Import 26/06/2013Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda malé a střední podniky mají zabudovaný prvek compliance ve vlastní podnikové strategii a zda se k této informaci veřejně hlásí. V teoretické části práce bylo definováno co je společenská odpovědnost firem, compliance a jejich vliv na podnikání malých a středních podniků a význam zapojení do strategie firmy. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum internetových stránek malých a středních firem, zda a do jaké míry zveřejňují na jejich stránkách prvky společenské odpovědnosti a compliance. K tomuto výzkumu byly využity sekundární data a byla použita metoda formou pozorování.The aim of this work was to determine whether small and medium-sized businesses have a built- in element of compliance own corporate strategy and whether this information publicly reported. In the theoretical part of the study was defined as a corporate social responsibility, compliance and their impact on business, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises and the importance of involvement in the strategy of the company. Increasing efficiency of a linear-optical quantum gate using an electronic feed forward

We have successfully used a fast electronic feed forward to increase the success probability of a linear optical implementation of a programmable phase gate from 25% to its theoretical limit of 50%. The feed forward applies a conditional unitary operation which changes the incorrect output states of the data qubit to the correct ones. The gate itself rotates an arbitrary quantum state of the data qubit around the z-axis of the Bloch sphere with the angle of rotation being fully determined by the state of the program qubit. The gate implementation is based on fiber optics components. Qubits are encoded into spatial modes of single photons. The signal from the feed-forward detector is led directly to a phase modulator using only a passive voltage divider. We have verified the increase of the success probability and characterized the gate operation by means of quantum process tomography. We have demonstrated that the use of the feed forward does not affect either the process fidelity or the output-state fidelities

Experimental implementation of unambiguous quantum reading

We provide the optimal strategy for unambiguous quantum reading of optical memories, namely when perfect retrieving of information is achieved probabilistically, for the case where noise and loss are negligible. The Phenomenon of Reconciliation of Work and Private Life - Work-life Balance

The thesis aims to present to its reader all social law instruments currently available in the Czech legal system, serving to adjust the employment relationship individually, particularly working conditions. The intention here is to introduce the widest possible spectrum of flexible opportunities of work and to inspire employers and employees to negotiate working conditions most favourable for them. This step should change the labour market in a way that the knowledge of flexible instruments leads to the expected growth of potential employees, and consequently to greater economic prosperity of employers. The basis of the whole proposed adjustment lies in the idea of satisfied employees who are more efficient and capable of maintaining their position on the labour market for the longest possible period of their working life solely because of appropriate individual arrangements. Let us assume that an employee who gains more freedom due to flexible conditions, leading in turn to a reconciliation of his/her work and personal life, will be more satisfied, stable and less stressed at work then another employee who has to choose between these two essential parts of his/her life and give preference to one of them on a day-to-day basis. Cases like the latter end up in burnout, as well as in physical and...Tato práce si klade za cíl představit čtenáři veškeré, v českém právním prostředí aktuálně dostupné, nástroje sociálního práva, sloužící k vhodnému individuálnímu nastavení pracovněprávního poměru, zejména pak jeho pracovních podmínek. Záměrem je poskytnout co nejširší spektrum flexibilních možností výkonu práce a inspirovat tak zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance ke sjednání pro ně nejvýhodnějších podmínek. Tímto krokem by mělo dojít na trhu práce k většímu nárůstu potenciálních zaměstnanců, a v důsledku také k vyšší ekonomické prosperitě zaměstnavatelů. Základ celé úpravy tkví v myšlence spokojených zaměstnanců, kteří budou díky správnému individuálnímu nastavení pracovních podmínek efektivnější a udrží se na pracovním trhu po co nejdelší dobu svého produktivního života. Předpokládejme, že zaměstnanec, který v důsledku vhodných flexibilních podmínek získá více volnosti, jež povede ke sladění jeho pracovního života s životem osobním, bude spokojenější, vyrovnanější a v práci méně frustrovaný než zaměstnanec, který musí dnes a denně volit mezi dvěma esenciálními složkami svého života a jednu z nich nekompromisně upřednostňovat. The Significant Organic Matters in Wastes of Metallurgical Industry in Ostrava Region

Jedná se o čtyři nejvýznamnější metalurgické společnosti tohoto regionu a to ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s., TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY, a.s., EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. a ŽDB GROUP, a.s., ve kterých je provedeno srovnání produkce těchto odpadů. Bakalářská práce pojednává o organických odpadech, zejména těch, které vznikají v koksovnách a válcovnách. Jsou zde popsány tyto odpady, jejich dopad na zdraví člověka a na životní prostředí a také možné způsoby zneškodňování těchto odpadů.The thesis deals with the issue of organic waste from metallurgical industry in the Ostrava region.
