Import 03/08/2012Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dvou variant stropních konstrukcí u administrativní budovy. Prvním úkolem, u každé z obou variant, je vyřešení jejího návrhu a správné zakreslení ve vazbě s typickým podlažím objektu. Následně je zpracován technologický předpis provádění, rozpočet a harmonogram. Problematika stropních konstrukcí je zásadním tématem stavitelství již od starověku. V dnešní době jsou však na stropní konstrukce kladeny zvlášť přísné požadavky, jak z hlediska statického, tak z hlediska technologie provádění. Právě na správné volbě technologie závisí výsledná jakost, cena a doba provádění celého díla, což jsou významné aspekty dnešního stavitelství.This bachelor thesis deals with design of two variants of the ceilings in office building. First task, for each of the two selected variants, is to solve the design and proper drawing in connection with typical floor of the building. Next task is to create technological prescription of implementation, calculation and schedule. The issue of ceilings is a major theme of architecture since ancient times. Today, however, there are particulary strict requirements on the ceilings in terms of both static and in terms of technology of implementation. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou problémů při uplatňování odpočtu daně z přidané hodnoty. Uvádí druhy daní v České republiky a podrobně rozebírá problematiku zákona o DPH. The evaluation of light conditions influence and corrections upon Doppler blood perfusion imagining

The paper deals with theoretical and experimental research of the ambient light influence upon the measuring reliability of the perfusion maps by the laser Doppler method using the device PeriScan PIM 3. The main applicable result of the analysis is a set of recommendations for the standardization, the improving of reliability and the compactness of the blood perfusion measuring in the clinical practise. The improvement of examination brings more accurate results and contributes to the optimization of diagnostic process and therapy

Processing and visualisation of archives from power factor controllers on thin clients

Tato práce popisuje vývoj mobilní aplikace určené pro operační systém Android, která zobrazuje archivní data z regulátorů účiníku. V úvodní části práce je stručně vysvětlena problematika regulace účiníku a fungování aplikacev rámci širší perspektivy. Další částí práce je rešerše souvisejících softwarových řešení a také popis možností vývoje mobilních aplikací. Dále práce popisuje nástroje použité pro vývoj aplikace, mezi které patří vybrané třídy z Android API a další využité knihovny. Následuje praktická část popisující jednotlivé vrstvy aplikace. Aplikace je napsána v programovacím jazyce Java s využitím architektury MVVM a data bindingu. Komunikace aplikace s webovou službou je realizována pomocí HTTP a knihovny Retrofit spolu se serializační knihovnou Gson. Autentizace uživatelů je řešena použitím JSON web tokenu. V práci je také popsána problematika perzistence a obnovování tokenu na mobilníchzařízeních. Mezi hlavní funkce aplikace patří porovnávání a vyhodnocování naměřených archivních dat, sledování průběhů veličin, kontrola aktivity zařízení a prezentace alarmů. Součástí aplikace je také administrativní část pro správu skupin uživatelů a zařízení, nastavení preferencí a grafické rozhraní pro zpětnou vazbu uživatelů.This thesis describes the development of a mobile application designed for the Android operating system, which displays archive data from power factor controllers. In the introductory part of the thesis there is the issue of powerfactor regulation and application functioning within a broader perspectivebriefly explained. The next part of the thesis is a search of related software solutions and also a description of the possibilities of mobile application development. The thesis also describes tools used for application development, which include selected classes from Android API and other used libraries. It is followed by a practical part describing the individual layers of the application. The application is written in Java programming language, using MVVMarchitecture and data binding. The application communication with a web service is realized by HTTP and Retrofit libraries together with Gson serializationlibrary. User authentication is handled by using a JSON web token. The issue of persistence and token renewal on mobile devices is also described. Between the main functions of the application belong comparing and evaluating of measured archive data, monitoring of variable's development, device activity control and alarm presentation. The application also includes an administrative section for managing of the users and device groups, preference settings and a graphical user feedback interface

University Campus Bohunice - Construction Technological Project

Tato diplomová práce řeší "Univerzitní kampus Bohunice - Stavebně technologický projekt". Jedná se o dva objekty A32 o 2 podzemních a 3 nadzemních podlažích a objekt A31 o 1 podzemním a 3 nadzemních patrech. Diplomová práce zahrnuje: výkopové práce, založení na pilotách, železobetonovou základovou desku. Jsou zde řešeny podrobně technologické předpisy na zemní práce a hlubinného založení na pilotách. Dále obsahuje řešení zařízení staveniště, časový plán vybraných etap, situaci stavby s řešením dopravních tras, navrženou strojní sestavu potřebnou pro vybrané etapy a kontrolní a zkušební plán zemních prací a hlubinného založení na pilotách.This diploma thesis addresses the „University Campus Bohunice - Architectural and technological project“. This thesis includes excavation, pile foundation, reinforced concrete foundation slab it also deals with in detail technological regulations on earthworks and deep-pile foundation. The thesis contains solutions to building equipment, schedule of selected stages of the construction situation with the solution of transport routes, designed mechanical assembly required for selected stages and control plan earthworks and deep-pile foundation. This diploma thesis addresses the „University Campus Bohunice - Architectural and technological project“. This project involves construction of two buildings. Building A32 with two basement floors and three floors and second building A 31 with one basement floor and three floors. This thesis includes excavation, pile foundation, reinforced concrete foundation slab, it also deals with technological regulations of earthworks and deep-pile foundation in detail. The thesis contains solutions to construction site equipment, schedule of selected stages of the construction, location of buildings and the solution of transport routes, mechanical equipment required for selected stages of project and control plan of earthworks and deep-pile foundation.

Point processes on linear networks

Hlavním tématem této práce je teorie bodových procesů na lineárních sítích s důrazem na dva druhy sít'ové K-funkce. V první kapitole jsou vyloženy základy teorie stacionárních bodových procesů v rovině včetně zavedení K-funkce a jejího odhadu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá bodovými procesy na lineárních sítích. Je zde zavedena Okabeho sít'ová K-funkce a její odhad, Angova sít'ová K-funkce včetně jejího odhadu a jsou vyloženy jejich teoretické vlastnosti. Třetí kapitola se zabývá schopností odhadu Okabeho a Angovy K-funkce rozpoznávat tendence bodů procesu na síti ke shlukování, resp. odpuzování. Je zde vyložen obálkový test, zjemněný obálkový test a odchylkové testy. K simulacím je užito prostředí R s knihovnou spatstat.The central theme of this thesis is the theory of point processes on linear net- works, in particular two kinds of the network K-function. The first part is devoted to the theory of stationary point processes in the plane, including the K-function and its estimator. The second part is concerned with the theory of point proces- ses on linear networks. There is defined the Okabe-Yamada network K -function and its estimator, the geometrically corrected network K-function, including its estimator, and there are explained their theoretical properties. In the third part we examine the ability of these two kinds of the network K-function to detect clustering or regularity in point processes on linear networks. There is explained the envelope test, the refined envelope test and the deviation tests. Import 04/02/2014Účelem této práce je zpracovat projekt pro realizaci stavby občanské vybavenosti ve zvolené lokalitě. Tato práce řeší v prvé řadě návrh samotné budovy z hlediska dispozice, estetiky a funkce. V druhé řadě řeší detailně problematiku jednotlivých stavebních konstrukcí na daném objektu, jako jsou základy, svislé konstrukce, vodorovné konstrukce, obvodový plášť a střecha. Je zde také kladen důraz na funkčnost dané budovy z hlediska stavebně fyzikálního. Skloubení těchto tří hledisek by mělo mít za výsledek stavbu, která bude stabilní, esteticky zajímavá, bude dotvářet příznivě ráz okolí a její interiér bude nabízet příjemné prostředí pro všechny návštěvníky i pracovníky. Nejdůležitějším posláním této práce je však předat co nejdetailnější technické informace o celé budově tak, aby byly srozumitelné pro budoucího zhotovitele stavby.The purpose of this thesis is to develop a project for the realization of building for civil facilities in the selected location. This thesis solves primarily design of building in terms of layout, aesthetics and function. Second, it solves in detail the issue by building structures on the object, such as foundation, vertical structures, horizontal structures, circumferential walls and roof. There is also the focus on the functionality of the building in terms of building physics. Combining these three aspects should result in a structure that is stable, aesthetically interesting, will create character of the area positively and its interior will offer a pleasant environment for all visitors and staff.
