Multilocular Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma: An Unusual Gross Appearance
Multilocular Cystic Renal Cell Carcinoma (MCRCC) represents a rare variant of clear cell (conventional) renal cell carcinomas. Attributable to its distinct characteristics in prognosis and its natural history, MCRCC was recognised as a separate subtype of renal cell carcinoma in the 2004 WHO classification of adult renal tumors. We report this case of MCRCC from antemortem surgical specimen, due to its unusual gross appearance and a rare clinical entity
Fuzzy Based Vertical Handoff Decision Controller for Future Networks
— In Next generation wireless Networks, the received signals (RSS) from different networks do not have a same meaning since each network is composed of its specific characteristics and there is no common pilot signal. Then, RSS comparisons are insufficient for handoff decision and may be inefficient and impractical. A more complex decision criterion that combines a large number of parameters or factors such as monetary cost, bandwidth, and power consumption and user profile is necessary. Though there are a lot works available for vertical handoff decision (VHD) for wireless networks, the selection of best network is still challenging problem. In this paper we propose a Fuzzy based vertical handoff decision controller (FVHDC) Which performs handover decision based on the output of fuzzy based rules
An Extensive Proposal for Vertical Handoff Technique in WLAN
Vertical handoff is the one of the most powerful hidden weapon of the wireless network scenario. As the whole world of digital electronics is moving towards internet of things as result of this vertical handoff becomes a much needed seamless connectivity tool to enhance the paradigm. Now a days many of the digital electronic devices are been inventing to boost the smaller networks like in office, universities and companies. So an inverse arise of need for vertical handoff in the WLAN is on much priority like never before. Many of the systems are existed to provide vertical handoff without degrading or interrupting the data access facility in WLAN. In most of the vertical handoff mechanism the load is put on the mobile nodes to look over the data flow mechanism in the established WLAN. This may add some contribution to increase the delay in the delivery of the data in the established network. So as an efficient answer to this, this paper put forwards an idea of vertical handoff mechanism using the pool manger in the network and put the burden on the mangers to take care of the handoff process, so that the data delivery rate can be increased. This process is designed based on the tile (i.e. time) in the said pool (pool tile vertical handoff – PTVHO) which is catalyzed by fuzzy logic to measure the handoff parameters efficiently
Biologically Motivated Algorithms for Propagating Local Target Representations
Finding biologically plausible alternatives to back-propagation of errors is
a fundamentally important challenge in artificial neural network research. In
this paper, we propose a learning algorithm called error-driven Local
Representation Alignment (LRA-E), which has strong connections to predictive
coding, a theory that offers a mechanistic way of describing neurocomputational
machinery. In addition, we propose an improved variant of Difference Target
Propagation, another procedure that comes from the same family of algorithms as
LRA-E. We compare our procedures to several other biologically-motivated
algorithms, including two feedback alignment algorithms and Equilibrium
Propagation. In two benchmarks, we find that both of our proposed algorithms
yield stable performance and strong generalization compared to other competing
back-propagation alternatives when training deeper, highly nonlinear networks,
with LRA-E performing the best overall.Comment: Final version for AAAI (accepted paper
A conceptual study on Cosmetic Toxicity w.s.r. to Dushi Visha
In present state thousands of hurtful toxins are accumulated in environment are taken by the human being itself. Cosmetics are one of them. Cosmetics are those elements which are used to improve the appearance of the human body. They are generally combinations of chemical compounds, some being derived from natural sources, many being synthetic. But the people are not aware of adverse effects of these chemical substances on human body due to its long-term usage. Therefore, this study was carried out which was conceptual type in nature. The aim & objectives of this study was to study the concept Dushivisha & to study the toxic effects of cosmetics on human body & correlate the Dushivisha w.s.r. cumulative toxicity of cosmetics. All the relevant material was compiled from Brihatrayi and available commentaries on it. Research articles are also searched from various websites. All the references were collected & analyzed & finally conclusion was drawn. Conclusion of this study is that cosmetics can be included under cumulative type of toxicity. Due to cumulative toxicity hazards of this substance not seen on the body immediately but they can be seen slowly after their long-term use. This cumulative type of toxicity is similar to Dushivisha concept described by Ayurveda
Subjugation and Transformation of the Major Female Character in Chetan Bhagat’s One Indian Girl
Chetan Bhagat is a popular Indian writer. He exposes the various issues being practiced in society. All his novels present the problems of youths, their hopes, aspirations, dreams and frustrations. The Present novel One Indian Girl is acclaimed for his stance on female issues. This novel is presented from the female perspective. Radhika is the major female character in the fiction. She is victim of the male chauvinism. She undergoes many tribulations but in the end she takes her own decision. She doesn’t accept the male choice. After much emphasis she accepts to do arrange marriage but at the she realizes her own importance and refuses to marry. She determines to live life according to her own terms. The writer presents her expedition in a fantastic way
Temporal mapping and analysis
A compositing process for selecting spatial data collected over a period of time, creating temporal data cubes from the spatial data, and processing and/or analyzing the data using temporal mapping algebra functions. In some embodiments, the temporal data cube is creating a masked cube using the data cubes, and computing a composite from the masked cube by using temporal mapping algebra
Artificial Neural Network Based Automatic Number Plate Recognition System
This paper deals with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) using Artificial Neural Network. The ANPR system includes steps like pre-processing, localization, character segmentation and character recognition. The developed system first detects the vehicle and then captures the vehicle image. The captured image is pre-processed in order to enhance it for further processing. In localization the license plate region is located and cropped from the complete image. In character segmentation images of individual alpha-numeric characters are extracted from the localized plate. In this paper, we proposed Neural Network based character recognition. Scaled Conjugate Gradient Backpropogation algorithm is used for training the neural network. This system is implemented in MATLAB R2014b
