PELATIHAN KERAJINAN TANGAN DAN PEMBUKUAN KEUANGAN SEDERHANA PADA PARA IBU KOMUNITAS PEMULUNG TAMAN INDIRA

Sebagian besar warga di Komunitas Taman Indira Pondok Ranji bekerja sebagai pemulung. Kurangnya sumber pemasukan keuangan menjadi keluhan para ibu di komunitas tersebut. Intervensi ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan kerajinan tangan, yaitu membuat barang-barang yang layak jual dari barang-barang bekas. Selain itu, diberikan juga pelatihan pencatatan pembukuan keuangan sederhana agar para ibu dapat mengelola keuangan mereka dengan baik. Kegiatan intervensi ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan metode partisipasi anggota komunitas (citizen participation) yang didasari pada metode pembelajaran Kolb, yaitu concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, serta active experimentation. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan para ibu mampu membuat kerajinan tangan dari barang bekas serta mampu membuat pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Hasil tambahan, para ibu menjadi lebih peduli terhadap sesamanya

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DIRECT INSTRUCTION DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BASIS DATA

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan awal, proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran basis data masih monoton, situasi belajar siswa belum kondusif dan siswa kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan. Hal ini terjadi karena siswa hanya berfokus pada mencatat materi yang telah disampaikan guru yang membuat menurunnya minat belajar siswa sehingga berakibat pada hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil ulangan harian siswa pada materi aplikasi DBMS terdapat beberapa siswa yang belum memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 75, dari jumlah siswa 24 orang terdapat 62,5% siswa yang tidak memenuhi KKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Basis Data dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Direct Instruction pada siswa kelas XI RPL di SMK Negeri 5 Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berupa Silabus, RPP, Bahan Ajar, LKPD, Observasi Aktivitas Guru, Observasi Aktivitas Siswa dan Tes Hasil Belajar yang sudah dilakukan validasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan telah berlangsung selama 1 siklus dengan 3 kali pertemuan, dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata - rata presentase aktivitas guru mencapai 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik, rata  - rata aktivitas siswa mencapai 88,88% dengan kriteria sangat baik, rata - rata ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 95,83% siswa telah mencapai kriteria tuntas dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 95,83% dengan kriteria baik sekali, dengan demikian penelitian pada siklus 1 dinyatakan berhasil karena telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditetapkan.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Direct Instruction, Hasil Belajar Siswa, Basis Data

Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan Limbah Pertanian Sebagai Pupuk Organik Dan Pakan Budidaya Ikan Untuk Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa Bulotalangi Barat

West Bulotalangi Village is one of the villages in East Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency. Most of the economic activities of the people of West Bulotalangi are engaged in the agricultural sector. The dominant people's livelihoods are farmers and ranchers. One of the efforts made by the community is catfish farming. However, catfish farmers are experiencing a problem, namely the price of circulating fish feed has increased while the price of catfish is relatively cheap. Therefore, to increase the selling price of catfish, several programs were held from KKN-T Merdeka Learning Campus students, namely making catfish feed so that it makes it easier for the community to cultivate catfish because the materials used are relatively cheap and easy to obtain, there is also processing of catfish into processed products which are one of the solutions to the problem to increase the economic value of catfish. In addition, in the agricultural sector, the program proposed by KKN-T MBKM students was the manufacture of BOKHASI fertilizer (Biological Rich Organic Material) by utilizing agricultural waste and then processing it into fertilizer. For this reason, efforts are needed to be able to increase the knowledge and skills of the people of West Bulotalangi Village related to making fertilizer, making fish feed, and strategies for developing processed products. The method used is the empowerment of the target group including learning techniques in the form of theory and simulation to the target community and also direct practice of the manufacturing process with students and the community.Keywords: Agricultural waste, catfish, fertilizer

Computing Model of the Upgrade LHCb experiment

This document describes the computing model of the LHCb Upgrade, which will start operations in LHC Run 3. The LHCb Upgrade will have a signal yield per unit time approximately ten times higher than that of the current experiment, and pileup will increase by roughly a factor of six. However, the computing resource requirements are mitigated by the novel real-time data processing model that is being introduced and use of faster simulation techniques. Significant elements of these new strategies have already been tested, albeit at a reduced scale, in Run 2. This document presents the computing resources requirements of the LHCb Upgrade during LHC Run 3 and beyond, and the model for the utilisation of the distributed computing infrastructure available to the experiment
