Síntese de materiais orgânicos funcionais derivados do heterociclo 1,2,4-oxadiazol

Curso de Química.Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral a síntese de moléculas simétricas curvadas contendo o heterociclo 1,2,4 oxadiazol, bem como o estudo sistemático envolvendo a relação da estrutura molecular e comportamento térmico. O acesso a tais compostos envolve a síntese utilizando amidoximas e dicloretos de diácidos. Os compostos finais não apresentaram comportamento líquido-cristalino, estes foram caracterizados por Microscopia Óptica de Luz Polarizada (MOLP), medidas calorimétricas com um Calorímetro Diferencial de Varredura (DSC), análise elementar (CHN) e métodos espectroscópicos de IV, UV, RMN de 1H e 13C

Um breve histórico da área em nível internacional, demonstra que no período anterior a 1920 existia a ginástica médica, na qual o exercício físico era utilizado pela medicina, no tratamento de certas doenças. Esta vai se modificando, evoluindo para a área que de 1920 a 1950 é conhecida como Educação Física Corretiva (EFC), incluindo terapias físicas e corretivas, mas, apesar do nome, desvinculada da Educação Física. ANALISIS YURIDIS PENEGAKAN HUKUM TERHADAP TENAGA KERJA ASING YANG MELANGGAR IZIN TINGGAL (Juridical Analysis Law Enforcement Against Foreign Workers Who Violate The Residence)

Absract: The existence of foreign workers in Indonesia is one of the efforts to bring skills in the context of the transfer of knowledge to Indonesian workers. The need for professional experts and the need for technology that can support a work process, makes private companies use foreign workers. The increasing traffic flow of people entering and leaving the territory of Indonesia such as foreign workers, has resulted in an increase in immigration administrative violations such as residence permit violations. With normative juridical research, it is carried out to analyze how the laws or regulations related to foreign workers, especially immigration Law No. 6 of 2011 and how the mechanism of law enforcement for foreign workers who violate the residence permit and its supervision and control in the territory of the State Republic of Indonesia. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the legal rules regarding immigration Law Number 6 of 2011 have clearly regulated the prosecution of foreign workers who violated their residence permits and regulates the supervision and control of foreigners in the territory of Indonesia. In the field, there are still foreign workers, both legal and illegal, who violate their residence permits in the territory of Indonesia. As a suggestion, it is necessary to socialize more about Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration and the need for synergistic coordination in the supervision of foreign workers by relevant agencies.Keywords: law enforcement, foreign workers, immigration permits.ABSTRAK: Keberadaan tenaga kerja asing di Indonesia  merupakan salah satu upaya membawa skill dalam rangka transfer of knowledge kepada tenaga kerja Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan tenaga ahli yang professional serta kebutuhan akan teknologi yang dapat mendukung suatu proses kerja, membuat perusahaan-perusahaan swasta menggunakan tenaga kerja asing. Meningkatnya arus lalu lintas orang yang masuk dan keluar wilayah Indonesia seperti tenaga kerja asing, berakibat semakin meningkat pula pelanggaran administratif  keimigrasian seperti pelanggaran izin tinggal. Dengan penelitian yang bersifat yuridis normatif dilakukan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana peraturan atau regulasi perundang-undangan terkait tenaga kerja asing khususnya keimigrasian Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 dan bagaimana mekanisme penegakan hukum bagi tenaga kerja asing yang melanggar izin tinggal serta pengawasan dan pengendaliannya di wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapati bahwa aturan hukum tentang keimigrasian Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 telah mengatur dengan jelas penindakan terhadap tenaga kerja asing yang melanggar izin tinggal dan mengatur pengawasan dan pengedalian orang asing di wilayah Indonesia. Di lapangan masih saja ditemukan tenga kerja asing baik yang legal maupun illegal yang melanggar izin tinggal di wilayah Indonesia.Sebagais aran, perlu lebih disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian dan perlunya sinergitas koordinasi pengawasan tenaga kerja asing oleh instansi terkait.Kata Kunci : penegakan hukum, tenaga kerja asing, izin tinggal keimigrasia

Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kompensasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine and analyze how much influence the Workload on Employee Performance through Compensation at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The independent variable used in this study is workload, and the dependent variable used in this study is employee performance, while the intervening variable in this study is compensation. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The sampling method in this study uses a total sampling technique which determines the sample based on the total existing population, so that in this study a sample of 47 employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The type of data used in this research is descriptive quantitative and data analysis using SPSS method. In testing the hypothesis model, it uses classical assumption test, path analysis, coefficient of determination test, and t test. the results of the research that has been done partially that the variable workload partially has a significant effect on employee performance through compensation but has a negative direction.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kompensasi pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja, dan variable dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Kayawan, sedangkan variabel intervening pada penelitian ini yaitu Kompensasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling artinya dalam menentukan sampel berdasarkan dengan total populasi yang ada, sehingga dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 47 orang karyawan pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode SPSS. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, analisis jalur, uji koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik dan uji t. hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan secara parsial bahwa variable Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kompensasi tetapi memliki arah yang negatif.

A Critical Use of Foucault’s Art of Living

Foucault’s vocabulary of arts of existence might be helpful to problematize the entwinement of humans and technology and to search for new types of hybrid selves. However, to be a serious new ethical vocabulary for technology, this art of existence should be supplemented with an ongoing critical discourse of technologies, including a critical analysis of the subjectivities imposed by technologies, and should be supplemented with new medical and philosophical regimens for an appropriate use of technologies
