Perlindungan Hukum Masyarakat Adat terhadap Asas Domain Verklaring dalam Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Tentang Bank Tanah
This research aims to analyze the fundamental issues of domein verklaring in the legislation regarding land banks concerning communities and to examine the legal protection for communities regarding the establishment of land banks. The creation of the Land Bank intended to provide land for public purposes may ironically escalate agrarian conflicts instead. The verklaring domain principle which contained in the land bank concept defined that land whose ownership cannot be proven will become the state’s property. This will certainly endanger customary law communities and the concept of a land bank interpreting the state as owning land is contrary to Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 NRI Law, where the State is tasked with regulating natural resources. The results of this research show that there are elements of the domein verklaring principle in the land bank legislation. Thus, the land bank needs to be canceled through an application for judicial review to the Constitutional Court. The novelty in this research is legal protection for indigenous peoples by the establishment of indigenous people laws and submitting judicial review applications to the Constitutional Court.
The Protection of The Rights of Musyarakah Guarantee Owner Through Judge's Decision
In this context, sometimes there is a disparity in decisions between those who ratify the execution of guarantees and auctions only based on the fact that the customer has defaulted by not paying the installments, and there are judges who consider the negligence factor whether it was intentional by the customer or beyond the ability of the customer, so it is the same case namely the existence of a default, but the decision is different due to different interpretations of the concept of negligence in the Indonesian bank regulations or the DSN MUI fatwa. This research is to answer three questions in the study, namely: (1) What is the basis for consideration and legal reasoning by the judges in resolving cases of disputes over the execution of guarantees in musyarakah financing? (2) Why does the decision disparity occur in handling disputes over the execution of guarantees in musyarakah financing? (3) Has the construction of the judge's decision provided protection for the rights of the owner of the guarantee in musyarakah financing? This type of research includes a variety of legal research with a normative juridical study pattern. To answer the problems in the research, the author examines, analyzes and strengthens the argument by using the theory of legal discovery and the theory of justice. The approach used in this research, namely the case approach is used to examine, explore, and examine judge decisions and the philosophical approach is used to explore in depth legal issues regarding the execution of Musyarakah guarantees from various aspects to explain in depth the concept of negligence so as to protect the rights of customers as guarantee owners. The results of this study indicate, firstly, in providing legal considerations and reasoning in the decision on the execution of musyarakah guarantees, the judge based on two different tendencies. Some judges apply legal norms as they are without interpreting and others carry out interdisciplinary interpretations. Second, disparities in decisions arise due to (i) differences in interpreting statutory provisions which give rise to different methods of legal discovery and interpretation (ii) differences in assessing evidence and (iii) differences in the dynamics of thinking due to differences in understanding the meaning of law. Third, the protection of the rights of the guarantee owner in the construction of judge's decisions is still diverse.
An overview of biodiesel energy
Over the last ten years’ attention to biofuels production has increased dramatically and become crucial. One of the main factors is the rise in world oil prices, coupled with the abatement of greenhouse gas emissions and concerns about energy security. Biodiesel is diesel fuel extracted and made out of animal fats, vegetable oils, or recycled restaurant greases. It is harmless, biodegradable, and generate fewer air pollutants than conventional-based diesel. This paper will be summarized the overview of biodiesel including. competitiveness of biodiesel, ii. biodiesel production and iii. engine performance using biodiesel
Improved measurement of ultrasound a-mode velocity for use in b-mode images for measurement of fat using image segmentation technique / Muhamad Hazwan Abdul Halim
Fat measurement is one of the methods used in meat quality assessments. The need to perform the assessment non-invasively motivates researchers to study the non-invasive methods for fat measurement. For that purpose, ultrasound has the best prospect due to its non-invasive, time saving and relatively low-cost advantages. The improvement in ultrasound method for fat measurement is not only on the advancement of the ultrasound
equipment but also the accuracy of data analysis. Two current issues that have arisen are the influence of protective layer on the accuracy of ultrasonic velocity measurement using A-mode analysis and the B-mode image positioning accuracy due to the application of the predetermined ultrasonic velocity in B-mode imaging. This research implemented new approach in performing the measurement of ultrasonic velocity and ultrasound B-mode
analysis. To increase the accuracy of ultrasonic velocity measurement, the thickness of the protective layer was first determined used in ultrasonic velocity measurement. To
increase the positioning accuracy of B-mode image, the actual determined velocity was used rather than the predetermined velocity. The improvements made were successful in increasing the accuracy of the ultrasonic velocity measurement and the positioning of the B - mode image. Subsequently, this method was then used to measure intramuscular fat content in chicken fillet. Better correlations between the ultrasound properties (velocity,
image histogram mean and percentages of fat pixel) and percentage of fat content measured by Soxhlet Method were observed in the improved method. In the conclusion, the accuracy of ultrasound fat measurement improved with the improvement made on ultrasonic velocity measurement used in adapted B-mode imagin
Glucose utilization of mucuna bracteata sap by saccharomyces cerevisiae in fermentation process
The usage of cover crops has been increase popularity in the agricultural community. A cover crop is a crop planted mainly to manage soil erosion, soil fertility, soil quality, water, weeds, pests, diseases, biodiversity and wildlife in an agro ecosystem. Besides these advantages, cover crops also have disadvantages. Firstly, in order to terminate the crop, the cost that needed was too high. Next, it can also reduce soil moisture, increased risk of plant disease and increased risk of the pest population. Exceeded cover crops also can increase competition between the cash crops in order to get nutrients [1]. In order to overcome this problem, a research was conducted to study about cover crops as a new biomass source to produce something valuable

Fe, Al, Cd and Pb in water sample are natural level in Class of River based on National Water Quality Standard from Department of Environment (DOE), 2014. Mean concentration of Al, Fe, Cd and Pb (mg/kg dry weight) during monsoon and dry season in the soft tissue of Meretrix meretrix were 52.3000+8.6000, 104.3222+17.2529, 0.0349+0.0012, and 0.2701+0.0602 respectively while for Anadara granosa were 43.8845+26.9467, 115.4073+54.8871, 0.1592+0.2670,and 0.2056+0.1165 respectively. The toxicity of metals in the soft tissue flowed in both Meretrix meretrix and Anadara granosa were Fe>Al>Pb>Cd. All heavy metals concentration was lower in the soft tissues of both Meretrix meretrix and Anadara compares to the previous studies (Yunus et al., 2011, Lias et al., 2013, Yunus et al., 2010). The concentration of all heavy metals in molluscs was below the permissible limit according to Malaysia Food Act (MFA, 1983), World Health Organization (WHO, 1982) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA, 2001). Keywords: Balok River, Heavy Metals, Mollusc, Meretrix meretrix, Anadara granosa
Effect of number of washing on the characteristics of copper oxide nanopowders
The effect of washing on physico-chemical properties of copper oxide prepared via precipitation method was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD ), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), BET surface area measurement and scanning electron microscopy (SEM ). Increasing the number of washing has successfully removed undesired nitrate resulting in high surface area CuO catalysts from 8.5 to 15.9 m2 g-1. XRD pattern of thes e oxides gave well crystalline of CuO with main peak appeared at 2 = 35.5°, 38.7° and 48.7°. The powders obtained are of uniform size distribution, finely grained with an average size of 20 nm. In addition, an investigation on the mobility of oxygen species carried out using transient technique i.e. temperature programmed reduction (TPR) shows that reduction peak maximum moved towards lower reduction temperature with the increasing number of washing. This indicates the ease of reducibility of the oxide when the precursor is washed several times. It is clearly found that particle size was profound effect on the catalytic activity of CuO
