La interdisciplinariedad en la preparación de cuadros de la Facultad de Cultura Física

The article aims to reflect on the development of interdisciplinarity in the educational practice of the School of the Party as a necessity for the preparation of heads of the Physical Culture Faculty. In correspondence with the above, the main advantages of the process of political-ideological improvement of cadres based on interdisciplinarity, as well as its contribution to the interdisciplinary preparation for the efficient performance of their functions, are exposed. In order to develop the research, the historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and critical analysis of sources were used, which allowed us to analyze and reach conclusions on the topic addressed.El artículo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre el desarrollo de la interdisciplinariedad en la práctica educativa de la Escuela del Partido como una necesidad para la preparación de cuadros de la Facultad de Cultura Física. En correspondencia con lo planteado se exponen las principales ventajas del proceso de superación político-ideológica de cuadros basado en la interdisciplinariedad, así como su contribución a la preparación interdisciplinar para el eficiente desempeño de sus funciones. Para desarrolla la investigación se utilizaron los métodos histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis y análisis crítico de fuentes que permitieron analizar y llegar a conclusiones sobre la temática abordada

Structural features of the Sierra Pampeana de Velasco and surrounding areas from gravimetric and magnetometric fields

La región que comprende la sierra de Velasco y el Sistema de Famatina, en el centro-oeste de la Provincia de La Rioja - Argentina, es un área clave para el estudio de la amalgamación de terrenos y tectónica vinculada con el levantamiento andino. En éste trabajo, se definen algunos rasgos de la estructura cortical de ésta región. Para ello, mediante la aplicación de métodos potenciales(gravedad y magnetismo), adecuadamente procesados e interpretados a través de técnicas semiautomáticas y de resalto de anomalías, se logró determinar: a) una región que respondería a la zona de sutura entre los terrenos Famatina y Pampia y b) fallas relacionadas al levantamiento de las sierras de Famatina y de Velasco. Los resultados anteriores se representan en una sección este - oeste en un modelo estructural de bloques de basamento entre Famatina y Velasco, hasta 12 km de profundidad. En él señalamos además la distribución de las fallas y sus buzamientos.The region comprising the Sierra de Velasco and Famatina System, in the center-west of the province of La Rioja in Argentina, is a key area for the study of the tectonic amalgamation of land and linked to the Andean uplift. In this paper, we define some features of the crustal structure of this region. To do this, by applying potential methods (gravity and magnetics), properly processed and interpreted through semiautomatic techniques and rib anomalies, it was determined: a) a region that respond to the suture zone between Famatina and Pampia Terrain b) faults related to the uplift of the Sierras de Famatina and Velasco. The above results are represented in a section east - west in a structural model of basement blocks between Famatina and Velasco, up to 12 km deep. Espacios para (re)componer: Pensando las Diferencias de Género en el Campo Compositivo en Paraguay a través del Relato de Compositoras

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresentado ao Instituto Latino-Americano de Arte, Cultura e História da Universidade Federal da Integração Latino-Americana, como requisito parcial à obtenção do título de Bacharel em Música.En este trabajo propone explorar reflexiones que puedan cuestionar las formas canónicas de entender la actividad compositiva musical y las relaciones que han perpetuado la desigualdad en razón de género en la composición en Paraguay. Para pensar al respecto se exploran aspectos que en muchos casos han sido problematizados por la musicología feminista, aportando nuevas visiones desde las pespectivas del pensamiento decolonial y del feminismo decolonial. A través de entrevistas a compositoras paraguayas de música instrumental se traen al centro del debate experiencias y narrativas sobre componer, lo que puede contribuir a la reflexión sobre las desigualdades en razón de género para proponer una gestión más inclusiva en los espacios artísticos y académicos

The Relationship Between Structural Parameters and Mechanical Properties of Cactus Spines

Considering an increasing interest in renewable, biodegradable resources that exhibit excellent mechanical properties, 24 species of cactus spines were investigated using three-point bend testing, X-ray diffraction (XRD) for structural parameters, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyze fracture surfaces. Additionally, a density of about 1.3 g/cm3 was measured for each spine utilizing the displacement method, closely matching existing data from literature. The flexural modulus varied greatly between species, ranging from 1.22 GPa (Echinocactus polycephalus) to 43.58 GPa (Stenocereus thurberi). In addition, flexural strength and strain to failure was also measured for each spine. XRD analysis of the spines was used to find the degree of crystallinity and the multifibrillar angle (MFA). The degree of crystallinity for most species ranged from 20-60% with two species ranging above 65%. MFA, which is a measurement of the divergence of the fiber angle from the central axis of the spine, ranged from 1-2.5°; this showed a consistent high degree of alignment of the cellulose fibers, despite the wide range and relatively low values of crystallinity. Examining the trends between mechanical properties, degree of crystallinity, and MFA showed no significant correlation, but it is possible that the crystallinity and MFA have a combined effect on these properties rather than individual effects. It was seen, however, that there is a trend of decreasing resiliency in larger spines due to an increased number of defects. Comparisons were made with engineering materials, such as fiberglass, and it was found that the resiliency of most cactus spines was comparable or superior to those materials

Planeación del suelo en torno al aeropuerto: consideraciones para un ordenamiento territorial compatible.

ilustraciones, diagramas, mapas, tablasEn los últimos ocho años, la UAEAC ha realizado importantes inversiones para el desarrollo aeronáutico. Nuevas construcciones, modernización y mantenimiento de la infraestructura aeroportuaria, hacen que el panorama del transporte aéreo colombiano, se vislumbre bastante prometedor. Esta infraestructura debe ser salvaguardada para evitar que quede restringida su operación por posibles factores externos, como la presencia de obstáculos o comunidades afectadas por el ruido ubicados alrededor del aeropuerto. En el presente documento se hace un análisis de las principales herramientas legales con que cuenta actualmente el país, su alcance y aplicabilidad en el territorio nacional, al igual que la evaluación de dos casos: el Aeropuerto Olaya Herrera (Medellín), el cual ejemplifica claramente las consecuencias de un inadecuado uso del suelo alrededor del aeropuerto y el Aeropuerto José María Córdova (Rionegro) una nueva propuesta en Colombia, para realizar ordenamiento territorial en función del desarrollo del aeropuerto. Finalmente se establecen las recomendaciones necesarias para las autoridades y todos aquellos involucrados, que contribuyen a tener un uso del suelo compatible con el aeropuerto. (Texto tomado de la fuente)Since 2010, the Civil Aviation Authority of Colombia (UAEAC) has made a significant investment in the aeronautical and airport infrastructure. New facilities, renovation and proper maintenance of the infrastructure point out a promising bright future of the Colombian air transport sector. Thus, in order to protect aeronautic operations, it is imperative to take the necessary actions to avoid restrictions by the occurrence of external factors, like the appearance of stationary and mobile physical obstacles, or even legal or social actions that communities (affected by the noise around the airports) can make. This document contains a thoughtful analysis of the main laws and legal documents, which rule the aeronautic operations and their facilities in Colombia. This document also explains the scope and applicability in the national territory. Especially, the analysis focuses on two remarkable cases; first, the Olaya Herrera Airport in the city of Medellín (Antioquia), which illustrates clearly the consequences of the inadequate land use around the airport. In contrast, the second case is José María Córdova International Airport in Rionegro (Antioquia), where the land around the airport was planned according to airport development. Sentidos sobre as línguas em contextos multilíngues a partir do discurso político-educacional

Este artigo apresenta os resultados de pesquisa realizada como parte de uma etapa do projeto Sentidos de línguas em contextos multilingues do discurso político e educacional. Como parte da metodologia escolhida, constituiu-se um arquivo que inclui leis e instrumentos normativos cujos conteúdos são relevantes tanto em termos de educação, quanto em termos político-linguísticos. Os documentos foram selecionados e analisados discursivamente, a fim de compreender os sentidos que constituem as relações entre as línguas no Paraguai, especificamente no campo educacional. Teorias com enfoque em uma abordagem translíngue foram mobilizadas para o estudo de práticas e políticas linguísticas a partir de uma visão crítica às orientações denominadas monolíngues. Discute-se como a construção dos sentidos sobre bilinguismo é instituída oficialmente, como se estabelecem as relações desses sentidos com orientações monolíngues e como estas afetam o âmbito político-educacional

Transformation of Public Relations Agencies Through Evaluation of Golin Harris’ Evolution to the G4 Model Using Public Relations Theories

The study developed a critical analysis of public relations agency Golin Harris and their new G4 Model. This analysis was conducted by an upper-level undergraduate class PR Leadership: From an Agency Perspective. The eight-member, advanced class, team-researched, compared, and contrasted the new model with their previous approach to agency functions. Using key public relations theories, this PR evolution was examined to assess just what this change means to consumers, clients, and other public relations agencies. The theories used were Speech Act Theory, Social Constructionism, Weikian, Strategic Issues Management, and Diffusion of Innovation Theory. An evaluation of the documents provided by Golin Harris which documented the changes from generalized to specialized functions within their new model were identified for analysis. These functions are clustered into four communities: catalyst (coordinator role), connectors, creative, and strategist. Findings from the research and evaluation concluded that GH has moved to a more process approach to communication (less hierarchy or management emphasis) including a leveling of titles to emphasize openness (includes designing a new building with open space for offices). This seems like a strong step in the right direction for an agency, especially to see how some of the theories are integrated into this more communicative approach
