An Iterative Procedure for Solving Nonsmooth Generalized Equation

2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 47H04, 65K10.In this article, we study a general iterative procedure of the following form 0 ∈ f(xk)+F(xk+1), where f is a function and F is a set valued map acting from a Banach space X to a linear normed space Y, for solving generalized equations in the nonsmooth framework. We prove that this method is locally Q-linearly convergent to x* a solution of the generalized equation 0 ∈ f(x)+F(x) if the set-valued map [f(x*)+g(·)−g(x*)+F(·)]−1 is Aubin continuous at (0,x*), where g:X→ Y is a function, whose Fréchet derivative is L-Lipschitz

Scientific Management of Knowledge as a Resource in the Learning System of Security and Defence

The need to introduce scientific management and change management, while respecting the requirements for efficiency and transparency in the security industry, requires the corresponding responsibility to the obligations and adaptability to the changes in the security environment, to the risks and challenges. Building knowledge-based security is a demanding task but also a challenge for teams in science education organizations in the security sector. The goal of scientific research is to provide, based on the scientific, systematic and managerial approaches, a relatively complete theoretical concept of the need for strategic knowledge management in the security system that will allow our country to be a source rather than a consumer of security in the modern European family and the Euro-Atlantic community. Modern knowledge management in the security system implies creating prerequisites for its successful management rather than administering the limited resources in the system. Development of Bulgarian agriculture within the CAP in the EU 2007-2020 in the context of the green deal, farms and employed people, relative to location index for rural areas of the South Central Region

Agriculture occupies a basic place in the economy of Bulgaria. A key sector on which a large part of production in the country is based, regardless of the political or socio-economic processes taking place during different time periods. The purpose of the scientific development is to present the development of the Gross value added (GVA) of agriculture in Bulgaria for the period 2007-2020, base prices, subsidies for production and agricultural labor in annual work units (AWU). The research includes the application of methodology and analysis of the Location Index (IL) of agricultural holdings and employed persons in the rural areas of the South Central Region (SCR) for the specified period, as well as the influence of the “green deal” as a socio-economic factor. Marked intrafamilial variability of exocrine and endocrine pancreatic phenotypes due to a splice site mutation in GATA6

The objective of this study was to describe the clinical characteristics of syndromic neonatal diabetes in a family with a GATA6 mutation. A girl, currently aged 12 years 3 months, was born with intrauterine growth retardation: weight 1600 g (–4.3 SDS) at term. After birth, foramen ovale and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) were diagnosed by echocardiography. Diabetes was diagnosed on the 9th day after birth. Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency was clinically diagnosed at about 2 years of age and pancreatic agenesis was revealed later by magnetic resonance imaging. Her father had undergone surgery during infancy for PDA and had developed insulin dependent diabetes at 12 years of age. Ultrasound revealed a thin pancreas with normal length and anatomical structure. He has subclinical exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, low insulin needs and no late complications of diabetes up to the age of 40 years. Sequencing of GATA6 identified a heterozygous splicing mutation, 1136-2A>G, in the girl and her father. Testing of the paternal grandparents showed that the mutation was likely to have arisen de novo in the father. Identification of a GATA6 mutation explains the cardiac anomalies and diabetes in this family. This case highlights the marked intrafamilial variability of both exocrine and endocrine pancreatic phenotypes in patients with GATA6 mutations.This article is freely available via Open Access. Discutindo a educação ambiental no cotidiano escolar: desenvolvimento de projetos na escola formação inicial e continuada de professores

A presente pesquisa buscou discutir como a Educação Ambiental (EA) vem sendo trabalhada, no Ensino Fundamental e como os docentes desta escola compreendem e vem inserindo a EA no cotidiano escolar., em uma escola estadual do município de Tangará da Serra/MT, Brasil. Para tanto, realizou-se entrevistas com os professores que fazem parte de um projeto interdisciplinar de EA na escola pesquisada. Verificou-se que o projeto da escola não vem conseguindo alcançar os objetivos propostos por: desconhecimento do mesmo, pelos professores; formação deficiente dos professores, não entendimento da EA como processo de ensino-aprendizagem, falta de recursos didáticos, planejamento inadequado das atividades. A partir dessa constatação, procurou-se debater a impossibilidade de tratar do tema fora do trabalho interdisciplinar, bem como, e principalmente, a importância de um estudo mais aprofundado de EA, vinculando teoria e prática, tanto na formação docente, como em projetos escolares, a fim de fugir do tradicional vínculo “EA e ecologia, lixo e horta”.Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educació

Abstract. In this paper we prove an extension of the contraction mapping principle for single-valued mappings dealing with more general assumptions containing modulus instead of pseudo-contractive functions. Rockaffelar supposethe strong metric regularity of set-valued mapping &nbsp;and the Lipschitz continuity of the function &nbsp;with given nonnegative constants and prove the strong metric regularity of &nbsp;while we assume the properties of &nbsp;and &nbsp;with modulus functions and prove a generalization of their result

STABILITY RESULTS FOR FIXED POINT ITERATION PROCEDURES

While solving inclusions numerically by an iterative procedure, usually we follow some theoretical model and deal with an approximate numerical sequence. If the numerical sequence converges to a point anticipated by the theoretical sequence, then we say that the iterative procedure is stable. AKILLI SU PROJESİ KAPSAMINDAKİ SVILENGRAD (HASKÖY) TEST ALANI

DG ECHO (Avrupa Topluluğu İnsani Yardım Bürosu Genel Müdürlüğü)’nun Koruma ve Hazırlık için teklif çağrısının sivil koruma desteğinin finansal araçları tarafından desteklenen Akıllı Su Projesi kapsamında Bulgaristan’daki Maritza Nehri’nin Svilengard (Hasköy) Belediyesi sınırları içerisinde bulunan bölgesinde bir araştırma başlatılmıştır. Projenin ana fikri sivil koruma mühendislerinin günlük işlerinde taşkın haritaları üzerinde webGIS araçları kullanarak olası sel felaketi senaryolarını belirlemesi ve arazide çalışan harekat ekiplerine çevrimiçi destek verebilmesidir. Bulgaristan Bilimler Akademisi’ndeki araştırmacılar, pilot ortak Danube Delta Ar-ge Ulusal Enstitüsü -Padova İli, Romanya ortağı- ile konsorsiyum kapsamında çalışmışlardır, araştırma komitesi Tesali Üniversitesi ve Tesali bölgesindendir. Hazırlanan taşkın haritaları konsorsiyum arazi çalışmaları sonuçları arasındaki uyumluluğu sağlayacak olan 2007/60/EC sayılı AB taşkın yönetmeliğine uygun olarak üretilmiştir
