The www-sites represent libraries virtually on the Internet and perform many of the functions of these institutions. Currently, library site building is developing intensively. The researchers focus on the organization and content allocation, design concept, services marketing, assessment of information resources quality. One of the most important tasks to be solved by these social institutions is user acquisition. However, the issues of search engine optimization of www-sites are studied insufficiently. The author presents the findings of the study of federal librariesβ www-sites. The comparative analysis of www-sites was carried out by the criteria of www-site quality index, number of external links to the resource, total social activity, as well as the adaptability for mobile devices. The PR-CY.ru service was used as an analysis tool. According to the study, the one third of the federal librariesβ www-sites can be characterized, from the user's point of view, as high-quality information resources. The author also analyzes the information channels through which users get to the federal libraries www-sites. For 80% of www-sites under examination, the largest number of users find them with search engines. Only 40% of the federal librariesβ sites are adapted for mobile devices, which affects the quality of information resources and makes it difficult for users to access information. The author emphasizes the need for optimizing the www-sites of federal libraries, as well as for monitoring their information resources using web-analytics.Π‘Π°ΠΉΡΡ ΡΠ²Π»ΡΡΡΡΡ Π²ΠΈΡΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΠΌΠΈ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²ΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΡΡΠ²Π°ΠΌΠΈ Π±ΠΈΠ±Π»ΠΈΠΎΡΠ΅ΠΊ ΠΈ Π²ΡΠΏΠΎΠ»Π½ΡΡΡ ΡΡΠ΄ ΠΈΡ

Abstract: The findings of monitoring virtual space of federal libraries: their websites and social media, are interpreted. The author analyzes search optimization indicators, i. e. website quality factor, website adaptiveness for mobile systems, as well as behavior indicators, e.g. average visit time, number of viewed pages per visit, etc. The comparison of these findings with prior research evidences on increasing quality of information resources under investigation. The efficiencyΠΎf the federal librariesβ activity in VKontakte (VK), one of the most popular mass media and digital platforms, was analyzed with Socstat.ru web-analytics. The federal librariesβ VK communities are characterized by: number of subscribers, total number of posts, number of posts for a time period, average post length, and the average number of posts per day. Federal library user activity factors areal so analyzed; number of responses, average number of responses, average community engagement, and average post engagement. The author insists on the necessity of monitoring of library presence in the digital environment through web-analytics for libraries efficient integration into the single cultural information space.ΠΠ½Π½ΠΎΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡ: ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Ρ ΡΠ΅Π·ΡΠ»ΡΡΠ°ΡΡ ΠΌΠΎΠ½ΠΈΡΠΎΡΠΈΠ½Π³Π° Π²ΠΈΡΡΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΡΡΠ°Π½ΡΡΠ²Π° ΡΠ΅Π΄Π΅ΡΠ°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

The main issues of quality assurance of radiopharmaceuticals
One of the prerequisites for successful application of nuclear medicine technologies is the production and clinical use of radiopharmaceuticals (RPs) of a reliably high quality. The aim of the review is to discuss specific properties of RPs, which stipulate specific approaches to their production (or preparation) and quality control. The decisive requirement for the management of RPs at all stages of their life cycle is the observance of the radiation safety rules and regulations. The paper considers the main approaches to assessing the risks of medical radiation exposure to patients and radiation protection of nuclear medicine staff. The choice of a particular quality parameter and the corresponding analytical procedure should be made taking into account the duration of the test, which, like the production time, should be comparable with the radionuclide half-life. The feasibility of the analytical procedure should also be taken into account, given the high radioactivity of the samples tested. Now that theranostics has caught on, new approaches are being developed all over the world concerning regulatory aspects of transition from preclinical studies of RPs to clinical trials, because, according to experts, this is becoming a key condition for rapid implementation of nuclear medicine achievements. The results and conclusions of the present study can be used in the development and expert review of monographs and other specifications required for RP marketing and use. The results of the analysis suggest that it is necessary to develop specific requirements and guidelines for RP testing and evaluation for their successful promotion on the EAEU market

The role of subprocess-connector in business process modeling
The paper presents several aspects of Petri Nets as a tool for surmounting the deadlocks in a system. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the correct and consistent business process planning. The most important objective in business process generation is the proper execution of the activities in a business organization and studying the links between them. To visualize all business processes in a system a subprocess β connector has been created that helps to detect: the deadlock markings in a system. It is impossible to change a component without interfering the operation with the others. This work is supported by the Bulgarian National Scientific Research Fund under the contract DFNI - I02/13
Applying process mining techniques and neural networks to creating and assessment of business process models
The article presents an approach for automated generation of business process
models by applying process mining techniques to event logs created during the operation of
information systems used in an organization. Existing algorithms for process mining are
discussed. Criteria for performing a comparative analysis of these algorithms are specified. Π
framework is proposed in which to build and analyze business process models. The framework
includes tools for initial analysis of the event log file, extracting elements of a business process
model, and composing a new model by applying a trained neural network
Association between Arg753Gln (rs574308) polymorphism of the Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) gene and the risk of pulmonary sarcoidosis among the residents of Kareliaβ
Genetic factors play an important role in the development and progression of many disorders including lung sarcoidosis which is a systemic inflammatory granulomatous disease of unknown etiology, characterized by the formation of epithelioid cell granules in affected tissues. Intensity of the developing inflammation may partially depend on genetic factors which may influence both susceptibility to lung sarcoidosis, and also clinical course of the disease and the degree of inflammatory response from the immune system. Allelic polymorphism of distinct genes is therefore worth of study. In the carriers of certain allele variants, one may observe either increase, or a decreased production of pro-inflammatory factors. Among the candidate factors involved in higher susceptibility of humans, one may consider Toll-like receptors (TLRS) which may contribute to formation of granulomas. Relevant data concerning association between the allele variants of these genes and susceptibility to lung sarcoidosis, and its clinical course are still quite limited and contradictory. The aim of the present study was to analyze the association between the Arg753Gln (rs574308) polymorphism of the Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) gene and the risk of developing pulmonary sarcoidosis.A total of 253 persons were under study including 122 patients diagnosed with morphologically verified sarcoidosis with lung involvement (average age, 41.00Β±12.56 years), and 131 healthy donors comprising a control group (average age, 44.00Β±14.23 years). The distribution of alleles and genotypes for the Arg753Gln (rs574308) polymorphic TLR2 gene marker was studied in the groups of patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis and healthy donors. The test alleles of this polymorphic marker were typed by means of PCR technique followed by length analysis restriction fragments (PCR-RFLP method). There were no statistically significant differences in the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies for the polymorphic marker Arg753Gln (rs574308) of the TLR2 gene between the control group and the group of patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis: Ο2 = 2.0, df = 1, p = 0.158 and Ο2 = 2.19, df = 2, p = 0.140, respectively. The polymorphic marker Arg753Gln (rs574308) of Toll-like receptor 2 gene is not associated with the risk of developing pulmonary sarcoidosis among ethnic Russians of the Republic of Karelia
