During theintercourse, people exchange information, create a favorable emotional environmentand affect each other. Intercourse is an establishment and maintenance of connectionbetween people, a communication. Communication is the basis of intercourse, collaborationand social activity.     Z GENERATION PARENTS EDUCATION THROUGH ANDRAGOGICAL SYSTEMS

    The article discusses of Z generation parents education  through andragogical systems. Generation Z refers to those individuals who were born in the decade following the widespread emergence of the World Wide Web, from the mid-1990’s to the early 2000’s. Most of Generation Z comprises the children of Gen X, although some may be children of later Baby Boomers. Generation Y and Generation Z are often combined and share many characteristics, most notably a savvy with technology and a comfort-level with the global world. However, Generation Z will likely show some strong consumer-oriented differences from Generation Y because of the age of these individuals during periods of economic recession. Four trends are likely to characterize Generation Z as consumers: a focus on innovation; an insistence on convenience; an underlying desire for security, and a tendency toward escapism. Each of these trends are discussed in turn below. Priority education accrues to the family as the overriding social institute where people suffer first and most important socialization. Other public structures, socialization is a little later. Families with no auxiliary Institute, seeking to create and maintain the existing structures and relations in the country, while the main condition for realizing human potential, is an institution which has unique features, a significant impact on personality formation and social development. The family, as the first social institutions, has a major impact on children's education, but the child started attending an educational institution care for the child's education and upbringing are reduced. Parents stop to be interested in their child problems, achievements, then disposing of education and training to function in an education institution. Is commonly observed that few parents communicate with teachers, educational institutions are reluctant to participate in community life. The family as an institution leads to pre-school children's education office complexity. Development of parental rights and obligations appears from the need for them to find a qualified educational assistance to children's education area. Therefore, educational institutions are addressing both issues of parental education, development of formal models micro studying. In this way, it allows parents to learn the same environment in which nurtures and their children. This is consistent with parents' needs, helping them with teachers to address Z generation children's educational development issues. At the same time pre-school institutions is enhanced by both parents, as adults group, a personal interest in education in general, as well as orientation to the pre-school modernization. This article deals with andragogical system provided to parents to parents' engagement in school life, suitable for a child learning to create a climate, the motivation to maintain in order to make appropriate learning and life conditions. Andragogical means of encouraging parents to become involved in community activities in educational institutions as being of its members are active not only contributes to children's education institutions in management, but it will be acquired from the planning, coordination, organization and evaluation skills.     The quality of co-operation between educationalists and parents are presented in the article as one of factors of professionalism in educationalists’ work. It is also emphasized that the Lithuanian security policy of childhood and family, as well as in EU, is being focused at universal preparation of educationalists in order to seek for educational and social high quality service to a child, a family and professional well-timed parental information. In the article, there is also presented that the effectiveness of an educational institution depends on parents’ activeness in its work. The professionalism of educationalists and successful educational co-operation can be performed only in a dialogue, when parents and their children are concerned to be an inseparable unit. In the article, the problem is analyzed that whilst improving the management of educational quality systems, diversifying services and educational, teaching and gaining knowledge forms as well as sharing the responsibility of educating a child with parents, guaranteeing partnership based on a constant constructive dialogue and co-operation, sharing the information and knowledge of an expert, a necessity for establishment of one of professionalization elements – to determine methods and forms of quality information occur.     The authors of this article examine the evaluation of education service quality from parents’ perspective, since parents as well as their children are the consumers of these service. Often there is a trend in Lithuania that education services are provided to children; even though, the service provision contract is signed between the education institution and parents. On the other hand, a part of services of specialists of education assistance are dedicated to parents. Moreover, parent education, cooperation and communication process is between the education institution and parents. The education institution is not able to solve most of the problems without the assistance of parents.     There are very limitted investigations in Lithuania on appearance matters. Research results reavealed that attitudes towards his/her appearance is one of the leading personal identity factors which influenze psyhosocial developement and this is particular actual for adolescents. Research study done in 1999–2000 perfomed in Lithuanian cities revealed that among factors influenzing appearance matters among adolescents mass media is most important: 60–80 percent of adolescent girls reported that TV or press influenzed their opinion about their appearance problems.  The study surveyed 227 respondents. The study was conducted at the University of Klaipeda. In order to find out how much appearance matters we did an investigation with staff and students of our university.     Typical features of dynamics, variety and evaluation of the quality management system in institutions of preschool education approached by education service supliers (heads, pedagogues)

    The article introduces theoretical knowledge of Quality and its conception identifying typical features, principles and their dynamics in Quality management. The article emphasizes that Quality in each Preschool education institution as in each organization is realized like a polysemous concept and phenomenon. It gives a conclusion that understanding of the conception of Quality and the criteria of evaluation Quality is different in each Preschool education institution as in each organization. Discussing the problem related to Preschool education institutions system, this article emphasizes that it is difficult to define the features of Quality management, identify the possibilities of development and evaluation in Quality management. Basic information sources of empirical research were the heads and pedagogues of Preschool education institutions in the regions of Western Lithuania (Klaipėda, Telšiai, Tauragė). This research includes 470 respondents: 130 heads of Preschool education institutions and 340 pedagogues of Preschool education institutions. The results of the empirical research reveal a complexity of defining Quality, its conception and the typical features of Quality management system. The article concludes that there is no undivided scientific explanation of Quality in the regard of understanding the point of Quality.The concept of Quality management and its system in Preschool education is mostly explained on General management theories applying not only in General management but also in Education management. The analysis of the typical features of Quality management system in institutions of preschool education approached by the heads and pedagogues gives a possibility to confirm that both the heads and pedagogues realize that basic feature of supplying education service in Quality management is Quality of Early Childhood education and supplying demands of clients (children, parents). According to the supplying demands of clients, this evaluation and quality criterion of the activity is essential. It is observed that demands of clients are important for the development in Quality management system of Preschool educational institutions. However, the results of the research are opposite. They assert that this aspect is meaningless for both the heads and pedagogue
