In this article I introduce the therapeutic potential that the psychodrama gives to the treatment of the patients with severe mental disorder. I propose the specific characteristics that, from the clinic practice in a Psychiatric Day Hospital of Madrid, have specially revealed fertile to the persons that participate in and also to the community framing and its assembly in the framework of a transdisciplinary work.En este artículo presento las potencialidades terapéuticas que el psicodrama otorga al tratamiento de pacientes con trastorno mental severo. Planteo las características específicas que, desde la práctica clínica en el ámbito de un Hospital de Día Psiquiátrico de Madrid, se han revelado especialmente fértiles para las personas que participan de él, así como para el encuadre comunitario y su ensamble en el marco de un trabajo transdisciplinar

ALETHEIA research project: Arts and art therapy as an approach to trauma and emotional memory

This article presents the ALETHEIA research work that is being carried out at the Psychiatric Day Hospital of Vallecas, Infanta Leonor University Hospital. It focuses on the definition of the methodology used by Art Therapy and Psychodrama in the specific care of Complex Trauma, on patients with severe mental illness treated there. The approach of these artistic therapies is framed in a multi and transdisciplinary work. The theoretical foundations, the objective and the methodological framework of the investigation are here presented, pending the final results by the end of 2019
