    Design and Implementation of a DMARC Verification Result Notification System

    Damages caused by spoofed e-mails as sent from a bank, a public organization and so on become serious social problems. In such e-mails attackers forge the sender address to defraud receivers of their personal and/or secret information. As a countermeasure against spoofed e-mails, sender domain authentication methods such as SPF and DKIM are frequently utilized. However, since most spoofed e-mails do not include DKIM signature in their e-mail header, those e-mails cannot be authenticated by the conventional system. Additionally DKIM has a problem that cannot determine whether the attached signature is legitimate. In this paper, we propose a method to detect spoofed e-mails and alert the user without DKIM signature by utilizing DMARC and implement a system that sends DMARC verification results to receivers. By utilizing this system, the users can obtain alerts for spoofed e-mails that the existing systems cannot warn

Conventionally, digital data made public for the simple purpose of viewing have been presented in the JPEG or TIFF format or a specialized viewer. When displaying images with annotations or comparing several images, both the method of providing both images and the method of the specialized viewer are offered. This article reports on the case of "Collection of the NINJAL Research Library for Study of the Japanese Language History," an implementation of the image publication system based on IIIF specifications and the image references from corpus search results

    Sucupiranins A–L, Furanocassane Diterpenoids from the Seeds of <i>Bowdichia virgilioides</i>

    Twelve new furanocassane diterpenoids, sucupiranins A–L (<b>1</b>–<b>12</b>), and three known compounds (<b>13</b>–<b>15</b>) were isolated from the seeds of <i>Bowdichia virgilioides</i>. The structures of the compounds were elucidated via <sup>1</sup>H and <sup>13</sup>C NMR analysis, including 2D NMR (<sup>1</sup>H–<sup>1</sup>H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and NOESY); HRMS data; and X-ray crystallographic analysis. The absolute configurations were defined using their electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra by applying the exciton chirality method to the bis-<i>p</i>-bromobenzoate of compound <b>13</b>. Sucupiranin J (<b>10</b>) inhibited lipopolysaccharide-induced nitric oxide production (IC<sub>50</sub> 30.6 μM), whereas sucupiranins J (<b>10</b>), K (<b>11</b>), and <b>13</b> exhibited weak antimalarial activity against <i>Plasmodium falciparum</i> K1 with IC<sub>50</sub> values of 32.2, 23.5, and 22.9 μM and selectivity indices of 4.3, 1.9, and >12.0 (MRC-5/K1), respectively
