The article proves the groundwork of a theoretical hypothesis on the nature of the secondary modernized subject or transformation of industry into the service economy. Combination of managerial and executive authorities into service and productive activity according to the author's conception of duplicity of the object (actor) is consider under historical aspect. The properties of economical subjects at different industrial periods- agrarian, industrial, informative- are reproduced. Description of three types of duplicity of the subject's economic activity - syncretic, symbiotic and synthetic- is given. The author compares indirect characteristics of the secondary modernization of subject, and properties , (imperically proved ) of a new subject of economic activity - creative class. The indirect properties are taken from collection of indicators of the second modernization, as the base of indexes in innovation of knowledge, it's transmission, quality of life and economy, suggested by The Centre of Modernization and Investigation of The Chinese Academy of Sciences from the texts of R. Floride[ ]. A real coincidence of these characteristics is given. The assumption is called in question that the secondary modernization subject is the service class, which is the main source of employed people in highly industrial countries. The hypothesis on the new subjective role of creative class is considered

    Features of the processes of formation of indicators of emotional burnout of students in the dynamics of learning in modern institutions of higher medical education.

    The purpose of the work is to establish features of the processes of formation of indicators of emotional burnout of students in the dynamics of learning in modern institutions of higher medical education. Research was conducted on the basis of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, 307 students of the 1st, 3d, and 6th courses were surveyed. To assess the level of development of the characteristics of emotional burnout Boyko’s personal questionnaire was used. It was established that a high level of severity of the leading manifestations of emotional burnout among students which determines their pronounced emotional instability and a tendency to develop various disorders in terms of the characteristics of psychophysiological adaptation and of the mental sphere was observed among young women, and, first of all, among third-year and first-year young women. Considering the structural distribution of the studied indicators, it should be noted that in all comparison groups the leading components of emotional burnout were either at the formation stage (young men, of the 1st and 3d courses, and young women of the 1st and 6th courses), or were already formed (young men of the 6th course, and young women of the 3rd course). During the analysis of the features of formation of the main phases of emotional burnout, it should be noted that the highest degree of their development during period of learning was inherent of the resistance phase, followed by indicators of individual manifestations of the exhaustion phase and, lastly, tension phase. In the structure of the characteristics of the phase of tension mostly pronounced both in young men and young women, it is necessary to consider indicators of anxiety, depression and experiences of traumatic circumstances, in the structure of the leading characteristics of the phase of resistance – indicators of inadequate selective emotional response and reduction of professionally-oriented educational duties, in the structure of the leading characteristics of the phase of exhaustion – indicators of the severity of psychosomatic and psychovegetative shifts, personal detachment and emotional deficit

    Towards controlling the morphology of cobalt loaded nanocomposites in polyol process with polyethylene glycol

    The polyol process is one of the simple, efficient and productive methods for the synthesis of metal loaded polymer composites. Functional properties of metal-polymer nanocomposites are determined by chemical composition, size and morphology of their particles. Finding effective ways to control the nanoparticle's properties during the polyol process is a crucial task. The effect of molar ratio Mn+/OHPEG on the formation of cobalt loaded metal-polymer nanocomposites during a one-pot two-component polyol process by polyethylene glycol with Mr = 4000 gΒ·mol–1 (PEG) was studied. The PEG-based polyol process and the formation of cobalt nanophase were studied at molar ratios Ξ½Co2+/Ξ½OH(PEG) = 1:1, 1:10, 1:100 and 1:500 using UV-Vis, diffuse reflectance IR and ATR FT-IR spectroscopy, nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), dynamic light scattering (DLS). It was found that PEG can act as a reducing agent and stabilizing matrix for the cobalt nanophase at a ratio higher than Mn+/OHPEG= 1:10. The composition and morphology of Co/PEG nanocomposites were determined by XRD and TEM methods. Two types of spheroid particles with average diameters of 88Β±55 nm / 8Β±4 nm and 12Β±3 nm / 3Β±1 nm, respectively, represent Co/PEG nanocomposites 1:500 and 1:100. Scaly structures with a diameter of 15Β±5 nm are formed at a molar ratio of Ξ½Co2+/Ξ½OH(PEG) = 1:10. An increase in the Co2+ content in the PEG-based polyol process leads to the immobilized cobalt nanophase Co3O4 (1:500), Co0/CoO (1:100), CoO (1:10) in PEG. Co/PEG nanocomposites are hemocompatible. The HC50value depends on the composition and morphology of the nanoparticles
