Mala i srednja poduzeća najveći su pokretači svakog gospodarstva, kako po broju poduzeća tako i zbog činjenice da u većini zemalja otvaraju najveći broj radnih mjesta. Mala i srednja poduzeća često ne uspijevaju dobiti potrebna financijska sredstva na financijskim tržištima. U ovom radu koji je napravljen na temelju prikupljanja i analize sekundarnih izvora podataka će se govoriti upravo o tom problemu prikupljanja financijskih sredstava za osnivanje i rast poduzeća. U radu su prikazani najznačajniji izvori financiranja malog i srednjeg poduzetništva u okvirima poslovanja Splitske banke gdje se govori o raznovrsnoj ponudi i usluzi njihovih sredstava za financiranje. Pomoću njihovih financijskih sredstava su mnoga poduzeća nastala i uspjela opstati na tržištu.Small and medium-sized enterprises are the biggest drivers of every economy, in many countries they opened the large number of jobs. Small and medium enterprises often fail to obtain the necessary financial resources in financial markets. In this paper, which conceived in five chapters and made on the basis of the collection and analysis of secondary data sources, it is talking precisely about this problem of collecting financial resources for the establishment and growth of enterprises. The paper presents the most important sources of SME financing under the business of Splitska banka, where they talk about the various offers and services of their funds for financing. With the help of its financial resources, many companies have succeeded and remain in the market
