Optimal control studies of a solar heating system
The results of an optimal control study of a solar heating system are presented. The model used was for the National Security and Resources Study Center at Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory. The study shows that the use of optimal control can significantly reduce the requirements for auxiliary energy as compared with conventional control systems
