    Charismatic leadership is a type of leadership that can influence the values of its members. This research is aimed at looking at employer branding factors from charismatic leadership based on member's perceptions based on generations (generations X and Y) and gender (male and female). Based on the independent t-test independent test results, the results of this study indicate that there are significant differences based on generation and gender in the charismatic leadership dimensions. Based on the gender of male employees have a more positive perception on the dimensions of self-confidence, motivating inspiration and ideal influences, while female employees have a more positive perception of the dimensions of individual consideration and intellectual knowledge. By age, early adolescents and early adolescents have the highest perception of ideal effects dimensions, the final adult employees and employees over 45 have the highest perception of the dimension motivating.Keywords: Charismatic Leadership, Employer Branding, Gender, Generation X and Y, Leadership Style

    How Work Environment and Rewards Affects the Employee Engagement

    Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and reward on employee engagement at PT Futaba Industrial Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The results showed that the work environment influences employee engagement, wherein the T-statistics for the variable work environment (X1) on employee engagement variables (Y) amounted to 3,847 more than T-table 1,675. The original sample estimate value shows a positive value of 0.279, which indicates that the direction of the work environment variable (X1) to the employee engagement variable (Y) is a significant positive effect. Thus Ha was accepted into the study.   Findings: The original sample estimate value shows a positive, indicating that the direction of the work environment variable (X1) to the employee engagement variable (Y) is a significant positive effect. The original sample estimate value shows that the relationship of the reward variable (X2) to the employee engagement variable (Y) is significantly positive. Research limitations/implications: This research is only used as a sample, and the population is only in the welding section because it is not allowed to conduct research, so the results of this study are not comprehensive for all units in the company. The purpose of implementing this community service is to assist business actors in providing Digital-Based Online Marketing Training to Increase Online Business Sales for MSMEs in Pantai Mekar Village, Muara Gembong District, Bekasi Regency. The method of community service activities begins with the stages of preparation and field surveys. The implementation of community service is divided into three activities, namely digital marketing training for MSMEs, training on how to create digital content through workshops and practices, and evaluation of the training that has been carried out.     The purpose of this study is to study the motivation organizations change and organizations development on the performance of employees of PT Metindo Erasakti, The population in this study is a permanent company, PT Metindo Erasakti, which collected 130 people with a sample of 98  people. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression with the Product Statistics Service and Solution 23 (SPSS) program. The results of statistical research on the results of research organizations change and organizations development on the performance of employees of PT Metindo Erasakti, this is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic β1 (4,754) with a significance level of 0.000 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the value of t arithmetic β2 (3,093) with a significant level of 0,001 <α = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The multiple regression equation is obtained with the positive regression coefficients β1 and β2, which means that organizational change and organizational development variable increase the performance results will increase. For the coefficient of determination (KD) = 38,0% means organizational change and organizational development for the performance of employees together with ownership of 38,0% while the remaining 62,0% (100% - 38,0%) is needed by the lying factor. Key word : organization change, organization development, and performanceTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan organisasi dan pengembangan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Metindo Erasakti. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan departemen welding plant 1 PT Metindo Erasakti yang berjumlah 130 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Untuk analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dan perhitungan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions 23 (SPSS). Hasil uji penelitian statistik menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh perubahan organisasi dan pengembangan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Metindo Erasakti hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung β1 (4,754) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < α = 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dan nilai t hitung β2 (3,093) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,001 < α = 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Persamaan regresi berganda diperoleh dengan koefisien regresi β1 dan β2 positif, berarti yang artinya variabel perubahan organisasi dan pengembangan organisasi meningkat maka hasil kinerja akan meningkat.Untuk koefisien determinasi (KD) = 38,0% berarti perubahan organisasi dan penegembangan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 38,0% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,0% (100% - 36,0%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.     ABSTRACT This study aims to see the influence of employer branding on the exit intention of bank employees in Indonesia which is mediated by trust in leaders. In particular, this study tries to identify how the influence of employer perceived branding on outgoing intentions? Does the employee's trust in the leader affect the intention to leave? How does the influence of employer branding perceptions on outgoing intentions mediated by employee trust in the leader? The population of this study is bank employees who work in groups of state-owned commercial banks, groups of regional government-owned banks, groups of private-owned commercial banks. The sample in this study uses non probability sampling, with the sample is that employees have worked at least one year. For hypothesis testing, this study uses SmartPLS analysis with Likert scale measurement points one (strongly disagree) up to five points (strongly agree). The results of the study of 88 respondents of Bank employees in Indonesia showed that employer branding against intention to leave had a negative and insignificant effect, the influence of employer branding on trust in leaders was positive and significant, the trustworthiness of leaders towards intention was positive and significant, and employer perceived branding towards intention out which is mediated by employee trust in leaders is influential and significant. Dibalik dampak positif dari adanya kelompok usaha UMKM, ada masalah yang terus dan sering terjadi yaitu mengenai permodalan, usaha untuk mendapatkan modal bagi pelaku usaha UMKM yaitu melakukan pinjaman sebagai modal usaha, namun salah satu syarat pelaku UMKM harus mempunyai laporan keuangan usahanya. Tetapi sampai sekarang banyak pelaku usaha UMKM tidak atau belum melakukan penerapan pencatatan keuangan yang sesuai standar. Sebagian dari mereka hanya melakukan pencatatan dan penghitungan selisih uang masuk dan uang keluar menggunakan buku manual. Hal ini menjadi sorotan utama penulis melakukan program sebagai salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan. Kegiatan program ini dilakukan kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Bojong Rawalumbu RT001/RW030 pada tanggal 5 Maret 2022, dengan metode pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan.     The existence of self-efficacy so that students can measure and estimate how much and what effort needs to be made to achieve success in accordance with the belief in their abilities. Mental activity occurs because of the individual's social interaction with the environment. The purpose of providing this training on Self-Efficacy is to help elementary school children to improve their self-efficacy skills and to provide changes or improvements to social interaction in learning. The training method is carried out in stages adjusted to the program, namely observation, sosialization, training, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out using observations and a scale questionnaire with the Indonesian version of the New General Self-Efficacy Scale Validation (GSE) which measures a person's belief in one's competence to influence the required performance in various achievement situations consisting of 8 items and is equipped with effective methods to establish interaction. social in learning The results of the data obtained from 20 participants, it can be concluded that before the high category training was carried out it was still at 15%, but after the high category training it had increased to 55%. So that it can be said that there is an increase in self- efficacy, so participants can be more confident in their competence to influence the required performance in various situations of learning achievement. In the activities that have been carried out, positive results are seen between self- efficacy and sosial interaction in learning. This shows that self-efficacy training has an influence on social interaction in student learning
