The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. This work would not have been possible without the help of each of the teachers, researchers and authors who presented their articles that make up each of the chapters of the book, to them our gratitude for their commitment, dedication and commitment, since their sole purpose is to contribute from the academy and science to scientific and technological development in the search for the solution of problems and thus contribute to transform the reality of our society and communities. Caracterización psicosocial de mujeres adolescentes recluidas por conductas delictivas en la ciudad de Medellín

The aim of this study is to describe the psychosocial characteristics of a group of six young women, infringing of law, detained in a reclution center in the city of Medellin. To achieve this objective we used a qualitative research, narrative and autobiographical mode, which collected data from the life story of adolescents then describe and analyze them. It was found that in these cases various relevant factors converge in the formation of identity of adolescents. These variables can observe the social and family role assigned to them and the existing risk factors in these contexts, and the subsequent identification of adolescents with these representations, which are individually idealized.El objetivo del presente estudio es describir las características psicosociales de un grupo de seis mujeres adolescentes, infractoras de ley, internadas en un centro de reclusión de la ciudad de Medellín. Para ello, se realizó una investigación con enfoque cualitativo, de tipo Narrativo y  modalidad  autobiográfica,  en  la que se recolectaron datos sobre la historia de vida de las adolescentes, para luego describirlas y analizarlas.Se encontró que en estos casos convergen diversos factores relevantes en la formación de identidad de las adolescentes. Entre estas variables se puede observar el rol social y familiar que se les atribuye, los factores de riesgo existentes en estos contextos, y la posterior identificación de las adolescentes con estas representaciones, las cuales son idealizadas individualmente.

Contribución al desarrollo de los procesos de comprensión y producción de textos en la básica primaria

Este libro aporta nuevos elementos a los urgentes y necesarios cuestionamientos colectivos, teniendo en cuenta los nuevos paradigmas teóricos y políticos de la transformación social en América Latina en un diálogo entre experiencias de construcción de lo común. Las alternativas al desarrollo, nuestro gran desafío desde la ecología política latinoamericana, implica profundizar estas luchas por la producción de lo común hacia una transformación social que debe abordarse simultáneamente en sus complejas relaciones existentes entre capital, clase, raza, colonialidad, género y naturaleza, ya que son precisamente sus tejidos, enredos e interdependencias históricas los que configuran las bases civilizatorias del sistema que enfrentamos. Psicología de las organizaciones y del trabajo. Apuestas de investigación II

El presente volumen condensa y sintetiza lo que va siendo contemporáneamente la POT colombiana, en particular, y latinoamericana, en general, que aparece como un reflejo y una adaptación de la que se está desarrollando globalmente según cánones dictados desde otras latitudes socioeconómicas, políticas y culturales, pero también como reacción a ella y como autoafirmación. Ello no constituye un ejemplar de texto anticolonial, sino más bien un manifiesto antietnocéntrico al presentar e interpretar la realidad investigada en el marco de sus propios parámetros socioculturales, sin que estos sean considerados necesariamente claves universales para la comprensión de otras realidades ajenas y exóticas. Y esta es una de sus principales contribuciones generales, porque marca un estilo distinto de hacer POT al enfatizar el aspecto idiosincrático de los fenómenos y procesos de que se ocupa y haciéndolo así, señala un horizonte que no deben perder de vista la disciplina y la profesión, si no quieren repetir viejos errores de su pasado reciente derivados de la minimización de la relatividad histórico-cultural de su campo y su objeto. A escala global y local, resta un largo camino por progresar hacia una POT con mayor fundamentación epistemológica, más articulación interdisciplinaria y multiprofesional, relevancia social, elaboración teórica, calidad y diversidad metodológicas y reflexividad autocrítica que resitúe en el centro del quehacer científico y profesional el marco de referencia axiológico, étho-politico y deontológico. XV International Congress of Control Electronics and Telecommunications: "The role of technology in times of pandemic and post-pandemic: innovation and development for strategic social and productive sectors"

La anterior selección, motivados por la aseveración de Manuel Castells -hace casi 20 años ya- que la innovación y la difusión de la tecnología parecía ser la herramienta apropiada para el desarrollo en la era de la información. Este 2020, sin embargo, ante la situación disruptiva que aquejó y aqueja a la sociedad red como una estructura social emergente de la Era de la Información basada en redes de producción, energizadas por el poder y la experiencia; falló y debe reencontrar su rumbo. Es así que los problemas acuciantes, ahora, fueron: la atención sanitaria y la superación de la epidemia de Sars Cov 2; tomó forma la, hasta entonces, visión irrealista de Castells que … no podemos avanzar con nuestros modelos de desarrollo actual, destruyendo nuestro entorno y excluyendo a la mayor parte de la humanidad de los beneficios de la revolución tecnológica más extraordinaria de la historia, sin sufrir una devastadora reacción por parte de la sociedad y la naturaleza. Fue así que el Cuarto Mundo, específicamente, donde la suficiencia de recurso humano, de capital, trabajo, información y mercado -vinculados todos a través de la tecnología- supuso que atendería eficazmente a través de la población que podía por su capacidad hacer uso racional y profesional del conocimiento, las necesidades de la mayoritaria población vulnerable y vulnerada. Por lo anterior, poner en el centro a las personas, en entornos de tarea y trabajo globales hiperconectados combinando espacios físicos, corrientes de información con canales de conexión expeditos, y formando profesionales del conocimiento que asuman y afronten los retos derivados de la transformación digital de empresas, universidades, y organizaciones, pero en condiciones de equidad y sujetos de prosperidad, será el desafío en los escenarios presentes y futuros inmediatos.The previous selection, motivated by the assertion of Manuel Castells -almost 20 years ago- that innovation and diffusion of technology seemed to be the appropriate tool for development in the information age.
