    Personalization of the workplace using the PANGEA multiagent platform.

    The purpose of this system is to detect the proximity of a person to a computer using ZigBee technology and then, to personalize its workplace according to his user’s profile. The prototype has been developed using a new agent platform called PANGEA, which facilitates the design and implementation of open MAS. This prototype will be included in the future in an integral system primarily oriented to facilitate the labor integration of people with disabilities

    [ES]La aparición de las Universidades de Mayores ha supuesto un reto en cuanto a la preparación de métodos de aprendizaje, ya que es necesario tener en cuenta las necesidades específicas de las enseñanzas para mayores. Los cursos de Francés se enmarcan dentro del Programa Interuniversitario de la Universidad de la Experiencia de Castilla y León y más concretamente en la Universidad de la Experiencia de la Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. La escasez de documentación sobre la enseñanza del francés dirigido a mayores, demuestra que es un terreno todavía poco explorado, y que requiere una investigación especializada. El elemento central de este trabajo es el diario de clases en el que se ha plasmado la realización de la práctica docente en los cursos de francés. El diario refleja no sólo la descripción de las estrategias utilizadas en el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades que forman parte del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, sino también las innovaciones que se han ido introduciendo a lo largo de los cursos y que han contribuido a la mejora del nivel de lengua de los alumnos en el aprendizaje del francés.[EN]The appearance of the Universities of Major has been a challenge in the preparation of learning methods, since it is necessary to take into account the specific needs of the lessons for seniors. French courses are part of the Inter-University Program at the University of Experience Castilla y Leon and more specifically in the University Experience Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. The scarcity of information about the teaching of French led to more shows that it is a field still largely unexplored and requires specialized research. The core of this work is the daily classes which has shaped the conduct of teaching courses in French. The paper reflects not only the description of the strategies used in the development of the different activities that are part of the teaching-learning process but also the innovations that have been introduced over the courses and have contributed to the improvement language level of students in learning French

    Multiagent-Based Educational Environment for Dependents

    This paper presents a multiagent architecture that facilitates active learning in educational environments for dependents. The multiagent architecture incorporates agents that can be executed on mobile devices and that facilitate language learning in an ubiquitous way. Moreover, the agents are specifically designed to provide advanced interfaces for elderly and dependent people. The architecture has been tested in a real environment and the preliminary results obtained are presented within this paper
