The mastery of vocabulary is one of important factors to support language skill. Meanwhile, to make the student master the vocabulary is not an easy thing. They need media to help them in learning process. There are some ways should be applied to help student understand easily. One of them is learning vocabulary by using game. The main purpose of this research is to make a Dart Board game. This game can be used as an alternative learning vocabulary especially for Elementary School Students. The result of this study is a set of Dart Board Game, four set sheets of cards, and six darts. This game can be used in classes during learning-teaching process to help the students memorizeEnglish vocabulary easly

Transformational changes and sustainability : from the perspective of identity, trust, commitment, and withdrawal

Drawing upon the psychology of sustainability, effective organizations can create a sense of belongingness for people, and successfully facilitate growth and development activities for both individuals as well as the organization itself. Extending the recommendations of Zappala, Toscano, and Licciardello, the current study considers a range of variables. The role of overall justice judgements and change favorableness are taken as predictors of affective commitment to change and exit-based withdrawal. The relationship is mediated by organizational identification and moderated by trust in organization. Overall, the results support the hypothesized relationships. Specifically, findings showed that both change favorableness and overall justice judgements are positively related to affective commitment to change and negatively related to exit-based withdrawal. Organizational identification mediates the relationships between overall justice judgements−affective commitment to change, change favorableness−affective commitment to change, and change favorableness−exit-based withdrawal, whilst trust in organizations moderated the direct relationship between overall justice judgements−affective commitment to change, and change favorableness−exit-based withdrawal. Furthermore, the indirect effect of trust in organizations positively moderated the relationship of overall justice judgements and change favorableness with affective commitment to change, and at the same time, it negatively moderated the relationship between change favorableness and exit-based withdrawal via organizational identification. Crucially, for practitioners, this brings trust of employees as a key factor that should be managed to ensure sustainable change. Both trust and identity appear important in improving commitment and lowering the exit-based withdrawal behavior of employees. Future recommendations, implications, and limitations are discussed

An experiment on effect of pre-harvest application of GA3 and PP333 as bulb dip and foliar spray on quality and vase life of cut tulip cv. Cassini was carried out. Healthy scapes of uniform size were cut in a slanting manner at bud colour break stage and placed in conical flasks containing distilled water for vase life studies. Bulb dip in GA3 (100 ppm) followed by foliar spray of GA3 (100 ppm) significantly improved overall water uptake, prevented water loss and resulted in maximum water balance. The treatment also exhibited the maximum flower diameter (7.40 cm), scape length (16.26 cm) and vase life (9.33 days). However, the lowest water loss to water uptake ratio was recorded with bulb dip plus foliar spray with 200 ppm GA3. Data indicated that GA3 (100 ppm) as bulb dip plus foliar spray proved instrumental in maintaining the quality and vase life of cut tulip as compared to other treatments

Stroke, a neurological disorder, leads to long-term disability thereby greatly affecting gait and mobility. The purpose of the current study was to investigate the effects of progressive resistance training in both acute and chronic stroke patients. A quasi interventional study was designed and 46 stroke patients were recruited through convenience sampling technique. Sample size was calculated using epi-tool. Patients who had cognitive problems, balance impairments and contractures were excluded from the study. The study was conducted from January to June 2018, at Rafsan Rehab & Research Centre, Peshawar. Progressive resistance exercises starting at 50 % of one repetition maximum (RM) were performed three days/week and for a total duration of nine weeks. Blind assessor measured readings at baseline and after nine weeks. Gait dynamic index (GDI), Six-Meter Walk Test (SMWT) and Five Times Sit-to-Stand (FTSTS) tools were used to collect the required data. The data was analysed at baseline and after nine weeks on SPSS-20. After nine weeks of intervention significant improvement was recorded in patients on GDI (p<0.001), SMWT score (P<0.001) and FTSTS (p<0.001). Progressive resistance training improves mobility limitations and gait in both acute and chronic stroke patients.måsjekke

Atherosclerosis is a complex chronic disease characterized by the accumulation of lipid, trombosits, neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages within arterial walls. Atherosclerosis could be induced in animal model ( Rattus novergicus ) by feeding atherogenic diet. The goal of this research was to analyze histopathological of coronary artery on male Rattus novergicus strain wistar after fed atherogenic diet for 5 weeks. This research was an experimental laboratory research with post test only with control design. Twelve male rats were segregated into two groups ( n=6 ) labelled as control fed standart and atherogenic group fed atherogenic diet containing cholic acid 0,2%, fat 5%, egg yolk 2% and induction with vitamin D3. After 5 weeks coronary artery was taken and histological slides were made and colored with Hematoxylin Eosin. The measured parameter were atherosclerosis lession score. The result showed 66% sampels that given standart diet and 100% sampels that given atherogenic diet showed atherosclerosis lession. The statistical test result showed there is no significant difference between control group and atherogenic group. ( p=0,328 ). The conclusion, atherosclerosis occurred in 4 sampels ( 66% ) of control group and 6 sampels ( 100% ) of atherogenic group. There was no significant difference in coronary artery histopathology Rattus novergicus between the control group with atherogenic group
