Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci daňové zátěže poplatníků prostřednictvím přesunu svého sídla do daňových rájů. Obsahuje porovnání daňových zátěží modelových poplatníků u různých variant změny daňové rezidence a navrhuje doporučený postup při rozhodování o výběru vhodného daňového ráje.The diploma thesis is focused on optimizing of tax burden of taxpayers via relocation of their headquarters into tax havens. It contains comparison of tax burdens of model taxpayers in different variations of change of their tax residence. It suggests recommended process for deciding about choice of suitable tax haven.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na změny zákona o daních z příjmů účinných od roku 2013 v oblasti zdaňování příjmů fyzických osob. Dopad vybraných změn je prezentován na porovnání daňové zátěže modelových poplatníků. Bakalářská práce rovněž prezentuje návrhy pro optimalizaci daňové zátěže.The bachelor thesis is focuses on changes of the Law of Income Tax in force since year 2013 in area of taxation of personal income. Impact of selected changes is presented on comparison of tax burden of model taxpayers. The bachelor thesis present proposals for optimizing of tax burden too.

Pracovní tým jako prvek organizační struktury (efektivita týmové organizace práce)

Tým - slovo dnes skloňované ve všech pádech a tak často používané v různých oblastech a kontextech našeho života. Pojem je nejčastěji spojován s prostředím sportu. Hráči v týmu jsou při společném postupu k cíli, kterým je pro ně vítězství, závislí jeden na druhém. Na individuální přínos jednotlivých hráčů tak nebývá kladen zásadní důraz, neboť přestože má tým výjimečně výkonného hráče, ten stejně potřebuje úsilí celého týmu, aby byl úspěšný. Další oblastí, kde se s pojmy týmu a týmové spolupráce i praktickým naplněním jejich obsahu často setkáváme, je podnikatelské prostředí, respektive prostředí hospodářských organizací (firem/podniků), v nichž jsou pracovní týmy využívány jako jedna z forem organizace práce. V tomto ohledu jsou týmy pro některé z nás každodenní realitou, jiní se s nimi čas od času ve své pracovní činnosti setkávají či mají přinejmenším představu o tom, co týmová spolupráce obnáší. Naše představa o týmech, jejich přínosech a omezeních, však ne vždy bývá zcela správná, a tak praktická aplikace týmové organizace práce ve firmách může být provázena řadou problémů a následných zklamání v případě, že výsledky týmové spolupráce nesplní očekávání. Uvažujeme-li o vytvoření týmu, od něhož očekáváme vysoký výkon, popřípadě usilujeme-li o přeměnu současné organizace práce ve firmě na týmovou spolupráci a chceme-li být v těchto svých záměrech úspěšní, měli bychom si být vědomi základních charakteristik týmů, procesů, které v nich probíhají, a dalších podmínek podporujících či omezujících jejich efektivní fungování. Complications of central venous catheters applications 2011 CDC guedelines

In the presented diploma thesis I deal with the issue of proper insertion of short-term central venous catheters, adherence to procedures by medical and non-medical staff according to CDC guidelines 2011 during insertion and subsequent treatment in intensive care in a faculty-type medical facility. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the occurrence of complications, especially infectious, the level of adherence to recommended procedures in practice according to 2011 CDC guidelines, central venous catheter manipulation, comparison of real activities with recommendations and mapping the level of knowledge of non-medical staff about short-term central venous catheters. The theoretical part deals with the importance of clinical guidelines, central venous catheter in general, complications associated with the central venous catheter and prevention of infectious complications of invasive inputs. For the empirical part of the diploma thesis, a prospective non- randomized observational study of cannulation and possible complications associated with a short- term central venous catheter according to CDC 2011 guidelines was chosen to determine real procedures for insertion, treatment and removal of a short-term central venous catheter. Signální dráha Wnt představuje důležitou evolučně konzervovanou signální kaskádu, která se nachází u všech mnohobuněčných organismů. Signální dráha Wnt hraje klíčovou roli nejen v mnoha procesech během embryogeneze, ale také v udržování tkáňové homeostázy a při regeneraci. Oproti tomu mutace v genech kódujících komponenty signální dráhy Wnt často vedou k její zvýšené aktivaci a jsou příčinou vzniku mnoha lidských onemocnění, zejména rakoviny. Kanonická signální dráha Wnt je nezbytná pro buněčnou proliferaci a udržování pluripotentního stavu střevních kmenových buněk, a tím pro homeostatickou obnovu střevního epitelu. Aberantní (hyper)aktivace signální dráhy Wnt představuje počáteční krok ve vývoji střevních neoplázií. Pochopení příčin a identifikace následků hyperaktivace signální dráhy Wnt je zásadní pro rozluštění mechanismů vedoucích k maligní transformaci. Parent and Authority: Parenting and Respecting Parents

The main aim of the thesis is to explain the concept of authority in the family, paren-ting in families and its styles. I am trying to suggest how authority and parenting can help or hurt a child with the child's development and the child's behavior itself. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part, where in the theoretical part it is divided into two main chapters namely authority, parenting. The practical part is fo-cused on the research investigation by the method of quantitative questionnaire. In the questionnaire I deal with the topic of parent and authority, where I try to find out by questions how nowadays respondents think about the authority and behaviour of their parents (those who raised them)
