Algorithm for Virtual Waiting Room Handling

Tato práce se věnuje problematice virtuálních čekáren, informuje o aktuálně dostupných produktech a programovacích prostředcích, hodnotí je a nabízí řešení nedostatků zjištěných v současném stavu. Výstupem je pak algoritmus pro obsluhu požadavků na rezervaci ve virtuální čekárně, řešící neefektivní využití otevírací doby, vznikající z neoptimálních požadavků přicházejících ze strany klienta. Práce dále popisuje vytvořené řešení z hlediska principu funkčnosti a analyzuje úspěšnost řešení zjištěnou na simulovaném případu.This thesis deals with a virtual waiting room topic. It informs about currently available products and programming tools. The thesis evaluates them and provides a solution to imperfections found in a current state. The output is an algorithm for handling booking requests in a waiting room. The algorithm solves an inefficient usage of business hours originating from unoptimal requests from a client side. This thesis also describes the created solution in terms of principal of functionality and analyses a success rate of the solution ascertained from a usage simulation.

Application for a Demonstration of the Histogram of Oriented Gradients Method for Object Detection

Cílem této práce je shrnutí teorie, ze které vychází metoda Histogram of oriented gradients a následné zpracování vlastního algoritmu pro demonstraci výpočtu a vizualizace vektorů příznakového deskriptoru HOG, natrénování algoritmu SVM a následná detekce objektu. Jako prostředí pro práci bylo zvoleno MS Visual Studio 2012 s použitím objektově orientovaného jazyka C++ a s použitím knihovny OpenCV.The target of this thesis is summarize the theory of method Histogram of oriented gradients and process algorithm for demonstration and visualization HOG descriptor, train SVM algorithm and subsequent detection of the object. For the work environment was selected MS Visual Studio 2012 using the object-oriented C++ language with using OpenCV library.

Explanation of the sloshing motion in a tank, for a moving tank, for a fixed tank

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá matematickým modelem pohybu kapaliny v nádrži. Je zavedena základní Laplaceova rovnice a stanoveny okrajové podmínky pro obdélníkovou nádrž v klidu a pro nádrž podstupující horizontální oscilaci. Následně je odvozena rovnice pro vychýlení hladiny v oscilující nádrži a rovnice pro vlastní frekvence. Na základě těchto rovnic je navrhnuto opatření proti nadměrnému vychýlení hladiny v podobě příček. V závěru práce je porovnán analytický model s numerickým modelem jiného autora s uspokojivými výsledky.This bachelor's thesis deals with mathematical model of sloshing in a tank. Laplace's equation is developed. Boundary conditions for a still rectangular container and for a container under sinusoidal translation are established. Expressions for the free surface elevation and natural frequencies in oscillating tank are determined. Baffles are suggested as a method to minimize the free surface elevation. In the final part, analytical model is compared with numerical solution with overall good agreement.

Application for Encrypted Communication

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit aplikaci pro operační systém Android, která umožňuje komunikaci přes šifrované OpenVPN spojení. Aplikace podporuje textovou komunikaci, hlasovou komunikaci, přenos videa a sdílení souborů mezi uživateli. První polovinu práce tvoří teorie týkající se využitých technologií, mezi které patří OS Android, OpenVPN, SIP protokol pro hlasovou a video komunikaci, XMPP protokol pro textovou komunikaci a Owncloud pro sdílení souborů. Druhá polovina práce se zabývá samotnou implementací aplikace. Jsou zde popsány API a knihovny, které byly při práci využity, struktura výsledné aplikace a její fungování včetně ukázek.The objective of this thesis is to develop an application for Android operating system that allows to communicate via encrypted OpenVPN connection. Application supports text messaging, voice communication, video transfer and sharing files between users. The first part of this thesis consists of theoretical description of used technologies including Android OS, OpenVPN, SIP protocol for voice and video communication, XMPP protocol for text messagging and Owncloud for file sharing. The second part deals with the implementation of the application itself. Structure and phase analysis of a cobalt alloy of the stellite type

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována strukturně fázové analýze kobaltové slitiny typu stelit. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku kobaltu a jeho výrobu, kobaltové slitiny, jejich strukturu, rozdělení, vlastnosti, praktické využití a kobaltové superslitiny typu stelit s jejími vlastnostmi a využitím. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky strukturně fázového rozboru stelitu, který byl prováděn na vzorku kobaltové slitiny typu stelit. Byla vyhotovena strukturní analýza, při které bylo zkoumáno chemické složení, analýza plynů O, N a metalografický rozbor na leštěném výbruse po elektrolytickém leptání v roztoku a nakonec fázová analýza.This bachelor thesis is devoted to structure and phase analysis of a cobalt alloy of the stellite type. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of cobalt and its production, cobalt alloys, their structure, distribution, properties, cobalt superalloys and their properties. In the practical part are presented the results of the structural phase analysis of the stellite, which was performed on a sample of cobalt base alloy stelite. Práce popisuje autorizační rozhraní KAuthorized postavené nad konfiguračním systémem KConfig a KAuth založený na autorizačním systému PolicyKit. Je implementována integrace KAuth do KAuhorized spolu s~testy této integrace a~nástrojem pro převod nastavení z~KConfigu do PolicyKitu. Během testování je objeven lokální útok odepření služby na PolicyKit. Druhá část práce popisuje port nástroje KioskTool do prostředí KDE~4 a vylepšení jeho grafického rozhraní.This work describes the KAuthorized and KAuth authorization interfaces, which are based on the KConfig configuration system and PolicyKit authorization system, respectively. KAuth is integrated into KAuthorized and tests of this integration are implemented, along with a tool that converts the KConfig-based settings to PolicyKit. During the testing phase, a local Denial of Service attack on PolicyKit is discovered. The second part of the work decribes the port of the PolicyKit tool to KDE~4 and the improvement of its user interface.
