Jankovich Miklós gyüjteményei = Collections of Miklós Jankovich

A munkatervnek megfelelően elkészültek Jankovich Miklós gyűjteményi jegyzékeinek (hat leltárkönyv) digitalizált, annotált, korrektúrázott változata; a múzeumi gyűjteményekbe került tárgyak és a leírások összevetése. Digitalizáltunk az OSZK Kézirattárának gyűjteményéből további két egységet és négy levelet, melyek a Nemzeti Múzeumi gyűjteményhez kapcsolódó további jelentős források. A műtárgyak egykori tulajdonosairól, eladóiról illetve a megszerzés helyéről mutató készült. A lelőhelyes tárgyak (török kori fémmunkák) esetében anyagvizsgálatokat végeztettünk a 19. századi meghatározások (készítési hely, műhelyek) felülvizsgálatára, helyesbítésére. A meglévő tárgyakról publikációra alkalmas illetve kutatási célokra munkafotók készültek, digitalizáltuk a korábbi, hagyományos felvételeket is. Az ötvösművek feliratairól, címereiről, tulajdonosi jelzéseiről rajzok készültek. A résztvevők kutatási eredményeikről két előadásban, egy megjelent és hét megjelenés előtt álló publikációban számoltak be. | Six volumes of the inventories of the collcetions of Miklós Jankovich have been digitalized. Data have been supervised, annotated. Further volumes from the collection of the National Library connected to the above mentioned collection have been digitalized, as well. An index by original owners, sellers and places of acquisitions have been completed to the inventories. Tests were taken on islamic metalworks to reconsider and rectify the definitions of the inventories in connection of workshop, place of origin of these objects. Images for publications and surveys were taken ont he art objects of the collection. Earlier negatives, ektachrome-images were digitalized, as well. Drawings were taken on the coat of arms, inscriptions of the silver-collection. Results of the project were reported at two presentattion and eight articles

Discharge protocol in acute pancreatitis: an international survey and cohort analysis.

There are several overlapping clinical practice guidelines in acute pancreatitis (AP), however, none of them contains suggestions on patient discharge. The Hungarian Pancreatic Study Group (HPSG) has recently developed a laboratory data and symptom-based discharge protocol which needs to be validated. (1) A survey was conducted involving all members of the International Association of Pancreatology (IAP) to understand the characteristics of international discharge protocols. (2) We investigated the safety and effectiveness of the HPSG-discharge protocol. According to our international survey, 87.5% (49/56) of the centres had no discharge protocol. Patients discharged based on protocols have a significantly shorter median length of hospitalization (LOH) (7 (5;10) days vs. 8 (5;12) days) p < 0.001), and a lower rate of readmission due to recurrent AP episodes (p = 0.005). There was no difference in median discharge CRP level among the international cohorts (p = 0.586). HPSG-protocol resulted in the shortest LOH (6 (5;9) days) and highest median CRP (35.40 (13.78; 68.40) mg/l). Safety was confirmed by the low rate of readmittance (n = 35; 5%). Discharge protocol is necessary in AP. The discharge protocol used in this study is the first clinically proven protocol.
