This research uses communication pattern theory with descriptive qualitative approach. There are also subjects of this study are Indonesian Islamic student instructors who have served at least 2 years and a cadre of Indonesian Islamic students in Banda Aceh who are high school level students selected using purposive sampling techniques. In collecting data, researchers used a semi-structured interview technique with five research informants consisting of 3 (three) main informants, namely the management of Indonesian Islamic students and 2 (two) additional informants, namely members of Indonesian Islamic student organizations who are active until now, as well as observations of communication patterns. instructor towards organizational interest in high school students. The results showed that the instructor's communication patterns with high school students differed depending on the extent to which these students could understand the material delivered by the instructor. Instructors who use transactional communication patterns slowly stimulate students to be active in the learning process. While the facts in the field the instructor faces obstacles in feedback that sometimes lead to misunderstanding in understanding the theory presented. The quality of communication that takes place in the regeneration process goes well because students show feedback about the material presented, are active in discussions, and are brave to take an opinion, in the learning room together with the instructor. The difference in the level of understanding, as well as the speed of capturing the material become obstacles between instructors and high school students in the regeneration process, so that the instructor's communication patterns that run effectively do not guarantee students will be active and contribute in every organizational activity. Keywords: Communication Patterns, Indonesian Islamic Students, Instructors, High School Students, Organizational Interes
Ratio Legis of Using Cross Collateral and Cross Default Clauses in Banking Credit Contract
Existence and growth of business has been dominated by the banking system, as a buffer of economic system. There is a rapid development, due to the growth of banking industry. One of the things that develops rapidly, are the clauses in the standard contract on Banks’s Credit Contract, for example cross collateral and cross default clauses. The existence of cross collateral and cross default clauses, tangent to issues of fairness in contract especially in the field of Bank’s Credit. This research aims to ratio legis of using cross collateral and cross default clauses in Bank Credit contracts. This research used normative legal research methods, with statue approach, conceptual approach, case approach, philosophical approach, and comparative approach. Ratio legis of using cross collateral and cross default clauses in Bank’s Credit contracts are as a strict implementation of prudential Banking principles, intend to emphasize the certainty of Debtor in fulfilling all contractual obligations to the Bank, and for the efficiency of the Bank's business activities, which must be based on good faith. Keywords: cross collateral, cross default, contract, Credit, fairnes
Fixed Points in Supersymmetric Extensions of the Standard Model
We search for weakly interacting fixed points in extensions of the minimally
supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). Necessary conditions lead to three
distinct classes of anomaly-free extensions involving either new quark
singlets, new quark doublets, or a fourth generation. While interacting fixed
points arise prolifically in asymptotically free theories, their existence is
significantly constrained as soon as some of the non-abelian gauge sectors are
infrared free. Performing a scan over k different MSSM extensions
using matter field multiplicities and the number of superpotential couplings as
free parameters, we find mostly infrared conformal fixed points, and a small
subset with ultraviolet ones. All settings predict low-scale
supersymmetry-breaking and a violation of -parity. Despite of residual
interactions, the running of couplings out of asymptotically safe fixed points
is logarithmic as in asymptotic freedom. Some fixed points can be matched to
the Standard Model though the matching scale comes out too low. Prospects for
higher matching scales and asymptotic safety beyond the MSSM are indicated.Comment: 26 pages, 9 figure
Translational and reorientational dynamics in carboxylic acid-based deep eutectic solvents
The glass formation and the dipolar reorientational motions in deep eutectic solvents (DESs) are frequently overlooked, despite their crucial role in defining the room-temperature physiochemical properties. To understand the effects of these dynamics on the ionic conductivity and their relation to the mechanical properties of the DES, we conducted broadband dielectric and rheological spectroscopy over a wide temperature range on three well-established carboxylic-acid-based natural DESs: These are the eutectic mixtures of choline chloride with oxalic acid (oxaline), malonic acid (maline), and phenylacetic acid (phenylaceline). In all three DESs, we observe signs of a glass transition in the temperature dependence of their dipolar reorientational and structural dynamics, as well as varying degrees of motional decoupling between the different observed dynamics: Maline and oxaline display a breaking of the Walden rule near the glass-transition temperature, while the relation between the dc conductivity and dipolar relaxation time in both maline and phenylaceline is best described by a power law. The glass-forming properties of the investigated systems not only govern the orientational dipolar motions and rheological properties, which are of interest from a fundamental point of view, but they also affect the dc conductivity, even at room temperature, which is of high technical relevance

Measurements of the Production, Decay and Properties of the Top Quark: A Review
With the full Tevatron Run II and early LHC data samples, the opportunity for
furthering our understanding of the properties of the top quark has never been
more promising. Although the current knowledge of the top quark comes largely
from Tevatron measurements, the experiments at the LHC are poised to probe
top-quark production and decay in unprecedented regimes. Although no current
top quark measurements conclusively contradict predictions from the standard
model, the precision of most measurements remains statistically limited.
Additionally, some measurements, most notably the forward-backward asymmetry in
top quark pair production, show tantalizing hints of beyond-the-Standard-Model
dynamics. The top quark sample is growing rapidly at the LHC, with initial
results now public. This review examines the current status of top quark
measurements in the particular light of searching for evidence of new physics,
either through direct searches for beyond the standard model phenomena or
indirectly via precise measurements of standard model top quark properties

Quoium Pecus: Representations of Italian Identity in Vergil's Eclogues and Georgics
While Vergil is often treated as the quintessential Roman poet, it is frequently overlooked that he originated from the province of Cisalpine Gaul in what is now northern Italy, a region granted Roman citizenship and incorporated into Italy in the 40s BCE, well into the poet’s adulthood. This dissertation project illuminates the ways in which a local, specifically non-Roman Italian identity informs the works of the poet Vergil in the first century BCE. Building on recent archaeological and cultural historical work on Roman Italy, the project brings a more Italocentric approach to Vergil’s poetry by shifting the point of entry from one privileging Roman and Augustan considerations to one emphasizing regional identity and experience. This perspectival shift opens a space to explore the changes and tensions in local identities in this period—to track ever more closely how these identities were diminished, fortified, or otherwise impacted by Roman encroachment and Roman ideas of a unified Italy. Beginning from Vergil’s references to Mantua and Cicero’s discussion of the “two fatherlands” (duae patriae) of Roman municipal citizens, in the introductory chapter I situate the study amid the ongoing acculturation of Roman Italy in the first century BCE; I then propose that modern psychological and sociological theories of acculturation can be beneficial in understanding the negotiation of local, Roman, and panethnic Italian identities that is a central concern of Vergil’s corpus. In the second chapter, through a close study of Vergil’s use of linguistic indexicals signifying inclusion or exclusion in relation to various ethnic or civic communities, I show that there exists an ideological gap between the municipal Italian and Roman civic perspectives in Vergil’s Eclogues; the creation of this gap between identities allows the poet to illustrate vividly the creation and breaking up of cultural communities in the wake of Roman encroachment. In the third chapter, I argue that the constant interplay between nature and culture in the Georgics deliberately reflects the tension between local origin and acquired Roman civic identity, the integration of which the poem repeatedly attempts to imagine through its exploration of grafting and transplantation as potential metaphors for social acculturation, culminating in Vergil’s narration of Jupiter and Juno’s pact in the twelfth book of the Aeneid. The fourth and final chapter explores the figure of the cow, bull or calf as an identifiable symbol of Italian identity and resistance that is explicitly separated from the idea of Rome, suggesting an implicit commentary on Roman exploitation and destruction of Italian landscape and resources. The act of bugonia thus represents the culmination of the nature-culture contrast, with the bovine herd animals representing the germana patria being sacrifices for the continued proliferation of the strangely Roman civilization of bees, whose society resembles the Ciceronian patria communis. In the epilogue, I return briefly to Cicero’s discussion of the duae patriae to demonstrate the utility of Vergil’s exploratory representations of Italian identity. This project is innovative in its commitment to approaching Vergil’s poetry not as a project of Roman identity building, but as work driven primarily by the tension between local Italian and Roman civic identities as one of the unifying themes of the work
