Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Ciências Sociais, Departamento de Antropologia, 2018.No presente estudo analiso o processo de imposição da negação da identidade Kokama.A partir da invisibilidade vivemos um processo para adquirir visibilidade como um povo indígena presente no estado brasileiro, apresentando as relações de etnicidade e nacionalidade por estarmos numa região fronteiriça. A pesquisa foi realizada, a partir dos levantamentos dos dados bibliográficos sendo estruturado em uma pesquisa com abordagens qualitativas e valorização da cultura Kokama. Onde o objeto de estudo esteve centrado na comunidade Indígena de Sapotal, foi usado na forma de pesquisa, entrevista com os anciões, caciques e lideranças. Este estudo faz parte de um projeto maior que teve como objetivo em reavivar o ritual do povo kokama e o interesse em valorizar sua identidade cultural, fazer com que este ritual seja feito frequentemente nas comunidades\indígenas Kokama. Mas que está camuflado no medo, nas premissas impostas pelos missionários. Com o resgate e valorização da cultura este ritual e tradição não irá se perder, sempre se fortalecendo cada vez mais.The present study analyzes the process of imposing Kokama identity denial. From the invisibility we live a process to acquire the visibility of an indigenous island present in the Brazilian state, presenting the relations of ethnicity and nationality because we are in a border region. The date was based on the data of the bibliographical data being hierarchized in a research with the qualitative and evaluative approaches of the Kokama culture. The objective of this study was centered on the indigenous Sapotismo community, was used in the form of research, interview with elders, caciques and leaders. This is one of the most important and important goals of the cultural community, to have the ritual done in Kokama indigenous communities. But that is camouflaged in the fear, on the premises imposed by the missionaries. With the rescue and valorization of culture this ritual and tradition will not be lost, always strengthening more and more

Lei 13.964/2019 – “Pacote Anticrime”: breve análise do artigo 28-A (ANPP) do CPP

The present work initially proposed to deal with issues related to Law 13,964/19 (Anti-Crime Package), with the innovations, alterations made, both in the Penal Code and Criminal Procedure, as well as in Extravagant Criminal Laws. We syncretically address its progress, mishaps, vetoes and suspensions of some provisions, and then address the central theme, which is the ANPP, provided for in article 28-A of the CPP. We carried out an approach of what the provision is and its foreseen application, and then we enter into the discussion on the subject, that is, the jurisprudential divergence between STJ groups, which refers to the retroactivity or not of the institute's application. At the end of the entire presentation, we reach the preliminary conclusion that this provision is a MIXED CRIMINAL rule, therefore it includes material aspects, and therefore it must be retroactive to the benefit of the defendant, as provided for in art. 5, item XL of CF/88. We also conclude that, once the individual fulfills the subjective and objective requirements for the proposition of the non-criminal prosecution agreement, it becomes a subjective right of the same, and therefore cannot be a discretionary act of the MP. However, the Thesis on the subject will be the responsibility of the STF, which, through the Full Court in judgment HC 185.913/DF, where it will sign the Thesis to be applied, with a view to providing predictability and legal certainty to be applied to the provision dealt with hereinO presente trabalho inicialmente se propôs a tratar questões referentes à Lei 13.964/19 (Pacote Anticrime), com as inovações, alterações realizadas, tanto no Código Penal e Processual Penal, quanto em Leis Extravagantes de cunho Penal. Abordamos de forma sintética seu tramite, percalços, vetos e suspensões de alguns dispositivos, para então abordarmos o tema central, que é o ANPP, previsto no artigo 28-A do CPP. Realizamos uma abordagem do que é o dispositivo e sua aplicação prevista, para então entrarmos na discussão sobre o tema, qual seja, a divergência jurisprudencial entre turmas do STJ, que se refere à retroatividade ou não da aplicação do instituto. Ao final de toda exposição chegamos a conclusão preliminar que tal dispositivo tratar-se de norma PENAL MISTA, portanto comportar aspetos materiais, e por isso deve retroagir em benefício do réu, conforme está previsto no art. 5º, inciso XL da CF/88. Concluímos também que, uma vez o indivíduo preenchendo os requisitos subjetivos e objetivos para a propositura do acordo de não persecução penal torna-se direito subjetivo do mesmo, não podendo dessa forma ser ato discricionário do MP. Todavia a Tese sobre o tema ficará a cargo do STF que, por meio do Pleno da Corte no julgamento HC 185.913/DF, onde firmará a Tese a ser aplicada, com vistas a dar previsibilidade e segurança jurídica a ser aplicada ao dispositivo ora tratado

O Uso de Dados de Alta Freqüência na Estimação da Volatilidade e do Valor em Risco para o Ibovespa

This paper investigates the use of high frequency data in the estimation of daily and intradaily volatility, in order to compute value at risk (VaR) forecasts for the IBOVESPA. GARCH models and deterministic methods for the filtering of seasonal patterns have been used in the computation of intraday volatility and VaR forecasts. For daily VaR two simple methods seek to extract the volatility information conveyed by the high frequency data. The first method is based on the sample standard deviation with a moving window, while the second is based on exponencially wheighted moving average. Both methods tested presented good performance. For intraday VaR the results indicate that the filtering of the seasonal pattern is a fundamental step in obtaining useful forecasts of volatility and VaR.

NEGOCIAÇÃO SALARIAL DOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS FEDERAIS: UMA ANÁLISE SOB A ÓTICA DE ECONOMIA POLÍTICA POSITIVA

Negotiation is a word that gains more importance nowadays. Understanding the bargaining process is an issue that people, enterprises, labor unions and governments are caring about. The main point studied here is the issue of how the government takes positions in a bargaining process with its employees. Beginning with the analysis of a revision of game theory, political economics, and the papers about bargaining, this paper studies the wage upgrade of public servants in the central government of Brazil. In the case of the Brazilian government, it looks like the Government has a preference to give some positive upgrade in wages, but this process is done in a way that the Government treats with each kind of servants separately, giving different wage upgrades. The model used was electoral competition in which the wage upgrade was added in the utility function of the public servants as a gain in their income. Three cases were studied: first, there are two groups, one is the group of normal citizens and the other is the public servants. In the second case, the servants were splint into distinct groups and they receive different wage upgrades. In the last case, there are two different groups of servants, but they receive the same wage upgrade. The main conclusion is that the Government has an incentive to negotiate separately with each group of public servants and give different wage upgrades when the Government wants to maximize the probability of win the election.

STOP MOTION: A LINGUAGEM CINEMATOGRÁFICA E O PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM ATRAVÉS DO CELULAR

Este artigo apresenta uma descrição analítica sobre a utilização do celular como ferramenta para a produção de gifs partindo da técnica cinematográfica em Stopmotion. Realizado de maneira interdisciplinar entre Arte e Ciências com alunos do oitavo ano do Colégio Estadual Mustafá Salomão, na cidade de Matinhos, Paraná, no ano de 2018. Neste exercício, relata-se a eficiência e a articulação entre o emprego do celular como ferramenta para a construção do conhecimento pautado na interdisciplinaridade. Comenta-se o processo que pedagogicamente se percorreu e os resultados obtidos que serão problematizados neste texto.  Palavras-chave: Stopmotion. Interdisciplinaridade. Arte. Ciência

Uma análise do processo de aquisição de soluções de tecnologia da informação na Secretaria de Orçamento Federal

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade analisar a normatividade que rege o processo de aquisição de soluções de tecnologia da informação da administração pública federal e as compras públicas. Consideramos alguns três casos concretos que demonstram a necessidade de mudanças normativas e de procedimentos de modo a reduzir a ineficiência existente nos processos de aquisições de soluções de TI da Secretaria de Orçamento Federal. Para esse mister, percorremos as normas vigentes sobre os processos de aquisições, principalmente em sua fase de planejamento da contratação juntamente com as principais informações dos processos, com especial atenção às durações, em dias, das etapas dos processos específicos da Secretaria. Também identificamos os principais atores envolvidos nos processos, a hierarquização existente para a aprovação das etapas processuais e sua reponsabilidade na morosidade na conclusão das aquisições.39 páginasEstratégia e Planejament
