Análisis de los perfiles, según el manual de funciones en las dependencias de la seccional Valle del Cauca, en el instituto Colombiano Agropecuario ICA

Por medio de este trabajo de investigación se pretende analizar el comportamiento de los funcionarios y contratistas del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario ICA, seccional Valle del Cauca, frente a sus perfiles (estudios) y los cargos ocupados en la seccional, según las obligaciones descritas en el manual de funciones. Esto debido a que según observación se evidencia que contando la seccional con diferentes oficinas en los municipios de Cartago, Tuluá, Buenaventura, Palmira y Aeropuerto Alfonso Bonilla Aragón (Palmira), donde existe representatividad de las cinco Subgerencias del Instituto como son: Análisis y Diagnóstico, Protección Vegetal, Protección Animal, Protección Fronteriza y Administrativa y Financiera, siendo una entidad misional en sus funciones se puede verificar los siguientes aspectos: servidores realizando funciones diferentes por las emanadas por el manual de funciones, servidores con perfiles (estudios) no acordes a su cargo, servidores con mucha carga laboral por el mal diseño del manual y la falta de personal existente dentro de la entidad. Conllevando esto, a mal ambiente laboral, cargas laborales soportando estrés y actividades fuera de la jornada establecida, servidores realizando tareas para las cuales les falta capacitación y entrenamiento en sus puestos de trabajo, por no tener el perfil adecuado.Through this research work is intended to analyze the behavior of officials and contractors of the Colombian Agricultural Institute ICA, section Valle del Cauca, against their profiles (studies) and the positions occupied in the branch, according to the obligations described in the manual of functions. Estudio de factibilidad para el montaje de una lavandería por kilos en la ciudad de Palmira

Este trabajo, busca aplicar los conocimientos de orden administrativo a una idea de negocio, determinando desde el estudio de prefactibilidad que implica condiciones jurídicas y de aplicación legal requeridas para la conformación de una empresa o sociedad, la aplicación de la metodología de Estudio de Mercado para establecimiento de un determinado negocio, las condiciones técnicas para acondicionar el negocio a las necesidades del producto o servicio, la realización de los cálculos en lo que se refiere a la viabilidad financiera y de sostenibilidad de la empresa, entre muchas otras condiciones requeridas para poner en practica una idea de negocio. The risk of COVID-19 death is much greater and age dependent with type I IFN autoantibodies

International audienceSignificance There is growing evidence that preexisting autoantibodies neutralizing type I interferons (IFNs) are strong determinants of life-threatening COVID-19 pneumonia. It is important to estimate their quantitative impact on COVID-19 mortality upon SARS-CoV-2 infection, by age and sex, as both the prevalence of these autoantibodies and the risk of COVID-19 death increase with age and are higher in men. Using an unvaccinated sample of 1,261 deceased patients and 34,159 individuals from the general population, we found that autoantibodies against type I IFNs strongly increased the SARS-CoV-2 infection fatality rate at all ages, in both men and women. Autoantibodies against type I IFNs are strong and common predictors of life-threatening COVID-19. Testing for these autoantibodies should be considered in the general population
