The method of tax benefits assessment, accepted in Perm Region, was chosen as an analysis object because the relatively long period of application of benefits has allowed to build enough statistics base.     Critical temperature and giant isotope effect in presence of paramagnons

    We reconsider the long-standing problem of the effect of spin fluctuations on the critical temperature and isotope effect in a phonon-mediated superconductor. Although the general physics of the interplay between phonons and paramagnons had been rather well understood, the existing approximate formulas fail to describe the correct behavior of % T_{c} for general phonon and paramagnon spectra. Using a controllable approximation, we derive an analytical formula for TcT_{c} which agrees well with exact numerical solutions of the Eliashberg equations for a broad range of parameters. Based on both numerical and analytical results, we predict a strong enhancement of the isotope effect when the frequencies of spin fluctuation and phonons are of the same order. This effect may have important consequences for near-magnetic superconductors such as MgCNi3_{3}Comment: 5 pages, 2 figure

    Anomalous Hall effect for the phonon heat conductivity in paramagnetic dielectric

    The theory of anomalous Hall effect for the heat transfer in a paramagnetic dielectric, discovered experimentally in [1], is developed. The appearance of the phonon heat flux normal to both the temperature gradient and the magnetic field is connected with the interaction of magnetic ions with the crystal field oscillations. In crystals with an arbitrary phonon spectrum this interaction creates the elliptical polarization of phonons. The kinetics related to phonon scattering induced by the spin-phonon interaction determines an origin of the off-diagonal phonon density matrix.     Conjugate heat transfer in a closed volume with the local heat sources and non-uniform heat dissipation on the boundaries of heat conducting walls

    Is solved the problem of heat transfer in the closed volume, limited by heat-conducting walls, with the local source of heat emission and the heterogeneous conditions of heat sink on the outer boundaries of solution area. The problem of convective heat transfer is solved with using a system of differential Navier-Stokes equations in the Boussinesq approximation. The simulation of turbulent flow conditions of heated air is carried out within the framework to k-ε model. On the basis the analysis of the obtained temperature field and the contour lines of stream functions is made conclusion about the essential transiency of the process in question. The obtained values of temperatures and speeds in different sections of region illustrate turbulence of the process. Are investigated laws governing the formation of temperature fields in closed areas with a local heat emission source under the conditions of intensive local heat sink into environment and accumulation of heat in the enclosing constructions

    Metallic ground state and glassy transport in single crystalline URh2_2Ge2_2: Enhancement of disorder effects in a strongly correlated electron system

    We present a detailed study of the electronic transport properties on a single crystalline specimen of the moderately disordered heavy fermion system URh2_2Ge2_2. For this material, we find glassy electronic transport in a single crystalline compound. We derive the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity and establish metallicity by means of optical conductivity and Hall effect measurements. The overall behavior of the electronic transport properties closely resembles that of metallic glasses, with at low temperatures an additional minor spin disorder contribution. We argue that this glassy electronic behavior in a crystalline compound reflects the enhancement of disorder effects as consequence of strong electronic correlations.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures, accepted for publication in PR

    Spin diffusion in the Mn2+ ion system of II-VI diluted magnetic semiconductor heterostructures

    The magnetization dynamics in diluted magnetic semiconductor heterostructures based on (Zn,Mn)Se and (Cd,Mn)Te has been studied experimentally by optical methods and simulated numerically. In the samples with nonhomogeneous magnetic ion distribution this dynamics is contributed by spin-lattice relaxation and spin diffusion in the Mn spin system. The spin diffusion coefficient of 7x10^(-8) cm^2/s has been evaluated for Zn(0.99)Mn(0.01)Se from comparison of experimental and numerical results. Calculations of the giant Zeeman splitting of the exciton states and the magnetization dynamics in the ordered alloys and parabolic quantum wells fabricated by the digital growth technique show perfect agreement with the experimental data. In both structure types the spin diffusion has an essential contribution to the magnetization dynamics.Comment: 12 pages, 11 figure

    Analysis of influence of heat insulation on the thermal regime of storage tanks with liquefied natural gas

    Is numerically investigated the process of convective heat transfer in the reservoirs of liquefied natural gas (LNG). The regimes of natural convection in a closed rectangular region with different intensity of heat exchange at the external borders are investigated. Is solved the time-dependent system of energy and Navier-Stokes equations in the dimensionless variables “vorticity – the stream function”. Are obtained distributions of the hydrodynamic parameters and temperatures, that characterize basic regularities of the processes. The special features of the formation of circulation flows are isolated and the analysis of the temperature distribution in the solution region is carried out. Is shown the influence of geometric characteristics and intensity of heat exchange on the outer boundaries of reservoir on the temperature field in the LNG storage
