    [Title: Development of Physics Cognitive Instruments Of Junior High School Students] This study aims to develop cognitive instruments on energy and business materials, simple aircraft and light quality. The specific purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the validity of cognitive instruments seen from Outfit MNSQ, ZSTD, and Pt Measure Corr; (2) the reliability of cognitive instruments seen from the values of individual separation, grain separation, and Cronbach Alpha; (3) the degree of difficulty seen from the logit value in the measurement column; This development research refers to the development model of Borg and Gall with the subject of research of 200 students of class VIII originating from several SMPN in Banjarmasin. Instrument collecting data in the form of validation and cognitive instruments. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and quantitative. The results showed: (1) five items of description on light material, nine items about the description of simple plane materials and nine items about the description of energy materials and businesses that are categorized as valid; (2) reliability of cognitive instruments seen from individual separation values, grain separation values, and Cronbach Alpha values are categorized as very reliable; (3) the difficulty level of questions seen from the logit of categorized is very difficult, difficult, easy, and very easy

    Pengembangan Materi Ajar Elektronik Berbantuan Komik pada Materi Fluida Statis untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Peserta Didik

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan materi ajar elektronik berbantuan komik yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE dan diuji cobakan pada 29 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1  di salah satu SMAN di Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik, angket minat belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil materi ajar menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Validasi memperoleh skor 3,43 dengan kategori sangat baik, (2) Kepraktisan memperoleh skor 3,14 dengan kategori praktis, (3) Keefektivitasan memperoleh nilai n-gain 0,69 dengan kategori sedang. Minat belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan materi ajar elekronik berbantuan komik

    STUDI KEMAMPUAN REPRESENTASI SISWA PADA POKOK BAHASAN HUKUM NEWTON

    This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the representation ability of junior high school students in Banjarmasin on Newton's Law problems by giving a written test. The research method used was survey research, namely One-shot Design. The test was conducted on 102 middle school students who had learned Newton's Law material with representation. The results showed that students more easily understand the questions in verbal representations than mathematical representations, figures, and tables. This study also shows that students who have high learning outcomes obtain consistently good multi-representation scores. So learning by using multiple representations needs to be done to support the learning outcomes of physics

    PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL SUHU DAN KALOR BERMUATAN KEARIFAN LOKAL MELALUI APLIKASI SIGIL

    AbstractThere is no physics e-module that contain between physics and local wisdom becames the background of the research. It is also the reason why the research is conducted to develop physics e-module of temperature and heat with local wisdom through sigil application. This research aimed to describe the appropriateness of e-module of temperature and heat material with local wisdom which was suitable to use in learning activity, with the special purposes of describing: 1) physics e-module validity, 2) practicality of physics e-module and 3) effectiveness of physics e-module. This research was the development study by using ASSURE development model. The samples of the subject were 19 student in X class of SMK in Banjarmasin city. The data was obtained from sheet validation, questioner of student’s response and the learning outcome. The result of the research showed that: 1) the validation was valid with the score 3,5, 2) the e-modul practicality categorized practice with the average score of 2,97 and 3) the effectiveness e-module had medium category with N-gain score 0,59. The conclusion of this research is e-module of temperature and heat material with local wisdom through sigil application is appropriate to use in learning activity.AbstrakBelum tersedianya e-modul fisika yang memuat kaitan antara materi fisika dengan kearifan lokal melatarbelakangi dilakukannya penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian pengembangan e-modul suhu dan kalor bermuatan kearifan lokal melalui aplikasi sigil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan kelayakan e-modul suhu dan kalor bermuatan kearifan lokal berbasis sigil yang dikembangkan, dengan tujuan khususnya yaitu mendeskripsikan: 1) validitas e-modul fisika, 2) kepraktisan e-modul fisika dan 3) efektivitas e-modul fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ASSURE. Subjek uji coba adalah 19 orang siswa kelas X salah satu SMK di Kota Banjarmasin. Data diperoleh melalui lembar validasi, angket respon siswa dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) validitas e-modul berkategori valid dengan nilai sebesar 3,5, 2) kepraktisan e-modul berkategori praktis dengan skor rerata yaitu 2,97 dan 3) efektivitas e-modul berkategori sedang dengan skor n-gain yaitu 0,59. Diperoleh simpulan bahwa e-modul suhu dan kalor bermuatan kearifan lokal berbasis sigil layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

    The Effect of Diboracy (Digital Book Containing Scientific Literacy) in Reducing Misconceptions on Newton’s Law of Gravity

    The low utilization of technology and scientific literacy skills lacking in the classroomsremaina major problem in the learning and teaching process, specifically in influencing students' conceptual understanding. This research aims to analyze the effect of Diboracy (Digital Book Contained Scientific Literacy) in reducing misconceptions in Newton's law of gravity. This research uses experimentalresearch design with one group pre-test-post-test conductedon research subjects which were selected through random sampling technique. The sum of the research subjects include 38 students. The data instruments include tests and non-tests instruments. The test distributed is in the form of multiple choice questions equipped with CRI to measure the misconceptions, while the non-test assessmenttakes form of questionnaires to determine students’ responses to Diboracy. Data analysis was performed through t-test on student learning outcomes and the students’ questionnaire responseswhich resulted in the average percentages. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) there is an effect in reducing students’ misconceptions when Diboracy is implemented, specifically regarding Newton's law of gravity; (2) students give better responses to Diboracy than textbooks

    Development of Multi Representation Based Cognitive Instrument on Newton Law Material

    Questions used in school have not been analyzed by the item and only in one representation. This study aims to produce quality multi-representation-based cognitive instruments on Newton's law material for junior high school students in Banjarmasin. This study specifically aims to describe (1) the validity of cognitive instruments, (2) the reliability of cognitive instruments, (3) the level of difficulty of cognitive instruments, and (4) the discrimination power of cognitive instruments based on multi representation. The method used is the Research & Development (R & D) method by using the adaptation of the procedure model from Borg & Gall. Data were analyzed using classic formulas and through Rasch applications. The sample of the study was 204 eight grade students from Public Junior High Schools 14 Banjarmasin, Public Junior High Schools 25 Banjarmasin, and Public Junior High Schools 28 Banjarmasin. The results showed that (1) the validity of cognitive instruments developed is considered valid, (2) the reliability of cognitive instruments developed is relatively reliable, (3) the level of difficulty of cognitive instruments developed is divided into two categories; very difficult and very easy, and (4) the discrimination power of cognitive instruments developed is divided into three categories; repaired, accepted but needs to be repaired, and accepted. It can be concluded that the multi-representation-based cognitive instrument on Newton's law material on eighth grade students of junior high school in Banjarmasin is suitable for assessment of learning outcomes. So that the instruments developed can be used by teachers to assess student learning outcomes in the material of Newton's law

    Instrumen kognitif keterampilan proses sains siswa masih belum tersedia dengan baik sehingga guru masih kesulitan dalam menilai kemampuan keterampilan proses sains siswa dikarenakan harus memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk mengamati siswa satu persatu melalui lembar observer. Untuk itu dilakukan pengembangan instrumen kognitif keterampilan proses sains siswa yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) validitas instrumen kognitif, (2) reliabilitas instrumen kognitif, dan (3) tingkat kesukaran butir soal instrumen kognitif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Teknik analisis data berupa validasi instrumen kognitif, reliabilitas instrumen kognitif, dan tingkat kesukaran butir soal instrumen kognitif, menggunakan analisis program Rasch. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Validitas instrumen yang dikembangkan tergolong dalam kategori valid (2) Reliabilitas instrumen yang dikembangkan tergolong istimewa, dan (3) Tingkat kesukaran butir soal instrumen yang dikembangkan terbagi dalam empat tingkatan yaitu 2 butir soal kategori sangat sulit, 2 butir soal kategori sulit, 4 butir soal kategori mudah, dan 1 butir soal kategori sangat mudah. Diperoleh simpulan bahwa instrumen kognitif keterampilan proses sains yang dikembangkan berkualitas digunakan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran

    Scientific creativity: A bibliometric review and analysis

    Scientific creativity is one of the higher-order thinking skills which are highly functional for each individual. Scientific creativity encourages the individual to not only generate creative ideas, but also promotes the notion of the appropriate technology. This article provides an in-depth explanation of the bibliometric analysis of scientific literature in education. The articles search was performed by utilizing Publish or Perish (PoP) software on the Crossref database. The search and sort results discovered that 28 of 200 articles were found between the years of 2019-2020. The selected metadata was edited using Mendeley Desktop software. The edited results were then analyzed further and visualized using the VOSviewer software. Overall, articles with the keyword scientific creativity published in the 2019-2020 period have not been cited, and it is essential to be studied collaboratively not only between national institutions but also internationally

    The purpose of this study is to describe the validity of teaching materials in circular motion based on authentic learning in the wetland environment to train students' problem-solving skills. This research is research and development using the ASSURE model. The instrument used in this study was in the form of teaching material validation sheets. Based on the analysis of the data obtained that the teaching material in circular motion has a valid category. It was concluded that teaching materials in circular motion based on authentic learning in the wetland environment at to practice problem-solving skills declared valid, and can be used in the learning process in class. Furthermore, teaching materials can be used in the learning process in the classroom to find out the practicality and effectiveness of teaching materials developed.Keywords: validity, circular motion, authentic learning, wetland, problem-solving skillsAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan validitas bahan ajar gerak melingkar berbasis authentic learning di lingkungan lahan basah untuk melatih keterampilan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model ASSURE. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar validasi bahan ajar. Berdasarkan hasil validasi diperoleh bahwa bahan ajar gerak melingkar memiliki kategori valid dengan skor validasi sebesar 3,40. Diperoleh simpulan bahwa bahan ajar gerak melingkar berbasis authentic learning di lingkungan lahan basah untuk melatih keterampilan pemecahan masalah dinyatakan valid.
