Π±ΠΈΠΎΠΌΠ°ΡΠΊΠ΅ΡΠΎΠ² Π±ΠΎΠ»Π΅Π·Π½Π΅ΠΉ.Calprotectin has two calcium-binding proteins S100A8 (calgranulin A) and S100A9 (calgranulin B), which belong to the family of S100 proteins. These proteins are involved in intracellular signaling, affecting on the level of Ca2+ and as Ca2+ -buffer proteins. S100 proteins are involved in many cellular processes, such as cell cycle regulation, cell growth, differentiation and chemotaxis.
Today, metabolic disorders with S100 protein family are associated with development and progress of such pathologies as cardiomyopathy, atherosclerosis, neurodegenerative diseases, connective tissue diseases. Besides calprotectins take part in inflammation, reports about their antimicrobial activity, regulatory activity against cells, which are involved in immune reactions, carcinogenesis, development of amyloid-associated diseases are accumulated.
The aim is to analyze the data of scientific literature to establish the role of proteins calgranulins A and B and their complex (calprotectin) in the development of pathological biomineralization of soft tissues in human body.
Calprotectin is expressed by granulocytes, monocytes and macrophages in early stages of differentiation. For example, proteins S100A8 and S100A9 take up 45% of all cytoplasmic proteins in neutrophils, and in monocytes β only about 1% of protein cytoplasm. Also calprotectins expression was described in fibroblasts and endothelial cells, activated mature macrophages, osteoblasts and keratinocytes.
The main part of cytokino- and chemokino-like calprotectin activity is caused by its conection with RAGE receptors (receptor of advanced glycation and end products) and TLR4 (toll-like receptor 4) that trigger signaling pathways, which contribute to calcification in the vascular system, prostate, regulate cytoskeleton structure through polymerization of tubulin and more.
Calgranulin A (S100A8) and calgranulin B (S100A9) alone and as part of calprotectins complex are extremely interesting objects for stud-ing their possible role in the pathological process of biomineralization. In addition to chemokine and cytokine activity and influence on different specific receptors, these molecules have important constitutive feature: the binding of calcium and some other two valence ions. The combination of proteins S100A8 and S100A9 with biomineralization in such pathological processes as inflammation, tumor growth and atherosclerosis, says abot their obvious correlation.
Calprotectin-dependent endothelial damage may be a critical element in vascular morphogenesis biomineralization during chronic inflammation, atherosclerosis and cancer.
During analysis of the literature a concentration-dependent effect of S100A8/S100A9 on tumor cells is revealed: calprotectin and its components contribute to tumor growth and spread at low concentrations, at high concentrations β cause apoptosis of neoplastic cells. Besides, calprotectin affect directly tumor cells through interaction with TLR4, which are expressed in them and they are endogenous receptors for S100A8/S100A9.
The number of calgranulin A and B increases at the early stages of complicated atherosclerosis while the development of biomineralization. S100A8 and S100A9 in atherosclerotic plaque may significantly affect the redox and calcium-dependent processes of atherosclerosis pathogenesis and its chronic complications, including abnormal biomineralization. Numerous properties of calgranulin S100A8/S100A9 and its components can be a point of the promising new drugs and finding new biomarkers of disease

By means of anatomical, histological and spectrochemical methods it was established: the most significant morphological changes was increase with the growing terms of the experiment, concentration of ions in 30 days of experiment was the highest in the thyroid gland of young aged rats, at the end of the experiments the decreasing of the speed of their accumulation was observed. This work consideres the influence of ions of heavy metals on apoptosis of thyrocytes. ΠΡΠΈ ΡΠΈΡΠΈΡΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠΈ Π΄ΠΎΠΊΡΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°, ΠΈΡΠΏΠΎΠ»ΡΠ·ΡΠΉΡΠ΅ ΡΡΡΠ»ΠΊΡ http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/3294The analysis of the morphological features of thyroid tissue under the influence of simulated microelementhosis, finding the way of correction of changes are done. Morpho-logical changes were studied by measuring organometric of particle thyroid gland, me-thods of light microscopy, morphometry, electron microscopy, chemical analysis, mathe-matical and statistical data were analyzed. It was found, that under conditions of micro-elementosis the structural changes of thyroid gland in young and mature rats age occur, which is manifested as desquamation of follicular epithelium, connective tissue over-growth, microcirculation disorders, breach of differentiation and elimination of thyroid pa-renchyma, changes tinctorial colloid properties, accumulation of heavy metals in body tis-sues. The degree and expressiveness of transformations depend on the term of impact mi-croelementhosis and on the age of animals. The investigations revealed quantitative indi-cators that characterize the relevant injury and adaptive response of thyroid tissue.
Application of metabolic medicine Β«GlutarginΒ» allows to reduce injuries of thyroid gland in animals. Results of the research are applied into educational process of depart-ments of human anatomy of medical institutes of higher education.

Protection of the Rights of Workers of Industrial Enterprises by International Humanitarian Law (on the Example of the War in Ukraine)
The purpose of the research is to assess the state of protection of the rights of workers of industrial enterprises from the viewpoint of both international and national legislation in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine. The research was conducted using qualitative analysis, formal-legal, logical-legal, system-functional methods, as well as the method of interpreting legal norms (method of legal hermeneutics). The paper states the insufficient effectiveness of the norms of modern international humanitarian law regarding the protection of the rights of workers of industrial enterprises in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. The paper describes the general and special regime of regulation of the rights of workers of industrial enterprises in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. For the first time, the authors proposed to understand the protection of the rights of individuals by international humanitarian law in both a broad and a narrow sense, and the meaning of such approaches was revealed. The publication developed recommendations for the protection of the rights of workers of industrial enterprises in the conditions of armed conflicts, recommendations which are important for the development of regulations, which indicates the practical significance of the paper

Studying the possibility of using mathematical modeling methods for predicting the clinical course of arterial hypertension in women.Materials and methods. 84 women aged 20β60 years (mean age 45,3 years) were examined. The survey included clinical, instrumental and laboratory methods of investigation. As a mathematical basis, we used a technique for structuring and analyzing heterogeneous statistical data under conditions of nonparametric uncertainty.Results. In the course of the conducted research on the results of mathematical modeling, using the pattern recognition technique, an individual set of signs (risk factors) was formed from the list of indicators that predetermined the risk of development of the predicted state (complicated course of hypertension), which made it possible to construct forecast nomograms, medium and high risk of adverse course of AH in women, which will not only allow us to calculate the degree of risk, but also to determine the parameters of the required change of the level of managed risk factors that determine the presence in a high-risk zone, and, by influencing them to carry out preventive measures. It was found that the clinical course of hypertension in women is influenced by an increase in insulinemia, fasting and postprandial glycemia, BMI, OXC, and blood pressure, that is, a simtomocomplex of the metabolic syndrome.The conclusion. The use of the method of restructuring and analysis of heterogeneous statistical data in conditions of non-parametric uncertainty makes it possible to predict and evaluate the severity of the clinical course of AH in women. The most significant factors affecting the severity of the clinical course of hypertension in men are the indicators of insulinemia, glycemia, BMI, OXC, blood pressure levels
AFFECTIVE DISORDERS IN MEN WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN COMBINATION WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME
Purpose.Β To study the features of affective disorders in men with comorbid chronic coronary heart disease with metabolic syndrome.
Materials and methods.Β The study was performed with the participation of 115 male patients diagnosed with chronic coronary heart disease. Metabolic syndrome verification was carried out using the clinical recommendations of the All-Russian Scientific Society of Cardiology (2009). Identification of the presence of anxiety-depressive states and assessment of their severity was carried out using The Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale.
Results.Β The study showed that among men with chronic coronary heart disease who have metabolic syndrome, the median averaged anxiety score on the Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale was significantly higher (p=0,041) compared to those without metabolic syndrome. In 17,6% of the examined patients with a combination of chronic coronary heart disease and metabolic syndrome, elevated levels of anxiety were detected. Anxiety disorders of a subclinically pronounced nature were found in 13,7% of the surveyed in this group, and clinically pronounced in 3,9%. Elevated levels of depression were detected in 17,6% of the examined patients with metabolic syndrome. At the same time, depressive disorders of both subclinically expressed and clinically expressed nature were detected with the same frequency: 7,8% vs 7,8%.
Conclusion.Β Among patients with chronic coronary heart disease with a comorbid course with metabolic syndrome, the number of people with clinically pronounced anxiety and depression was higher compared to those without metabolic syndrome. In men with chronic coronary heart disease in combination with metabolic syndrome with both increased levels of anxiety and increased levels of depression, 3- and 4-component clusters of metabolic syndrome, including arterial hypertension, abdominal obesity and various dyslipidemias, were more often detected

The study of anthropometric characteristics and component composition of body weight in male migrants of the Far North with arterial hypertension.Materials and methods. The study involved 155 men aged 30β79 y.o. A study group comprised 66 patients with hypertension, previously living in the Far North, who later moved to a permanent place of residence in Central Siberia. The examination included clinical, instrumental, functional and laboratory research methods and anthropometry followed by constitution type determination.Results. It was revealed that over a half (57.6%) of examined male migrants of the Far North with hypertension had the muscular constitution type, whereas the male residents of Krasnoyarsk diagnosed with hypertension are usually characterized by having the abdominal constitution type (62.0%). Male residents of Krasnoyarsk without hypertension are more often characterized by having the muscular constitution type (33.3%).When compared with men who have moderate and mild hypertension degree, male migrants of the Far North with 3-degree hypertension showed higher indicators of fat and bone components as well as had a statistically significant difference.Conclusion. This study has allowed to identify and quantify the constitutional types distribution of the Far North male migrants. It has shown that it is usually men with the muscular somatotype who have hypertension. Body mass index and body fat component were higher in male migrants of the Far North with 3-degree hypertension

Purpose. Study of left ventricular (LV) remodeling options in men, residents of the North with arterial hypertension (AG), various constitutional types who moved to permanent residence in Central Siberia.Materials and methods. The study involved 172 male AG patients. The main group included 86 men from the AG who had previously lived in the Far North. A standard anthropometric examination technique was used, followed by the definition of constitutional types, as well as the definition of geometric LV remodeling types from cardiac ultrasound data.Results. The data of the conducted study revealed the constitutional features of the incidence of adverse types of remodeling in men of the examined groups. Migrants with AG are characterized by a high frequency of eccentric LV hypertrophy in abdominal somatotype and a high frequency of concentric LV hypertrophy in muscular, while men with AG permanently living in Krasnoyarsk are characterized by a high frequency of concentric LV hypertrophy in abdominal somatotype and a high frequency of eccentric LV hypertrophyConclusion. Adverse types of LV geometry among migrants of the Far North are more common in individuals with constitutional types characterized by high adipose tissue (abdominal somatotype) and muscle tissue (muscular somatotype).Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ.
