    Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem silničního mostu. Objekt se nachází na silnici II. třídy S 7,5/50 a je veden přes silnici I/11 a přeložku MK v Bystřici. Byly vypracovány tři varianty, z nichž byl vybrán spojitý desko-trámový nosník o 6-ti polích pro podrobné zpracování. K této variantě je zpracován statický výpočet nosné konstrukce, ve kterém je zahrnuta i časová analýza konstrukce (jednotlivé fáze výstavby). Statický výpočet je posouzen na mezní stavy dle platných evropských norem. Součástí diplomové práce je také výkresová dokumentace, časový harmonogram výstavby a 3D vizualizace mostního objektu.This diploma thesis deals with a project of a road bridge. The bridge is located on a second class road S 7.5/50 and goes over a I/11 road and a local road crossing in Bystřice. Three options of the road bridge are conceived out of which the connected beam girder is chosen for further development. A calculation of the structural stability of the load-bearing construction, that includes time analysis of the construction work (i.e. particular phases of the construction), is added to the project. The structural stability calculation is assessed in accordance with valid European standards. Drawing documentation, a time schedule and 3D visualization of the road bridge is also attached to the diploma thesis.

    Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem silničního mostu. Objekt se nachází na komunikaci 1. třídy I/39 a je veden přes vodoteč Polečnice. Křížení os komunikace a vodoteče se nachází na 22,783 km výše uváděné komunikace. Jsou vypracovány 3 varianty. 1. varianta je deska z dodatečně předpjatého betonu o výšce 0,85 m. 2. varianta se skládá z prefabrikovaných nosníků DS-PP1 40/85 spřažených s železobetonovou deskou o minimální tloušťce 0,2m. 3.varianta je opět deska z dodatečně předpjatého betonu ovšem se zešikmeným čelem.This bachelor thesis is dealing with a design of a road bridge. This object is located on the 1st class road I/39 and is leading over the watercourse Polecnice. Crossbreeding of the road and watercourse is located on the 22,783 km above mentioned road. I have developed 3 variants. First variant is a slab from post-tensioned concrete with a height 0,85 m. Second variant consists of precast concrete beams DS - PP1 40/85 coupled with reinforced concrete slab with a minimum thickness 0,2 m. Third variant is again slab from post-tensioned concrete but with a sloping headboard.

    Determination of pressure coefficient for a high-rise building with atypical ground plan

    In this article, the results of pressure coefficient on the atypical object obtained by experimental measurements in a boundary layer wind tunnel (BLWT) of Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (STU) and computational fluid dynamics simulation (CFD) are presented. The pressure coefficient is one of the most important parameters expressing the wind pressure distribution on the structure.     Import 03/11/2016Cílem této bakalářské práce je zaměřit se na návrh a implementaci mobilní aplikace postavené na platformě Android, určené pro měření a správu času stráveného na různých projektech s důrazem na automatizaci rozpoznávání těchto uživatelem zadaných projektů. K dosažení automatizace bude aplikace využívat senzory a technologie, které moderní mobilní zařízení nabízí (GPS, WiFi, pohybový senzor). Aplikace bude navržena na základě výzkumu současného stavu vývoje aplikací pro time-management na všech mobilních platformách a také na obchodě Google Play. Dále proběhne testování funkčnosti a spolehlivosti aplikace. V závěru práce provedu shrnutí a vyhodnocení dosažených výsledků při testování.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on design and implementation of a mobile application based on Android platform with intention of measuring and management of time spent on various projects with emphasis on automatization of detection of these user-predefined projects. To achieve the automatization the application will use sensors and technology that modern mobile devices offer (GPS, WiFi, motion sensor). The application will be designed based on research of current state of Android application development for time-management applications offered on all mobile platforms and of course also on Google Play catalogue. After implementation, the application will be tested for reliability.     THE EFFECT OF FERTILIZATION ON YIELD COMPONENTS AND QUALITY PARAMETERS OF SOYBEANS [(GLYCINE MAX (L.) MERR.] SEEDS

    Field experiment was carry out at experimental farm Oponice (West Slovakia, 48° 28´N, 18° 9´E) ) in 2004-2007. The aim of the work was to evaluate the influence of nitrogen fertilization treatments on yield and yield component and selected quality parameters (proteins, oil, fibre, isoflavones) of soybeen seeds variety Korada, in agri-environmental condition of western part of Slovakia. The fertilization treatments were as follows: (I) unfertilized treatment; (II) application of nitrogen fertilizers LAV 27 % (ammonium nitrate with lime - 40 kg ha-1 nitrogen) in the vegetative stage V2; (III) Humix complet in split application of total dose 4 +4 L ha-1 applied in growth stage of V2 and in reproductive growth stage of R1 (beginning bloom). Humix complet contain bioactive ingredient and nutrients for plant nutrition with 2.5% of humic acids, 4.0% total N, 0.5 P2O5, 3% K2O, and micronutrients. Result showed the highest variation of pods per plant in dependence of year condition (range 17.8-24.7). No significant differences between numbers of seeds were noted (2.13-2.29). The split application of Humic complet significantly influence the higher number of pods per plant (24.8) while keeping the number of seeds per pod (2.13). The yield of seeds was significantly influenced by weather conditions (2.84 t ha-1 - 4.68 t ha-1) and by fertilization treatments. Supplemental ammonium nitrate with lime (treatments II) in the vegetative stage of V2 or Humix complet (treatment III) applied in V2 and R1 stages significantly increased yield of soybean seeds up to 3.91 t ha-1 and 4.27 t ha-1 with comparison to control treatment (3.49 t ha-1). Content of protein, oil and fibre was not significantly differing between fertilization treatments. In spite of significantly higher soybean yield in Humic complet treatment, content of protein (37.67%), oil (15.83%) and fibre (9.47%) was at the same level as lower yielded treatments. Soybean seeds from higher yielded fertilization treatments have significantly less content of isoflavones. Split application of Humic complet is effective method for improving yield of soybean seeds while maintaining the composition of protein oil and fibre

    Wind loads and their reduction on mesh fabrics

    The presented contribution deals with evaluation of wind loads on various layouts of plastic and steel mesh fabric. To obtain real wind effects and loads, the experimental measurement in the Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel (BLWT) in Bratislava has been prepared. The goal of an investigation is the determination of wind loads on permeable materials – plastic and steel fabric, using wind load reduction factor k. The mean wind pressure on the permeable material is obtained by multiplying the wind pressure to the impermeable surface by the reduction factor k depending on the Reynolds number. The experimentally determined reduction factor can be applied for design of the safety mesh fabric. Wind loads were obtained from measurement of wind velocity by Hot-Wire anemometry (HWA)

    THE EFFECT OF NITROGEN INPUT ON POLARISED SUGAR PRODUCTION AND QUALITATIVE PARAMETERS OF SUGAR BEET

    During 1998-2002, the application of different forms and doses of nitrogen on quantitative (polarised sugar production)and qualitative parameters (digestion, molasses forming components - potassium, sodium and α-amino nitrogen content) of sugar beet in vulnerable zones (Nitrate directive) was studied. Calculated input of nitrogen ranged from 12 kg up to 240 kg N.ha-1. By increasing input of N from FYM application into the soil causes an increases of α- amino nitrogen content in root, which in consequence causes a decreases the sugar content (negative correlation r= -0.8659+). The application of straw instead FYM of analogues treatments caused significant decrease (straw versus FYM) and highly significant decrease (straw plus N fertilizers versus FYM plus N fertilizers) of α-amino nitrogen content in sugar beet root living the productive parameters unchanged. The content of α-amino nitrogen in root of sugar beet indicate an environmentally friendly management practices with causal relation to water protection from nitrate

    MORFOLOGICKÁ DIVERZITA VYBRANÝCH VLASTNOSTÍ SVETOVEJ KOLEKCIE MAKU (ROD PAPAVER)

    In the fi rst stage of research the 404 genotypes of poppy (Papaver) from World collection were evaluated during 1999. The fi eld trial was established on research base of SAU in Nitra. The aim of the study was to assess morphological characteristic and diversity of selected traits of poppy plants and create a digitalized visual documentation of studied traits of collection. 50-60 individuals for each accession were cultivated. During vegetation period 22 morphological traits have been assess and visual documentation of main fl ower, lower leaf, capsules and seed was made. During the phase of mature, 20 randomly selected plants were analyzed for 24 qualitative and quantitative traits. On the base of screening follow-up assessment of 94 genotypes was broadening of 8 morphometric analysis of plant during 2003. In present work variability of evaluated traits and morphometric analysis of 24 selected genotypes of poppy is discussed. On the base of morphometric analysis, the important diversity of observed traits have been recognized in agro-climatic conditions of Slovakia, documented by statistical characteristics and by digitalized documentation of accessions

    Automated Configuration and Network Devices Monitoring

    Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a ověřit možnosti automatizované konfigurace a monitorování síťových zařízení. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše automatizované konfigurace síťových zařízení. V této části jsou popsány datové formáty, protokoly, podpůrné technologie a automatizační nástroje, které jsou používany v rámci procesu automatizované správy sítě. Další část je věnována možnostem monitorování síťových zařízení. V diplomové práci jsou popsány možnosti monitorování síťových zařízení, přičemž je kladen důraz na popis technologií a nástrojů, které jsou použité i v praktické části diplomové práce. V praktické části jsou potom popsané a otestované dva vytvořené automatizované systémy pro konfiguraci a monitorování síťových zařízení včetně vizualizace dat. První projekt je vytvořen pomocí automatizačního nástroje Ansible. Druhý projekt používá automatizační framework Nornir. Pro uložení dat je použita databáze časových řad InfluxDB. Vizualizace dat je provedena v open source nástroji Grafana. Nakonec jsou oba projekty porovnány a zhodnoceny.The main goal of my Master's thesis is to introduce ways to automate configuration and monitoring of network devices. In the theoretical part is done research on automated configuration of network devices. In this part are described data formats, configuration protocols, supporting technologies and automation tools, which are used in network automation. Next part of my thesis introduces ways to monitor network devices. Mainly are described technologies and tools, which are also used in practical part of Master's thesis. In the practical part are described and tested two created automation systems for configuration and monitoring of network devices including data visualization. First project is created in automation tool Ansible. The second one uses automation framework Nornir. A time series database InfluxDB is used for storing data.
