První část práce je zaměřena na analýzu domu, požadavky a možnosti klienta. Druhá část se zaměřuje na teoretická východiska. A závěrečná část zahrnuje návrh řešení a konkrétní postupy a prvky, které budou při realizaci použity.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of computer networks for a house using an automated household, included heat generation, smoke detection, lights and many others. First part is based on the analysis of the house, requirements and possibilities of the client. The second part focuses on the theoretical bases. And the final part covers the concept of the solution and the specified procedures and elements, which will be used for realization.

Tato bakalářská práce je cílená na problematiku automatizovaného generování reklamních bannerů. V první části se zaměřuje na to, co to vlastně reklama je, jak funguje a nejčastější způsoby toho, jak využít různé formy reklamy k dosažení svých cílů. Dále popisuje tvorbu bannerů a podmínky pro nasazení do různých reklamních sítí. Práce analyzuje a porovnává existující nástroje k tvorbě reklamních materiálů, jejich možnosti automatizace tvorby, následně pojednává o tom, jak vytvořit nástroj, který by automatizaci tvorby bannerů umožňoval a popisuje důležité funkce úprav nezbytné k efektivnímu vytváření reklamních materiálů. Výsledná aplikace je jednostránková webová aplikace, sestavená za pomoci aplikačního rámce Angular a knihovny Konva.js.This bachelor’s thesis is aimed at the problematics of automated generation of advertising banners. In first part, the thesis focuses on what an advertisement really is, how it works and the most common ways of how to use different forms of advertising to achieve it’s goals. It also describes the creation of banners and conditions for deployment in advertising networks. It analyses and compares existing tools to create advertising materials and their options of automated creation. It then discusses on how to create a tool, which would enable automated creation of banners. The thesis describes important editing features necessary to effective creation of advertising materials. Principles of Automated Trading on Cryptocurrency Exchanges

Diplomová práce cílí na vytvoření nástroje pro automatizované obchodování kryptoměn, tzv. bota. Práce popisuje kryptoměny a porovnává jakým způsobem se aktuálně kryptoměny obchodují. Součástí práce je krátký úvod do technické analýzy včetně popisu několika grafových vzorů a technických indikátorů jakožto možný způsob pro analýzu kryptoměnových párů a automatizování obchodování. Dále lze v práci nalézt srovnání několika vybraných existujících kryptobotů a legislativní rámec týkající se kryptoměn. V praktické části je popsán implementovaný kryptobot, který na základě vytvořených obchodních příkazů uskutečňuje reálné obchody na burze. Výsledný kryptobot byl napsán v jazyce Python a pro persistenci dat využívá SŘBD MySQL.The thesis aims to create a tool for automated trading of cryptocurrencies, a so called “bot”. The thesis describes cryptocurrencies and compares the current methods of cryptocurrency trading. The thesis includes a brief introduction to technical analysis, including a description of several chart patterns and technical indicators as a possible way to analyze cryptocurrency pairs and automate trading. In addition, the thesis compares several selected existing crypto-bots and the legislative framework regarding cryptocurrencies. The practical part describes the implemented crypto-bot, which executes real trades on the exchange based on created trading orders. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou odlitků ze slitin hliníku se zaměřením na porovnání procesu tavení v plynových, kelímkových, sklopných pecích s tavením v plynových, šachtových pecích. Řeší návrh spojení výhod obou typů tavících pecí do jednoho agregátu. Dále práce obsahuje ekonomické vyhodnocení z pořizovacích nákladů a předpokládaných úspor při provozu nového pecního agregátu.This thesis deals with the production of castings of aluminum alloys with a focus on a comparison of the melting process in the gas, crucible, tilting furnaces with melting in gas, shaft furnaces. Resolves proposal links the advantages of both types of melting furnaces into a single unit. The work includes economic evaluation of cost and projected savings in the operation of the new kiln unit.

Import 02/11/2016Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza vlivu vybraných faktorů na výkonnost podílových fondů. Analýza vlivu je provedena pomocí modelu binární logistické regrese. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy týkající se finančních trhů a kolektivního investování. Třetí část práce obsahuje popis binární logistické regrese. Aplikační část práce se zabývá odhadem logistického regresního modelu a posouzením vlivu jednotlivých faktorů na výkonnost fondů pomocí hodnoty deviance modelu. Poslední kapitola obsahuje rovněž testování statistické významnosti jednotlivých faktorů a výsledné shrnut vlivu vybraných proměnných.This diploma thesis is devoted to analysis of the impact of selected parameters on the mutual fund performance. Analysis of the impact is performed by using Binary logistic regression model. Theoretical part explains the concepts related to financial markets and mutual funds. Third part of this thesis contains the descripiton of Binary logistic regression model. Application part deals with the estimation of logistic regression model and with assesment of the impact of selected parameters on the mutual fund performance by the value of model deviance. Two newly recognized species of Hemidactylus (Squamata, Gekkonidae) from the Arabian Peninsula and Sinai, Egypt

This is an open access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License 3.0 (CC-BY), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author and source are credited.A recent molecular phylogeny of the Arid clade of the genus Hemidactylus revealed that the recently described H. saba and two unnamed Hemidactylus species from Sinai, Saudi Arabia and Yemen form a well-supported monophyletic group within the Arabian radiation of the genus. The name 'Hemidactylus saba species group' is suggested for this clade. According to the results of morphological comparisons and the molecular analyses using two mitochondrial (12S and cytb) and four nuclear (cmos, mc1r, rag1, rag2) genes, the name Hemidactylus granosus Heyden, 1827 is resurrected from the synonymy of H. turcicus for the Sinai and Saudi Arabian species. The third species of this group from Yemen is described formally as a new species H. ulii sp. n. Inhalation of ZnO nanoparticles: Splice junction expression and alternative splicing in mice

Despite the wide application of nanomaterials, toxicity studies of nanoparticles (NP) are often limited to in vitro cell models, and the biological impact of NP exposure in mammals has not been thoroughly investigated. Zinc oxide (ZnO) NPs are commonly used in various consumer products. To evaluate the effects of the inhalation of ZnO NP in mice, we studied splice junction expression in the lungs as a proxy to gene expression changes analysis. Female ICR mice were treated with 6.46 x 10(4) and 1.93 x 10(6) NP/cm(3) for 3 days and 3 months, respectively. An analysis of differential expression and alternative splicing events in 298 targets (splice junctions) of 68 genes involved in the processes relevant to the biological effects of ZnO NP was conducted using next-generation sequencing. Three days of exposure resulted in the upregulation of IL-6 and downregulation of BID, GSR, NF-kB2, PTGS2, SLC11A2, and TXNRD1 splice junction expression; 3 months of exposure increased the expression of splice junctions in ALDH3A1, APAF1, BID, CASP3, DHCR7, GCLC, GCLM, GSR, GSS, EHHADH, FAS, HMOX-1, IFN, NF-kB1, NQO-1, PTGS1, PTGS2, RAD51, RIPK2, SRXN1, TRAF6, and TXNRD1. Alternative splicing of TRAF6 and TXNRD1 was induced after 3 days of exposure to 1.93 x 10(6) NP/cm(3). In summary, we observed changes of splice junction expression in genes involved in oxidative stress, apoptosis, immune response, inflammation, and DNA repair, as well as the induction of alternative splicing in genes associated with oxidative stress and inflammation. Our data indicate the potential negative biological effects of ZnO NP inhalation.Web of Science168120019
