The goal of this paper is to elaborate swarm intelligence for business intelligence decision making and the business rules management improvement. The paper introduces the decision making model which is based on the application of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. Essentially the business spatial data illustrate the group behaviors. The swarm optimization, which is highly influenced by the behavior of creature, performs in group. The Spatial data is defined as data that is represented by 2D or 3D images. SQL Server supports only 2D images till now. As we know that location is an essential part of any organizational data as well as business data: enterprises maintain customer address lists, own property, ship goods from and to warehouses, manage transport flows among their workforce, and perform many other activities. By means to say a lot of spatial data is used and processed by enterprises, organizations and other bodies in order to make the things more visible and self-descriptive. From the experiments, we found that PSO is can facilitate the intelligence in social and business behaviour

Research and Reviews: Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology Comparative Study of Effect of Different Tissue Culture Media on the Propagation of Potato

ABSTRACT Tissue culture study on potato was investigated in this paper. MS basal medium supplement with 30 and 40 g/l sucrose, 8 g/l agar and different plant growth regulator were used. Potato was cultured in different ratio of IBA: BAP (10:10, 10:5, 5:10, 5:5 μM) in combination. Development was not identical in all the treatments, cultured tissues were observed in treatments about a week after culture. Results showed that the treatments containing 10 μM IBA in combination with 10 μM BAP is suitable for callus induction. While the tissue formed in 5:5 μM IBA: BAP was found to be delicate, short

New insights into chemical compositions and health‐promoting effects of black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)

    No full text
Abstract Black beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) are most widely consumed in China, India, and America due to their unique taste and potent health benefits attributed to their higher content of phytochemicals. Researchers have extensively explored the phenolic profile and biological properties of black beans. This paper first attempt to review nutritional composition, phytochemical profile, and health‐promoting properties of black beans. Black beans are reported to exhibit potent antioxidant, antidiabetic, anticancer, anti‐cardiovascular diseases, and anti‐inflammatory properties due to the present of high level of various phytochemicals. Impacts of various processing technologies have also been extensively explored by researchers. However, the synergistic effects of black beans in combination with other food materials as final food products need to be studied in the future. This review paper will be helpful for researchers in food processing area for the development of novel black beans‐based functional food products

Interplay of cytokines in preterm birth

Preterm infants (i.e., born before <37 wk of gestation) are at increased risk of morbidity and mortality and long-term disabilities. Global prevalence of preterm birth (PTB) varies from 5 to 18 per cent. There are multiple aetiological causes and factors associated with PTB. Intrapartum infections are conventionally associated with PTB. However, maternal genotype modulates response to these infections. This review highlights the association of cytokine gene polymorphisms and their levels with PTB. Varying PTB rates across the different ethnic groups may be as a result of genetically mediated varying cytokines response to infections. Studies on genetic variations in tumour necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-1 alpha (IL-1α), IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and toll-like receptor-4 genes and their association with PTB, have been reviewed. No single polymorphism of the studied genes was found to be associated with PTB. However, increased maternal levels of IL-1β and IL-6 and low levels of IL-10 have been found to be associated with PTB
