PT. Ritel Bersama Nasional is the e-commerce company. In the business, PT. Ritel Bersama Nasional have been trying to do User Acquisition as much as possible. Yet, the marketing of PT. Ritel Bersama Nasional had the issues after successfully claiming the amount of new customers. The issues are the marketing division hardly decide which kind of promotion that suit to the customers and keep pushing the customers to do the transaction frequently and increase the value of transaction as well. So, in these research will be focusing on how we can categorise the customers by using Recency Frequency Monetary (RFM) method and clustering the customers into 3 cluster (Low, Middle and Superior). With this research, it is expected to help raise the value and frequency of transactions of each customer

The aim of this research is to find out the order of morphemes acquisition in the first semester students at English Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Bandar Lampung University. The subjects of this research are twenty-one students in the first semester at English study program at Bandar Lampung University. Their ages ranged from 17-35 years old. They studied English as a subject in their schools for more than 7 years. To obtain the research data, picture based story is used and the subjects of the research are asked to write a story based on the picture given. From their writings, the acquisition of five English morphemes is analyzed. The result shows that the order of morphemes acquisition on the subjects of the research are 1) Plural (90.4%), 2) Past regular (85.7%), 3) Progressive (83.8%), 4) Past irregular (82.7%) 5) Third person singular (50%)

Assessing the efficacy and safety of pitavastatin compared to atorvastatin in dyslipidemic patients: a double blind randomized controlled trial

Background: Statins are the first choice in the treatment of dyslipidemia, commonly atorvastatin. Pitavastatin is a newer statin with more potency, less drug interactions and many added advantages considering the longevity of treatment required for dyslipidemia. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pitavastatin versus atorvastatin in dyslipidemic patients associated with hypertension, diabetes and/or coronary artery disease. Methods: A prospective, comparative, randomized, controlled, double blind, clinical trial was designed. Total 100 eligible subjects were randomised into 1:1 ratio to receive pitavastatin 4 mg once daily and atorvastatin 20 mg once daily for period of 8 weeks. Evaluation was scheduled at 4 week and 8 week. The efficacy assessment included percentage change from baseline in various lipid parameters like low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), triglycerides (TG), and LDLC/HDLC ratio. Results: Analysis of data showed a significant improvement in all lipid parameters within both therapeutic groups. The difference in LDLC, TC and TG levels was not statistically significant between the two treatment groups after 8 weeks of therapy. However, significant improvement was seen in HDLC and LDLC/HDLC ratio with pitavastatin as compared to atorvastatin at the end of the study. Both were well tolerated. Conclusions: With better HDLC levels, in addition to comparable efficacy and good tolerability of pitavastatin, as compared to atorvastatin, could be considered as good alternative for treatment of dyslipidemia

Aharonov-Casher effect for spin one particles in a noncommutative space

    Get PDF
In this work the Aharonov-Casher (AC) phase is calculated for spin one particles in a noncommutative space. The AC phase has previously been calculated from the Dirac equation in a noncommutative space using a gauge-like technique [17]. In the spin-one, we use kemmer equation to calculate the phase in a similar manner. It is shown that the holonomy receives non-trivial kinematical corrections. By comparing the new result with the already known spin 1/2 case, one may conjecture a generalized formula for the corrections to holonomy for higher spins.Comment: 9 page

Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja, Pelatihan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job placement, traning and non-physical environment on employee job satisfacition. The study population was 80 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the job placement, traning and non-physical work environment as independent variables and job satisfacition dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21. Research shows that the work placement and a significant positive effect Satisfaction Good work means more work placement can then job satisfaction will be improved, in particular in PT. Sawit Asahan Indah. Training variables influence positively and significantly Against Job satisfaction. Searching Google Articles Thus, more Effective Employee Training Conducted Indeed in basically able to increase job satisfaction, particularly in Sawit Asahan Indah. Non Physical Environment Variables work and significant positive effect on job Satisfaction, particularly in PT Sawit Asahan Indah. Increasingly High non Physical work environment employees in the Company, then the work will satisfaction can be improved. Research shows that variable work placement, training and non-physical work environment, Operate Together Against significant influence job satisfaction. If the Third Aspect can be improved simultaneously Operating Then Job satisfaction in PT Sawit Asahan Indah will be able to be increased significantly Operate

Neuroactive steroids and their role in epilepsy

    Get PDF
Neuroactive steroids are the certain steroids that alter neuronal excitability via the cell surface through interaction with certain neurotransmitter receptors. Neuroactive steroids regulate physiological functions of the central nervous system and have possible therapeutic potential in neurological diseases. They have been shown to affect neuronal excitability via their interaction with the ligand-gated ion channel family, such as the GABAA receptor by acting genomically as well as nongenomically. Positive modulators of GABAA receptor have anticonvulsant action as they enhance GABAergic transmission thereby increasing the seizure threshold. By virtue of these properties, neurosteroids appear to be relevant to pathophysiology and pharmacological treatment of many neurological diseases including catamenial epilepsy, stress induced epilepsy, temporal lobe epilepsy, alcohol withdrawal seizures, infantile spasm and status epilepticus. So far, only synthetic neurosteroid, ganaxolone has been tried in treatment of epilepsy and has shown good efficacy and tolerability. But, human data of trials are limited and hence, large double-blinded, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trials are required before their use. The paper reviews the biosynthesis and GABAA receptor modulation of neurosteroids and their potential role in epilepsy

Closed orbit correction at synchrotrons for symmetric and near-symmetric lattices

This contribution compiles the benefits of lattice symmetry in the context of closed orbit correction. A symmetric arrangement of BPMs and correctors results in structured orbit response matrices of Circulant or block Circulant type. These forms of matrices provide favorable properties in terms of computational complexity, information compression and interpretation of mathematical vector spaces of BPMs and correctors. For broken symmetries, a nearest-Circulant approximation is introduced and the practical advantages of symmetry exploitation are demonstrated with the help of simulations and experiments in the context of FAIR synchrotrons

Determining the electronic performance limitations in top-down fabricated Si nanowires with mean widths down to 4 nm

    Get PDF
Silicon nanowires have been patterned with mean widths down to 4 nm using top-down lithography and dry etching. Performance-limiting scattering processes have been measured directly which provide new insight into the electronic conduction mechanisms within the nanowires. Results demonstrate a transition from 3-dimensional (3D) to 2D and then 1D as the nanowire mean widths are reduced from 12 to 4 nm. The importance of high quality surface passivation is demonstrated by a lack of significant donor deactivation, resulting in neutral impurity scattering ultimately limiting the electronic performance. The results indicate the important parameters requiring optimization when fabricating nanowires with atomic dimensions
