Cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť mobilnú aplikáciu pre systém Android, ktorá užívateľom umožní vytvárať vysoko kvalitné fotografie rovinných predmetov. V aplikácii si užívateľ vytvorí viacero fotografií vybraného rovinného predmetu. Tieto fotografie sú následne zarovnané a potom spojené do jedného výsledného obrázku, pričom pri tomto spojení dochádza k odfiltrovaniu rôznych nedostatkov, ktoré sa môžu vo fotografiách nachádzať.The aim of this thesis is to create a mobile application for Android, which allows users to create high-quality photos of planar objects. User can create multiple photographs of a selected planar object. These photographs are then aligned and combined into one final image. Various shortcomings that can be present in the photographs are filtered.

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je popísať postup tvorby geometrického plánu, vrátane jeho častí, získania a prípravy podkladov, geodetických činností v teréne a tvorby elektronických podkladov pre aktualizáciu zmeny do katastra. Práca obsahuje teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť popisuje historický vývoj katastra, Kataster nehnuteľností v súčasnosti a častí jeho operátu, rozbor geometrického plánu a meranie prostredníctvom SKPOS pomocou GNSS. Praktická časť popisuje cieľ práce, získanie podkladov, postup pri vyhotovovaní geometrického plánu, vrátane prípravných prác, geodetických prác v teréne, spracovania dát a kompletizácií výsledného geometrického plánu.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the process of creating a survey sketch, including its components, acquiring and preparing data, land surveying activities in the field, and creating electronic data for updating changes in the cadastre. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the historical development of the cadastre, the current state of the Real estate cadastre, and its components, analysis of the survey sketch, and measurements through SKPOS using GNSS. The practical part describes the goal of the work, obtaining data, the process of creating a survey sketch, including preparatory work, land surveying activities in the field, data processing and finalizing the resulting survey sketch.544 - Katedra geodézie a důlního měřictvívýborn

Vehicle License Plate Detection and Recognition Software

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je navrhnúť a vyvinúť softvér, ktorý dokáže detegovať a rozpoznávať registračné značky z obrázkov. Softvér je rozdelený na 3 časti - detekcia značky, spracovanie výstupu detektora a rozpoznanie znakov na registračnej značke. Detekciu a rozpoznanie sme sa rozhodli implementovať pomocou moderných metód využitím konvolučných neurónových sietí.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop software that can detect and recognize license plates from images. The software is divided into 3 parts - license plates detection, detector output processing and license plates characters recognition. We decided to implement detection and recognition using modern methods using convolutional neural networks.

Comparison of Income from Dependent Activity Taxation in the Czech Republic and in the Kingdom of Sweden

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací zdaňování závislé činnosti v České republice a Švédském království. Cílem práce bylo provedení komparace zdaňování závislé činnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byla provedena deskripce obou systému zdaňování, kdy byly použity česká i zahraniční literatura. V praktické části byla provedena samotná komparace za využití modelových situací s následným vyhodnocením pomocí příslušných ukazatelů.This master thesis deals with the comparison of employee taxation in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Sweden. The aim of the work was to make a comparison of employee taxation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, a description of both taxation systems was performed, using Czech and foreign literature. The time has come for psychology to stop treating qualitative data as an embarrassing secret

Despite the sustained flourishing—both in terms of quantity and quality—of qualitative research in psychology, psychology's establishment ‘gatekeepers’ seem to still be wedded to the dogma that only experimental research and quantitative data are sufficiently robust to be taken seriously. In this paper we make the case against this contempt and call for qualitative research and data to be recognized as valid and epistemologically sound in its own right. Given that its ontology is based upon constructionist assumptions about the nature of the social world, its power to provide nuanced insight into the complexity of humankind is not a problem, but its greatest strength. Our paper therefore starts with a brief review of the ontological and epistemological differences between the two approaches to demonstrate that they are complementary rather than competition. We then make our case, based on two key strategies: first by shedding light on the fact that many (perhaps even most) of psychology's classic experimental studies actually collected qualitative data (in the form of debriefing interviews and the like) and used it to understand what was going on; and then by recent studies that have expressly sought feedback about the hypothesis being purportedly tested. We then recognize the extent to which contemporary researchers are expressing their frustration at the way that they are being forced into a methodological straight jacket, by carrying out their research in ways they view as inauthentic. We end with a call to kerb the methodological dogma that has taken hold of psychology, and to move to a more inclusive approach
