PENGARUH RASIO FESES SAPI DENGAN TANDAN KOSONG KELAPA SAWIT TERHADAP KADAR FOSFOR DAN KADAR KALIUM KOMPOS

This study aims to determine the effect of the ratio of cow feces to TKKS on phosphorus levels and potassium levels of compost. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). In this composting process, the treatments were P1 (60% cow feces + 40% TKKS) P2 (50% cow feces + 50% TKKS) P3 (40% cow feces + 60% TKKS).The method used for the measurement of compost content uses the spectrophotometric method (Uv-Vis). Based on the results showed that from all ratios of cow feces to oil palm empty fruit bunches had no significant effect on potassium content and phosphorus content of compost. Potassium content produced = P1 0.28%, P2 0.27%, P3 0.31%. This value has met the standard requirements of SNI 19-7030-2004 potassium levels for compost which is 0.20%. Phosphorus content of the resulting compost = P1 0.23%, P2 0.22%, P3 0.23%. This value has met the standard requirements of SNI 19-7030-2004 for compost phosphorus, which is >0.10%. Relationship between Remittances and Macroeconomic Variables in Times of Political and Social Upheaval: Evidence from Tunisia's Arab Spring

If Tunisia was hailed as a success story with its high rankings on economic, educational, and other indicators compared to other Arab countries, the 2011 popular uprisings demonstrate the need for political reforms but also major economic reforms. The Arab spring highlights the fragility of its main economic pillars including the tourism and the foreign direct investment. In such turbulent times, the paper examines the economic impact of migrant' remittances, expected to have a countercyclical behavior. Our results reveal that prior to the Arab Spring, the impacts of remittances on growth and consumption seem negative and positive respectively, while they varyingly influence local investment. These three relationships held in the short-run. By considering the period surrounding the 2011 uprisings, the investment effect of remittances becomes negative and weak in the short-and medium-run, whereas positive and strong remittances' impacts on growth and consumption are found in the long term.Comment: ERF 23rd Annual Conference , Mar 2017, Amman, Jorda

In this online learning system, it turns out that it is still a magnet in itself in society, even with a wider reach; it can be followed by all levels of the santri community. In "Ngaji Online" it is handled by authoritative figures, so that it becomes a special attraction and will even increase enthusiasm in modern society as it is today. Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kondisi Trigger Finger Di RSUD Sragen

Latar Belakang: jajaran Trigger finger keempat di antara sepuluh penyakit tertinggi yang sering dikeluhkan, Trigger finger biasanya terjadi pada ibu jari, dan jari telunjuk Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fisioterapi dalam mengurangi rasa sakit, meningkatkan kekuatan kegiatan fungsional dalam kondisi Trigger finger. Terapi: Modalitas yang digunakan dalam kasus Trigger finger adalah Infra Red (IR), dan Transcutaneus Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). Hasil: Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pengobatan dilakukan 6 kali modalitas IR, dan TENS adalah sebagai berikut: nyeri di jari telunjuk kanan T1 = 20 mm untuk T6 = 0 mm, nyeri jari telunjuk kanan T1 = T6 = 70 mm sampai 10 mm, nyeri pada gerakan jari telunjuk kanan T1 = 50 mm untuk T6 = 0 mm dan LGS jari telunjuk kanan pasif T1 = S: 0-0-90 untuk T6 = S: 0-0-90, peningkatan kemampuan fungsional. Kesimpulan: IR dan TENS dapat mengurangi nyeri dan gerak, dan meningkatkan kegiatan fungsional dalam kondisi triger fingger

TEACHERS’ DIFFICULTIES IN LESSON PLANNING

This study investigated the teachers’ preparation in developing lesson plans, in terms of formulating objectives, developing materials and media, plotting the teaching procedures and conducting students’ evaluation; also pictured their consideration and difficulties in planning lessons for their classes. As the study employed qualitative data analysis, the data were collected through document analysis on lesson plans, also conducting interview with the teachers. The data then were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s (1994) interactive model. The findings showed that in developing the lesson plans the teachers applied the systematic planning proposed by Reiser and Dick (1996), in which they started with analyzing the syllabus, followed by formulating objectives and indicators, selecting learning materials, and designing learning activities and assessment procedure. However, the interview result showed that the teachers dealt with some problems during the process, such as formulating indicators, selecting materials, determining learning activities, selecting media and developing assessment procedure. Based on the findings in this study, it is recommended that the teachers improve their competences in lesson planning

Obyek penelitian yaitu pelanggan Mie Majelis Cabang Rungkut Surabaya .Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan adalah Non probability sampling,dengan cara Accidental sampling, Data penelitian diambil berdasarkan kuesioner oleh 100 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode path analysis.
