PENGEMBANGAN MODEL BAHAN AJAR TENIS LAPANGAN BERBASIS MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji keefektifan model bahan ajar
tenis lapangan berbasis multimedia interaktif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar
teknik dasar tenis lapangan mahasiswa olahraga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang mengadopsi
dari teori Borg dan Gall yang memiliki 10 tahapan pengembangan. Pengumpulan
data menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara dan test. Teknik analisis data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistics descriptive kualitatif dan
kuantitatif. Tahapan dimulai dari; (1) Research and Information colletion, (2)
Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing
(validasi produk dilakukan dengan melibatkan expert judgment yaitu ahli materi,
ahli media dan ahli pembelajaran), (5) Main Product Revision, (6) Main Field
Testing, (7) Operational Product Revision, (8) Operational Field Testing, (9) Final
Product Revision, dan (10) Disemination and Implementasi. Produk yang
dihasilkan adalah aplikasi pembelajaran tenis lapangan dan buku bahan ajar tenis
lapangan. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terlihat pada; 1) produk pengembangan
dikembangkan dari berbasis komputer ke smartphone, sehingga pengguna dalam
hal ini adalah mahasiswa dapat belajar secara mandiri kapan saja dan dimana saja
tanpa terikat waktu dan tempat, 2) produk pengembangan berbentuk aplikasi bahan
ajar tenis lapangan yang didalamnya terdapat contoh gerakan teknik dasar tenis
lapangan yang sudah disusun sesuai dengan karakteristik mahasiswa olahraga. 3)
Rangkaian gerakan teknik dasar tenis lapangan disusun sistematis dan sederhana,
4) terdapat juga peraturan dan perwasitan tenis lapangan. Sementara originalitas
dari produk penelitian ini yaitu; 1) aplikasi pembelajaran bahan ajar tenis lapangan
didesain, disusun dan dibuat oleh peneliti, 2) rangkaian gerakan teknik dasar tenis
lapangan dilakukan oleh pemain profesional dan video yang terdapat pada aplikasi
pembelajaran merupakan video asli yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa model bahan ajar tenis lapangan berbasis multimedia
interaktif telah layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar tenis
lapangan mahasiswa olahraga. Terbukti berdasarkan hasil validasi pakar dan uji
lapangan (uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar) maupun pada uji efektifitas.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of an interactive multimediabased
model of court tennis teaching materials to improve the learning outcomes of
sports students' basic tennis court techniques. The research method used is research
and development (Research and Development) which adopts the theory of Borg and
Gall which has 10 stages of development. Collecting data using observation,
questionnaires, interviews and tests. The data analysis technique used in this
research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative statistics. The stages start from;
(1) Research and Information collection, (2) Planning, (3) Develop Preliminary
form of Product, (4) Preliminary Field Testing (product validation is carried out by
involving expert judgment, namely material experts, media experts and learning
experts), (5) Main Product Revision, (6) Main Field Testing, (7) Operational
Product Revision, (8) Operational Field Testing, (9) Final Product Revision, and
(10) Dissemination and Implementation. The resulting products are court tennis
learning applications and tennis textbooks. The novelty of this research is seen in;
1) product development is developed from computer-based to smartphone, so that
users in this case are students can learn independently anytime and anywhere
without being bound by time and place, 2) product development in the form of
application of tennis teaching materials in which there are examples of basic
technical movements tennis courts that have been arranged according to the
characteristics of sports students. 3) The series of basic tennis technique movements
are arranged systematically and simply, 4) there are also tennis rules and referees.
Meanwhile, the originality of this research product is; 1) the application for learning
tennis teaching materials is designed, compiled and made by researchers, 2) a series
of basic tennis technique movements are carried out by professional players and the
video contained in the learning application is an original video made by the
researcher. The results showed that the model of interactive multimedia-based court
tennis teaching materials was feasible and effective to improve the learning
outcomes of sports students' basic tennis court techniques. It is proven based on the
results of expert validation and field tests (small-scale trials and large-scale trials)
as well as on effectiveness tests.

PENTINGNYA PENGETAHUAN DAN KESADARAN PAJAK BAGI UMKM DALAM RANGKA MENCIPTAKAN PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI YANG BERKELANJUTAN DI DESA BANGKOOR, KECAMATAN TALIBURA
Pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan terbesar bagi sebuah negara dalam mendanai Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN). Jumlah UMKM yang sangat besar di Indonesia memiliki potensi pendapatan pungutan yang sangat besar, sehingga otoritas publik harus menggenjot pendapatan pungutan dari UMKM. Namun, persoalan signifikan yang harus dibenahi adalah mayoritas pelaku usaha tidak terdaftar sebagai wajib pajak dan tidak membayar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan upaya-upaya agar pelaku usaha lebih mengetahui bagaimana cara membayar pajaknya. Penyusunan artikel konseptual ini menggunakan pendekatan literature review. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan mencari dan mengumpulkan literature yang bersumber dari artikel jurnal yang kemudian disajikan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya dalam meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM dalam membayar pajak dapat menggunaka strategi berupa sosialisasi tentang perpajakan memperbarui sistem pelayanan pajak, transparansi pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan dana pajak, dan membuat kebijakan atau sanksi bagi pelaku UMKM yang tidak mentaati pembayaran pajak
Students’ Perception of The Use of Mobile Learning on Rhythmic Gymnastics Learning at Senior High School Level
This research is motivated by advances and technology that are increasingly developing in all fields, one of which is education, which encourages physical education teachers in delivering rhythmic gymnastics material to innovate in the use of a set of learning media based on mobile learning. This study aims to determine students 'perceptions of the use of mobile learning as seen from 1) Students' understanding of mobile learning in rhythmic gymnastics learning; 2) The benefits of mobile-learning in rhythmic gymnastics learning; 3) Readiness of students in the use of mobile learning. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study indicate that 78.75% of students understand mobile learning, 81.83% of students know the benefits of mobile learning and 79.08% of students declare readiness for the use of mobile learning. The results of these studies are expected to be used as a reference in the application of mobile learning not only on rhythmic gymnastics learning material. But it can be applied to other materials
Understanding The Link Between Nutritional Status and Physical Fitnes Level Among Students: Building Foundation for Health
This research is based on the field reality, particularly in Elementary School 04 Kajai, Pariaman City, where the level of student's physical fitness is still low. There are many factors that contribute to this, and one of the suspected factors is the student's nutritional status. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between student's nutritional status and physical fitness, specifically in Elementary School 04 Kajai, Pariaman City. The research design used in this study is correlational. The population of this research consists of 72 students from Elementary School 04 Kajai, Pariaman City. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 39 students, consisting of 24 male students and 15 female students. This study utilizes primary data obtained from measurements of nutritional status and physical fitness tests, as well as secondary data from school archives. The data collection instruments include measurements of nutritional status based on Body Mass Index (BMI) and physical fitness tests such as a 40-meter run, bent-arm hang, sit and reach, standing long jump, and a 600-meter run. The data was analyzed using correlational statistics through SPSS version 10.0. The research findings indicate that (1) the correlation between nutritional status and physical fitness of male students is (rxy) 0.219 < rtab (0.404), (2) the correlation between nutritional status and physical fitness of female students is (rxy) 0.220 < rtab(0.514). Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between nutritional status and physical fitness level among both male and female students at Elementary School 04 Kajai, Pariaman City
The influence of leg muscle power, waist flexibility and self-confidence on soccer long passing ability
The problem in this study is the low ability of Long Passing soccer school players Buah Hati. This study aims to see the effect of leg muscle strength, waist flexibility and self-confidence on long passing ability, both directly and indirectly and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis approach. the sample in this study were all 30 players of Buah Hati Football School. Sample withdrawal using saturated sampling technique. The leg muscle power instrument uses the Vetical Jump Test, waist flexibility using the Sit and reach test, confidence using a Likert scale model questionnaire and long passing ability with the Aerial Pass for Accuaracy test. The results showed that, (1) there is a direct effect of leg muscle power on long passing ability with ρz1 = 0.337 or 11.35%, (2) there is a direct effect of waist flexibility on long passing ability, with ρz2 = 0.458 or 20.97%, (3) there is a direct effect of self-confidence on long passing ability, with ρz3 = 0.225 or 5.06%, (4) there is an indirect effect of leg muscle power on Long Passing ability through self-confidence, with ρz31 = 0.1131 or 11.31%, (5) there is an indirect effect of waist flexibility on Long Passing ability through self-confidence, with ρz32 = 0.0893 or 8.93% and (6) there is an effect of leg muscle power, waist flexibility and self-confidence simultaneously on three point shooting ability, with ρz123 = 0.942 or 94.2%
PENERAPAN METODE “REPETITIVE FLEXIBLE SUPPLY” PADA PROSES FILLING AND PACKING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TINGKAT KESESUIAN PRODUKSI DAN UTILISASI MESIN (STUDI KASUS DI PT SARI HUSADA)
PT Sari Husada merupakan suatu industri manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi susu formula untuk balita. Sistem produksi yang diterapkan pada perusahaan tersebut yaitu menggunakan sistem logika “batch”. Selama sistem produksi ini diterapkan, ditemukan beberapa kelemahan pada lantai produksi yaitu kecilnya nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara jadwal yang telah disusun sebelumnya dengan aktual sehingga tidak tercapainya target produksi harian dan kecilnya utilisasi pada mesin. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya perubahan jadwal jangka pendek yang menyebabkan meningkatnya frekuensi changeover dari proses produksi yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana awal.
Terdapat peningkatan tingkat kesesuaian produksi ketika perusahaan menggunakan metode “Repetitive Flexible Supply” dibandingkan dengan sistem produksi batch. Setelah menerapkan metode “Repetitive Flexible Supply” terjadi peningkatan tingkat kesesuaian rata-rata sebesar 14,2% pada mesin CD dan 4,85% pada mesin EF dalam 2 bulan. Selain meningkatnya tingkat kesesuaian pada metode “Repetitive Flexible Supply” perusahaan juga mengalami peningkatan utilisasi 9,96% pada mesin CD dan 7,66% pada mesin EF.
PT Sari Husada is a manufacturing industry which is working in production of formula milk for infants. Production systems are applied to the company is using the system logic of "batch". During the production system is implemented, found several flaws in the production floor of the small value of the match between the schedule that has been compiled prior to the small actual achievement of targets daily production and small utilization on the machine. This was caused by the presence of short-term schedule changes that cause increased frequency of changeover from the production process which does not correspond to the initial plan.
There is an increased level of conformity of production when the company using the "Repetitive Flexible Supply" compared to batch production systems. After applying the method of "Repetitive Flexible Supply" an increase in the average compliance rate of 14.2% in the machine CD and 4.85% in the EF machine in 2 months. In addition to increasing the level of conformity to the method of "Repetitive Flexible Supply" companies are also experiencing increased utilization of 9.96% in the machine CD and 7.66% in the EF machine
Hubungan Kekuatan Genggaman Terhadap Ketepatan Servis
Olahraga tenis merupakan olahraga yang dapat dilakukan di lapangan terbuka maupun di lapangan tertutup yang menimbulkan kegembiraan bagi pelakunya. Dalam perkembangannya olahraga tenis tidak hanya untuk dapat meningkatkan kesehatan tetapi dapat juga untuk mencapai prestasi yang optimal. Untuk melahirkan atlet berprestasi, bukanlah merupakan pekerjaan yang mudah, tetapi memerlukan perencanaan yang matang, serta pembinaan yang berjenjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarnya hubungan kekuatan genggaman dengan ketepatan service. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhadap atlet tenis klub PTL Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional, yang dalam pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes Instrumen ketepatan service, Hand Grip Dynamometer untuk tes Instrumen kekuatan genggaman. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kekuatan genggaman dengan ketepatan service dengan rx1y= 0.972 dan kontribusi kekuatan genggaman terhadap ketepatan service sebesar 94.2%. Effect Of Mobile Learning-Based Teaching Materials Towards Learning Outcomes of Forehand Groundstroke In Tennis
Background: There are no tennis teaching materials integrated with technology; so far, the teaching materials are only printed books. Many students feel bored quickly and find it difficult to understand those who only rely on books. Mobile learning is a learning model that utilizes information and communication technology. In this learning concept, mobile learning brings the benefits of the availability of teaching materials that can be accessed and the visualization of interesting material.
Methods: This study used an experimental design method in which 60 sports students were deliberately selected to be the research sample and divided into two groups, namely 30 students for the control group and 30 students for the experimental group. The instrument used to measure the learning outcomes of the forehand groundstroke is to hit the forehand groundstroke correctly over the net and enter the opponent's field where the target is in the form of numbers and are allowed to do a forehand groundstroke five times. The control and experimental groups used the same instrument to determine the tennis forehand groundstroke learning outcomes.
Results: The average learning outcomes of students' groundstroke forehand sports control group pre-test 6.23 and post-test 7.35, while the experimental group pre-test 6.77 and post-test 10.63. The experimental group that was given learning using mobile learning-based teaching materials got better grades and results than the control group that did not learn using mobile learning-based teaching materials.
Conclusion: It also shows an effect of mobile learning-based teaching materials on learning outcomes of forehand groundstroke in tennis. The use of mobile learning can improve the learning outcomes of the forehand groundstroke stroke

Este estudio tiene como objetivo ver el efecto de la fuerza de los músculos de las piernas, la flexibilidad de la cintura y la confianza en uno mismo sobre la capacidad de pases largos, tanto directa como indirectamente y simultáneamente. Este tipo de investigación es cuantitativa con un enfoque de análisis de trayectoria. La muestra de este estudio fueron los 30 jugadores de la escuela de fútbol Buah Hati. Retiro de muestra mediante técnica de muestreo saturado. El instrumento de potencia de los músculos de las piernas utiliza la prueba de salto vertical, la flexibilidad de la cintura mediante la prueba de sentarse y alcanzar, la confianza mediante un cuestionario modelo a escala Likert y la capacidad de pases largos con la prueba de pase aéreo para precisión. Los resultados mostraron que, (1) existe un efecto directo de la potencia de los músculos de las piernas sobre la capacidad de pases largos con ρz1 = 0,337 o 11,35%, (2) existe un efecto directo de la flexibilidad de la cintura sobre la capacidad de pases largos, con ρz2 = 0,458 o 20,97%, (3) hay un efecto directo de la confianza en uno mismo sobre la capacidad de pases largos, con ρz3 = 0,225 o 5,06%, (4) hay un efecto indirecto de la potencia de los músculos de las piernas sobre la capacidad de pases largos a través de la confianza en uno mismo, con ρz31 = 0,1131 o 11,31%, (5) hay un efecto indirecto de la flexibilidad de la cintura sobre la capacidad de pases largos a través de la confianza en uno mismo, con ρz32 = 0,0893 o 8,93% y (6) hay un efecto de la potencia de los músculos de las piernas, la flexibilidad de la cintura y confianza en sí mismo simultáneamente en la capacidad de tiro de tres puntos, con ρz123 = 0,942 o 94,2
The impact of tactital small-sided games training on dribbling skills in young soccer players
This study aims to evaluate the effect of Small-Sided Game (SSG) training on the dribbling skills of young soccer players at Soccer Academy PSG Situjuah Gadang, Situjuah Limo Nagari District. This research method is experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. The experimental group engaged in SSG training that focused on developing dribbling skills, while the control group received no additional training intervention. The sample of this study consisted of 20 youth soccer players from a Soccer Academy who were randomly selected into two groups. Data was collected using dribbling tests before and after the training intervention. Data analysis was conducted using an independent t-test to compare the differences between the two groups. The results showed that the group involved in SSG training showed significant improvement in dribbling skills compared to the control group (p<0.05). This finding indicates that SSG training can effectively improve the dribbling skills of youth soccer players by obtaining the "t" test coefficient which is ttable 1,729 < tcount 4,60. The practical implication of this finding is the importance of paying attention to the use of SSG training in the development of technical skills of young soccer players. Small-sided games training on dribbling is an important part of developing athletes' skills and abilities in ball games that require responsiveness, speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adaptability to opponent pressure. The need for coaches to form interesting, challenging, increasing, and structured small-sided games training so that players can improve their skills in soccer. For players, the importance of serious training with the small-sided games method to develop soccer skills.El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar el efecto del entrenamiento de juego reducido (SSG) en las habilidades de regate de los jóvenes jugadores de fútbol en la Academia de Fútbol PSG Situjuah Gadang, Situjuah Limo Nagari District. Este método de investigación es experimental con un diseño de grupo de control pre-test y post-test. El grupo experimental participó en el entrenamiento SSG que se centró en el desarrollo de habilidades de regate, mientras que el grupo de control no recibió ninguna intervención de entrenamiento adicional. La muestra de este estudio consistió en 20 jugadores de fútbol juvenil de una Academia de Fútbol que fueron seleccionados aleatoriamente en dos grupos. Los datos se recogieron mediante pruebas de regate antes y después de la intervención de entrenamiento. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante una prueba t independiente para comparar las diferencias entre los dos grupos. Los resultados mostraron que el grupo implicado en el entrenamiento SSG mostró una mejora significativa en las habilidades de regate en comparación con el grupo de control (p<0,05). Este hallazgo indica que el entrenamiento SSG puede mejorar eficazmente las habilidades de regate de los jugadores de fútbol juvenil al obtener el coeficiente de la prueba «t» que es ttable 1,729 < tcount 4,60. La implicación práctica de este hallazgo es la importancia de prestar atención al uso del entrenamiento SSG en el desarrollo de las habilidades técnicas de los jóvenes jugadores de fútbol. El entrenamiento en juegos reducidos sobre el regate es una parte importante del desarrollo de las destrezas y habilidades de los deportistas en los juegos con balón que requieren capacidad de reacción, velocidad, precisión, trabajo en equipo y adaptabilidad a la presión del adversario. La necesidad de que los entrenadores formen entrenamientos de juegos reducidos interesantes, estimulantes, crecientes y estructurados para que los jugadores puedan mejorar sus habilidades en el fútbol. Para los jugadores, la importancia de un entrenamiento serio con el método de los partidos reducidos para desarrollar sus habilidades futbolísticas
