of the study of the relationship between culture and personality and deviant behavior of authors of graffiti. The purpose of this article is to determine the specifics and stages of development of scientific psychological knowledge about the phenomenon of graffiti, as well as the study of written mentality of graffiti and socio-psychological characteristics of authors of graffiti. A leading theoretical approach to socio-psychological phenomenon of graffiti is a cultural, historical, and leading empirical research methods: content analysis, method tests. Theoretical analysis showed that the scientific study of graffiti in a natural phase of transition from the classification-topographic stage to typological socio-psychological, empirical research has revealed a set of personal qualities of the authors of the graffit. The obtained data allow us to identify a number of features of sociopsychological characteristics of the authors of graffiti, and also the specifics of writing graffiti mentality and their main functions

Interaction of secreted aspartic proteinase Candida albicans with ZnCl2: Complex formation and catalytic activity

    Get PDF
The aim of work is to estimate ion Zn(II) influence on catalytic activity of secreted aspartic proteinase Candida albicans (SAP2). System ZnCl2 - SAP2 showed complex formation. Composition of [ZnmSAP2n] complex was 1:1, the stability constant was 4.73±0.20. Affinity constants in system SAP2 - human serum albumin (HSA) - ZnCl2 were determined at Skatchard coordinates. The SAP2 was found to have a one section for linking with the substrate and one section for linking with modulator. The affinity constants in SAP2 - HSA system decreased in presence of ZnCl2. Complex forming of SAP2 - ZnCl2 system resulted in reduction of enzyme-substrate bonding. Proteolytic activity of SAP2 towards HSA at presence ZnCl2 as modulator was estimated. The inhibition effect in range 1×10-4 - 4×10-6 and 6×10-7 - 1×10-8 M was observed. The SAP2 activation effect catalyzed by ZnCl2 at 5×10-7 - 5×10-6 M concentrations were fixed for the first time. © IDOSI Publications, 2013

The relevance stated in the article the problem is due to the fact that the study of key concepts of the cultures is in recent times one of the dominant positions within the framework of the problem of interaction and mutual influence of language and cultureand the results of mass association experiment ongender-specificby the speakers of Tatar Linguistic Culture. The article includes the study of main characteristics of the concept "Моң" [moŋ] (lyrical sadness, melody) as an emotional concept in the Tatar language picture of the world and its derivations. The purpose of the study is to examine the representation of linguistic-cultural concept in the Tatar national-cultural picture of the world by means of mass associative experiment that extends the knowledge about the specifics of the Tatar mentality. The choice of methods of linguoculturological analysis, including the observation of language material and the description of linguistic facts, the method of analysis of dictionary definitions, etymological, contextual and interpretative analyses, structural-semantic modeling of lexical units, statistical method for processing language material, the associative interrogation of informants, due to the specifics of the studied material, that allow us to thoroughly review and analyze the studied concept. The analysis of the linguistic-cultural concept allows revealing the peculiarities of development of national and linguistic consciousness, to fix the reflection on the verbal level of cogitative activity of the Tatar people, the specifics of his mental world. The results of mass associative experiment can contribute to further study of the culturally significant concepts of the Tatar language picture of the world. Keywords and phrases: education, student.
